Wire arranging device capable of being used as electronic equipment bracket
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of wire arranging devices, in particular to a wire arranging device capable of being used as an electronic equipment bracket.
Background
In modern life, with the popularity of electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablet computers, notebook computers, etc., people are increasingly relying on these devices to handle work, learning, and entertainment. However, a concomitant problem is the cable management problem of the electronic device. Messy cables not only affect aesthetics, but may also create safety hazards such as tripping hazards or affecting equipment heat dissipation. In addition, users often need to place electronic devices on a desktop or other flat surface while using them, but conventional desktops often lack support structures designed specifically for electronic devices, resulting in unstable device placement or poor viewing angle.
In order to solve the above problems, various wire organizers and electronic equipment holders are on the market. However, most of these products are single in function, either focusing only on cable management or only serving as electronic equipment rack, and cannot meet the dual requirements of users for cable management and equipment support at the same time. In addition, the existing wire arranging device or bracket often lacks flexibility in structural design, is difficult to adapt to electronic equipment with different sizes and shapes, and cannot adjust the supporting angle or position according to the actual demands of users.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the utility model discloses a wire arranging device for carding a connecting wire harness, which can be used as an electronic equipment bracket, wherein the wire arranging device is configured into an animal-like shape, and the comfort and the stability of the use are improved through a bionic principle. Specifically, the wire organizer usable as a stand for electronic equipment includes a base 1 and a wire organizing member 2, the base 1 being configured to be attachable to a to-be-mounted surface, the wire organizing member 2 being configured to be detachably attached to the base 1. Wherein the base body 1 is provided with a receiving groove 121, the receiving groove 121 being configured to receive the wire arranging member 2 such that the base body 1 and the wire arranging member 2 are combined into a combined state suitable for fixing the wire harness. A portion of the receiving groove 121 is configured as a supporting groove 122 adapted to support the electronic device so that the base 1 can be used as an electronic device holder after the wire dress member 2 is detached from the base 1. In this embodiment, the base 1 is a body and limb part of an animal, and the wire management member is located on the back of the animal.
The base body of the wire carding machine is used as a fixing part and is responsible for stably installing the whole wire carding machine at a required position (such as a wall surface, a desktop and the like), and the wire carding component is used as a function executing part and is responsible for specific wire harness carding work. The accommodating groove designed on the base body is not only used for accommodating the wire arranging member to form a stable wire arranging structure, but also skillfully utilizes the space of the wire arranging member, so that at least one part of the wire arranging member can support electronic equipment. This means that when the user does not need the wire management function, the wire management member can be simply detached, and the base body is then converted into a fully functional electronic equipment support, thereby realizing the maximum utilization of the product function.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the wire arranging member 2 includes a body 21 and at least one wire clamping groove 22 disposed on the body. In this embodiment, the wire clamping groove 22 is a groove body formed on the body 21, and the wire arranging member 2 has a plurality of wire clamping grooves 22, and a plurality of wire clamping grooves 22 are arranged side by side. In some other embodiments, the slot 22 is a connector with a slot body that is fixedly connected to the body. When the wire arranging member 2 is assembled with the base 1, the wire clamping groove 22 is exposed out of the base 1 to be suitable for fixing the wire harness. And when the wire arranging member 2 is in a separated state from the base body 1, the body 21 of the wire arranging member 2 and the wire clamping groove 22 together define a winding space suitable for winding the wire harness. As shown in fig. 3, the wire clamping groove 22 includes a groove portion at one end and a groove bottom portion at one end, and the caliber of the wire clamping groove 22 gradually increases from the groove portion to the groove bottom portion so as to realize fixed clamping of the connecting wire.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the base 1 further has an extended support post 123 formed thereon, and the support post and the support groove 122 are engaged with each other to stably support the electronic device. The support slot 122 may be used to support an electronic device, such as a cell phone, tablet computer, etc., and is adjusted to an angle that is convenient for a user to view. The design enables the wire arranging device to be used as a bracket of electronic equipment when arranging the wire harness, and improves the space utilization rate and the use convenience. In this embodiment, the support column 123 is configured to have flexibility suitable for adjusting a support angle of the electronic device. In this embodiment, support post 123 is the tail portion of an animal. The design of flexible support columns 123 allows for adjustment of the support angle of the electronic device as desired, further enhancing the applicability and user experience of the device. In other embodiments, the support column may be rotatably mounted on the support base, so as to realize a function of adjusting a support angle of the electronic device according to needs, which is not described herein in detail.
Referring to fig. 9-11, in the present embodiment, the base 1 includes a base 11, and a supporting base 12 is combined with the top of the base 11, and the top of the supporting base 12 has a receiving groove 121 for receiving a wire arranging member. Specifically, the receiving groove 121 includes a plurality of groove subunits, wherein at least one groove subunit is configured to have a width greater than the other groove subunits. The modular design enables the wire arranging device to be expanded and customized according to different use requirements, and the universality and the expandability of the product are improved. The bottom of the base 11 is provided with a limiting groove 111, as shown in fig. 10, the limiting groove 111 is in a double-layer step shape, and the bottom step 111 is rotatably combined with a rotating seat 13, so that the wire organizer which can be used as an electronic equipment bracket can rotate on a to-be-installed surface. An elastic poking member 131 is disposed between the limiting groove 111 and the rotating seat 13, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of clamping ribs 1111 adapted to the flexible poking member are disposed on the inner side wall of the step at the top of the limiting groove 111, and the elastic poking member 131 cooperates with the clamping ribs 1111 to enable the rotating seat 13 to rotate to a certain damping position. In the present embodiment, the base 1 is composed of a hard material, and the wire arranging member 2 is composed of a flexible material. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the base 1 is an injection-molded article. The wire management member 2 is a flexible rubber member. By rotatably coupling a swivel base 13 to the base bottom, the entire wire organizer, which can be used as a stand for electronic equipment, can be freely swiveled on the mounting surface to be mounted. The design greatly increases the flexibility of the wire arranging device, and a user can easily adjust the orientation of the wire arranging device to adapt to the wire harness arranging requirements of different angles and directions without frequently moving or reinstalling the wire arranging device.
It should be noted that the design of the novel wire arranging device can be flexibly combined and separated according to actual requirements, so that the novel wire arranging device is suitable for different use scenes. The base body is used as a fixing part and is responsible for stably installing the wire arranging device at a required position (such as a wall surface, a table top and the like) integrally, and the wire arranging component is used as a function executing part and is responsible for specific wire harness carding work. Since the wire management member is detachably attached to the base body, the user is allowed to individually remove the wire management member for cleaning, replacement, or harness management for other locations without disassembling the entire wire management device. In addition, when the portable wire arranging device is required to be moved or carried, the wire arranging component can be easily separated from the base body, so that portable wire arranging is realized, and the use of a user is greatly facilitated.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present utility model, and the present utility model is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily contemplated by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present utility model should be included in the present utility model. Therefore, the protection scope of the utility model is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
