The crushing roller 32 on one side is driven to rotate by a driving motor 34, and the two gears 33 are meshed with each other, so that the two crushing rollers 32 are driven to rotate simultaneously, and the blades on the two crushing rollers 32 are staggered to rotate so as to crush and cut the plastic sheet.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment further comprises a drying mechanism 4, wherein the drying mechanism 4 comprises a box 41, a fan 42 and an electric heating plate 43, the box 41 is arranged on the recovery box 21, the fan 42 is arranged on the recovery box 21, the electric heating plate 43 is arranged inside the box 41, an air outlet pipe of the fan 42 is communicated with the box 41, and a plurality of air outlets communicated with the recovery box 21 are formed in the box 41.
After the plastic sheet is washed and filtered, in order to accelerate the drying speed of the plastic sheet, the fan 42 is started to send external air into the box 41, then the electric heating plate 43 is started to heat the air in the box 41, and the heated air is sent into the recovery box 21 through the air outlet to dry the plastic sheet.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the stirring mechanism 5 further includes a stirring mechanism 5, the stirring mechanism 5 includes a second driving motor 52 and a stirring rod 51, the second driving motor 52 is disposed on the crushing box 1, the stirring rod 51 is rotatably disposed inside the crushing box 1, an output shaft of the second driving motor 52 is connected with one end of the stirring rod 51, and the stirring rod 51 is disposed between the two water storage plates 233.
In order to improve the cleaning effect of the plastic sheet, the second driving motor 52 is started, and the second driving motor 52 drives the stirring rod 51 to rotate, so that the plastic sheet and the cleaning water are driven to be stirred together, and the plastic sheet is thoroughly cleaned and is cleaner.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further includes two guide plates 6, two guide plates 6 are disposed inside the crushing box 1 relatively, and one end of the guide plate 6 away from the crushing box 1 is inclined downward, and the guide plate 6 is located between the crushing mechanism 3 and the spraying assembly 23.
The broken plastic sheet can be guided by the guide plates which are arranged in a relatively inclined manner, and the cleaning water in the stirring and cleaning process is prevented from splashing on the crushing roller 32.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
The plastic sheet is fed into the crushing box 1 through the feed hopper, then, the crushing mechanism 3 is started, the crushing roller 32 is driven to rotate through the first driving motor, the two crushing rollers 32 are driven to rotate together through the mutual engagement of the two gears 33, the plastic sheet is crushed and cut through the staggered rotation of the blades on the two crushing rollers 32, the cut plastic sheet falls into the inner bottom of the crushing box 1 under the guidance of the guide plate 6, the spraying assembly 23 is started, the pump body 232 feeds the cleaning water in the water tank 231 into the water storage plate 233, the cleaning work is carried out on the plastic sheet through the water outlet hole on the water storage plate 233, meanwhile, the stirring mechanism 5 is started, the stirring rod 51 is driven to rotate through the second driving motor 52, the plastic sheet and the cleaning water are driven to stir together, after the cleaning is finished, the electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, the plastic sheet and cleaning water fall into the recovery box 21 together and are subjected to dry-wet separation through the filter screen 221, the filtered plastic sheet falls into the upper part of the filter screen 221, and according to requirements, in order to accelerate the drying speed of the plastic sheet, the drying mechanism 4 is started, external air is sent into the box 41 through the fan 42, the internal air of the box 41 is heated through the electric heating plate 43, the heated air is sent into the recovery box 21 through the air outlet to dry the plastic sheet, after the drying is finished, the electric push rod 222 is started, one end of the filter screen 221 is driven by the electric push rod to be lifted upwards under the rotation support of one end of the filter screen 221 and the side wall of the recovery box 21, and the plastic sheet on the electric push rod is driven to slide downwards to be sent out from the discharge hole.
