Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present utility model, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a heat dissipating device of a fan 100 that is generally used at present, fig. 1 is a top view, and it can be seen that a blowing surface of the fan 100 faces a heat dissipating surface of a heat sink 200, so that a heat dissipating area is smaller, and in order to ensure heat dissipating quality, a wind speed is required to be faster to prevent air from escaping to other places, so that noise of the fan 100 is high, and energy consumption is poor. Most importantly, because the heat dissipation area is smaller, the heat dissipation and the temperature reduction are assisted by a mechanical refrigeration mode, and the mechanical refrigeration usually uses a compressor, so that the energy consumption is high.
The application provides an energy storage heat exchange device, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a heat dissipation principle diagram of the energy storage heat exchange device of the application, and fig. 2 is also a top view, and the heat storage heat exchange device comprises a fan 100 arranged along a horizontal direction and a radiator 200 arranged along a vertical direction, wherein the fan 100 is used for blowing air to flow along the vertical direction. The radiator 200 is surrounded on the outer side of the fan on the horizontal plane, and the angle between the two ends of the radiator and the central connecting line of the fan on the horizontal plane and facing to one side of the radiator is defined as a surrounding angle, and the surrounding angle is larger than 90 degrees.
In the above embodiment, the blowing surface of the fan 100 and the radiator 200 are in a perpendicular relationship rather than a parallel relationship, so the radiator 200 may be disposed around the fan 100 with at least two sides, and a channel for air circulation is reserved in the middle, so that the radiating surface has at least two sides, the radiating area is larger, the wind blown by the fan 100 can take away more heat, and no mechanical refrigeration is needed, so that more energy consumption is reduced. Because the air flow is hindered by at least two surfaces compared with the prior art, the air flow has stronger directivity and can not escape everywhere, so the wind speed can be slowed down, and the noise of the fan 100 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 discloses the relationship between the surround angle and the size of the surround surface. Assuming that the fan 100 is a circle or a square, the two ends of the radiator 200 are connected with the center of the fan 100 to form an included angle, and the size of the included angle determines how much and the proportion of the surface of the radiator 200 surrounding the fan 100 from the top view. Assuming that the fan 100 is a square in plan view, when the two ends of the radiator on one face are located on a straight line where the diagonal of the square is located, the angle is 90 degrees, and the two faces are 180 degrees. When the ratio is 50% on the second face, then the angle is 135 degrees.
In the above embodiments, the heat dissipating surface of the heat sink 200 is a plane, and in other embodiments, the heat dissipating surface may be a curved surface or a combination of straight surfaces, such as a rounded corner between two perpendicular heat dissipating surfaces.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the radiator 200 is projected around three sides of the fan 100 in the vertical direction, and the projection angle is not less than 240 degrees. That is, the radiator 200 surrounds three sides of the fan 100, and the radiator 200 cannot be mounted since the fourth side needs to be externally connected with other devices. In the embodiment provided by the application, the occupied area ratio is one hundred percent, so the projection angle is 270 degrees.
Of course, when the blower 100 is rectangular, the projection angle may be greater than 270 degrees or less than 270 degrees. When the surface ratio is equal to 100%, the heat dissipation effect is optimal, and the exceeding part is far away from the radiator if the surface ratio exceeds one hundred percent, so that the heat dissipation effect is limited. According to the test, the heat dissipation effect is significantly reduced below 240 degrees.
The embodiment provides the heat transfer area that is three times bigger than current heat transfer area, and the air flow direction is more unanimous, so promotes the effect and has exceeded one side heat transfer area's three times, can realize natural wind heat dissipation simultaneously, under the equal amount of wind, the wind speed is lower, the windage is littleer, so whole energy storage system heat abstractor's noise is also littleer, and the noise is an important index of energy storage system.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the radiator 200 includes two types of evaporative radiators and liquid-cooled radiators 220, wherein each of the evaporative radiators and the liquid-cooled radiators 220 has a first radiating surface and a second radiating surface surrounding two side surfaces, the two first radiating surfaces are oppositely arranged, one ends of the two second radiating surfaces are close to each other, and the other ends of the two second radiating surfaces are correspondingly connected with the two first radiating surfaces.
The evaporative radiator and the liquid-cooled radiator 220 are two main radiators currently, and in this embodiment, the fan 100 can radiate the two radiators simultaneously, so that the energy-storage heat-exchange device has wider application. As can be seen from fig. 2, the evaporative radiator and the liquid-cooled radiator 220 each occupy one half side, i.e. the complete side is divided into two halves, the evaporative radiator and the liquid-cooled radiator 220 are in an "L" shape, the long sides are the first heat dissipation surfaces, the opposite arrangement is performed, and the short sides are the second heat dissipation surfaces, which are close to each other. Of course, the two are not attached or connected, and only the distance is required to be as small as possible.
In one embodiment, the evaporative radiator is a Freon radiator 210, and the Freon radiator 210 is the main current radiator for dissipating heat from the battery.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the freon radiator 210 and the liquid-cooled radiator 220 are each provided with a working fluid inlet 230 at an end facing away from the other, and the working fluid inlet 230 is used for circulating working fluid.
In one embodiment, the working fluid inlet 230 of the freon radiator 210 is in communication with the freon system 300, and the working fluid inlet 230 of the liquid-cooled radiator 220 is in communication with the liquid-cooled system 400.
Specifically, this is also why the fourth surface is not provided with a radiator, the working medium inlet and outlet 230 needs to circulate working medium and is externally connected with other systems, when the energy storage system starts to operate, the two components of the battery and the energy storage current device in the system generate heat in operation and need to cool and dissipate heat. At this time, the freon system 300, which is responsible for heat dissipation of the battery, inputs high-temperature gaseous freon into the freon radiator 210 through the freon working fluid inlet and outlet 230. Under the driving of the fan 100, cooling air enters from the outer side of the freon radiator 210 and is blown across the radiating surface through the fan 100, and under the combined action of the cooling air and the freon radiator 210, high-temperature gaseous freon is reduced to medium-temperature liquid freon, and the high-temperature gaseous freon returns to the freon system 300 through the freon working medium inlet and outlet 230.
Similarly, the liquid cooling system 400 responsible for heat dissipation of the energy storage current device inputs the high temperature glycol solution into the liquid cooling heat sink 220 through the liquid cooling medium inlet and outlet 230. Under the driving of the fan 100, cooling air enters from the outer side of the liquid cooling radiator 220 and is blown through the cooling surface of the liquid cooling radiator 220 by the fan 100, and under the combined action of the cooling air and the liquid cooling radiator 220, the high-temperature glycol solution is reduced to the low-temperature glycol solution and returns to the liquid cooling system 400 through the liquid cooling working medium inlet and outlet 230.
In one embodiment, the heat sink includes a plurality of aluminum fins having through holes communicating air on the side of the blower 100 with outside air in a vertical direction view. Therefore, under the blowing of the fan 100, the internal circulation speed is faster than the external circulation speed, which is equivalent to that the air channel is negative pressure compared with the external circulation speed, and the external air can continuously flow into the air channel from the through holes of the aluminum fins, and the fan 100 increases the circulation speed, so that the heat on the radiator is taken away.
In one embodiment, the fan 100 is located at the lower end of the radiator. The air flow direction is from bottom to top, and the hot air can more easily rise and flow away from the top.
In one embodiment, the plurality of heat sinks are sequentially vertically distributed on a projection in a vertical direction.
Specifically, a radiator can be placed on each of the three side surfaces, the three side surfaces are vertically distributed to place the fan 100 in the middle, the sum of the distances between the three side surfaces and the fan 100 can be kept to be minimum, and the radiating effect is better.
Referring to fig. 4a and 4b, fig. 4a and 4b show two cases of acute and obtuse distributions, respectively. In other embodiments, the heat sinks on the two sides may also be distributed at an obtuse angle, which would result in the two ends being farther from the fan 100 than the middle side, or at an acute angle, but the benefit may be to increase the length of the fourth side, which may be used to place more equipment. While obtuse angle distribution may make the two ends of the middle side farther from the blower 100 and the two ends of the middle side closer to the blower 100, the length of the fourth side may be reduced, making it more inconvenient to place the device.
The application also provides an energy storage system, which comprises any one of the energy storage heat exchange devices in the embodiment, a battery and an energy storage converter, wherein the energy storage heat exchange device is used for radiating heat of the battery and the energy storage converter. The battery and the energy storage converter are two large heating components of the energy storage system, and in order to improve the overall energy density, the volume of the energy storage system needs to be reduced.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the utility model is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the utility model.
