The receiving groove 5 can be formed in a compartment of an indoor furniture cabinet or in a recess for receiving objects, which is provided in a wall.

The following describes a specific operation of the mounting device 2 for an air conditioner indoor unit 1 according to an embodiment of the present utility model with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The air conditioning indoor unit 1 is installed in the accommodating groove 5, and the first fixing piece 211 and the second fixing piece 221 are respectively provided at both sides of the air conditioning indoor unit 1, for example, the first fixing piece 211 and the second fixing piece 221 are respectively provided at the left side and the right side of the air conditioning indoor unit 1. Wherein, the operations are not in sequence.
The first slider 212 is moved toward the side wall of the accommodation groove 5 corresponding to the first slider 212 with respect to the first fixing member 211, and abuts against the side wall of the accommodation groove 5, for example, the first slider 212 abuts against the left side wall of the accommodation groove 5. The first slider 212 is limited by the first limiting member 213, so that the first slider 212 cannot move relative to the first fixing member 211. The second slider 222 is moved toward the other side wall of the accommodation groove 5 corresponding to the second slider 222 with respect to the second fixing member 221, and abuts against the other side wall of the accommodation groove 5, for example, the second slider 222 abuts against the right side wall of the accommodation groove 5. The second slider 222 is limited by the second limiting member 223, so that the second slider 222 cannot move relative to the second fixing member 221. The air conditioning indoor unit 1 is fixedly installed in the accommodating groove 5 by friction force between the first sliding block 212 and the second sliding block 222 and the two side walls by abutting the first sliding block 212 and the second sliding block 222 on the two opposite side walls of the accommodating groove 5 respectively.
Compared with the related art, the mounting device 2 for the air conditioner indoor unit 1 of the embodiment of the utility model enables the air conditioner indoor unit 1 to be clamped between the first mounting assembly 21 and the second mounting assembly 22 by abutting the first sliding block 212 of the first mounting assembly 21 and the second sliding block 222 of the second mounting assembly 22 on the wall surface of the mounting space, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is fixedly mounted in the mounting space, and the problem of inconvenient mounting of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is solved.
In addition, the residual space between the air conditioning indoor unit 1 and the accommodating space is narrow, the first sliding block 212 and the first fixing piece 211 relatively move for a small distance, the second sliding block 222 and the second fixing piece 221 relatively move for a small distance, and the first installation assembly 21 and the second installation assembly 22 can clamp and install the air conditioning indoor unit 1 in the accommodating space, so that the operation is more convenient.
In some alternative embodiments, the first fixing member 211 and the second fixing member 221 may be coupled to the air conditioning indoor unit 1 by screws to achieve detachable coupling of the first fixing member 211 and the second fixing member 221 to the air conditioning indoor unit 1.
In order to make the present utility model easier to understand, the mounting device 2 for an air conditioner indoor unit 1 according to the embodiment of the present utility model will be further described below in terms of the first direction coinciding with the left-right direction, the second direction coinciding with the front-rear direction, and the third direction coinciding with the up-down direction. Wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first limiting member 213 includes a first pressing portion 2131, where the first pressing portion 2131 is movably disposed on the first fixing member 211, and the first limiting member 213 is configured such that the first pressing portion 2131 can press against the first slider 212 and clamp the first slider 212 together with the first fixing member 211.
The second limiting member 223 includes a second pressing portion 2231, where the second pressing portion 2231 is movably disposed on the second fixing member 221, and the second limiting member 223 is configured such that the second pressing portion 2231 can press against the second slider 222 and clamp the second slider 222 together with the second fixing member 221.
That is, the first stopper 213 can move to press the first slider 212 against the first fixing member 211 by the first pressing portion 2131, so that the first slider 212 cannot move relative to the first fixing member 211, thereby achieving the purpose of restricting the first slider 212. The second limiting member 223 can move to enable the second compressing portion 2231 to compress the second slider 222 on the second fixing member 221, so that the second slider 222 cannot move relative to the second fixing member 221, and the purpose of limiting the second slider 222 is achieved, so that limiting operations on the first slider 212 and the second slider 222 are more convenient.
Specifically, the first fixing member 211 has a first mounting hole 2113, the first slider 212 has a first through hole 2125, the extending direction of the first through hole 2125 coincides with the right-left direction, and the first stopper 213 is screw-fitted with the first mounting hole 2113 through the first through hole 2125. The second fixing member 221 has a second mounting hole 2211, the second slider 222 has a second through hole 2225, the extending direction of the second through hole 2225 is identical to the left-right direction, and the second limiting member 223 passes through the second through hole 2225 to be screw-engaged with the second mounting hole 2211. Therefore, the first limiting piece 213 and the second limiting piece 223 can respectively limit the first sliding block 212 and the second sliding block 222, and the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the first stopper 213 and the second stopper 223 are screws.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the first fixing member 211 has a first engagement surface 2112, the first engagement surface 2112 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction, the first slider 212 has a second engagement surface 2121, the second engagement surface 2121 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction, and the second engagement surface 2121 slidably engages with the first engagement surface 2112.
The second fixing member 221 has a third mating surface 2212, the third mating surface 2212 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction, the second slider 222 has a fourth mating surface 2221, the fourth mating surface 2221 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction, and the fourth mating surface 2221 is slidably mated with the third mating surface 2212.
That is, when the first stopper 213 and the first fixing member 211 clamp the first slider 212, that is, when the first slider 212 approaches the first fixing member 211 in the front-rear direction, the second engagement surface 2121 of the first slider 212 receives the pressure of the inclination of the first engagement surface 2112, so that the first slider 212 can move in the left-right direction, and further, the pressure of the first slider 212 against the wall surface of the accommodating space is increased, and the friction force between the first slider 212 and the wall surface of the accommodating space is increased. Similarly, when the second stopper 223 and the second fixing member 221 clamp the second slider 222, the second slider 222 can be moved in the right-left direction, and the friction force between the second slider 222 and the other wall surface of the accommodating space can be increased, so that the stability of the installation of the air conditioning indoor unit 1 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the receiving groove 5 includes a first sidewall 51 and a second sidewall 52 opposite in the left-right direction, the first slider 212 can abut against the first sidewall 51, and the second slider 222 can abut against the second sidewall 52.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning indoor unit 1 is provided in the accommodating groove 5, the first fixing piece 211 is provided at the left end portion of the air conditioning indoor unit 1, the first slider 212 abuts against the left side wall of the accommodating groove 5, the second fixing piece 221 is provided at the right end portion of the air conditioning indoor unit 1, and the second slider 222 abuts against the right side wall of the accommodating groove 5.
The first mating surface 2112 is inclined with the left end of the first mating surface 2112 rearward of the right end thereof, and the second mating surface 2121 is inclined with the left end of the second mating surface 2121 rearward of the right end thereof. The third mating surface 2212 is disposed obliquely, wherein a left end of the third mating surface 2212 is located forward of a right end thereof, and the second mating surface 2121 is disposed obliquely, wherein a left end of the second mating surface 2121 is located forward of a right end thereof.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the first slider 212 includes a first plate body 2122, a first support plate 2123, and a second support plate 2124, the first support plate 2123 and the second support plate 2124 are provided on the first plate body 2122, and the first support plate 2123 and the second support plate 2124 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction. The end surface of the first support plate 2123 adjacent to the first fixing member 211 and the end surface of the second support plate 2124 adjacent to the first fixing member 211 form a second mating surface 2121, a first through hole 2125 is provided in the first plate body 2122, and the first through hole 2125 is located between the first support plate 2123 and the second support plate 2124.
The second slider 222 includes a second plate body 2222, a third support plate 2223, and a fourth support plate 2224, the third support plate 2223 and the fourth support plate 2224 are all provided on the second plate body 2222, and the third support plate 2223 and the fourth support plate 2224 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction. The first support frame 3 includes a first limit groove having an opening that is open in the front-rear direction. The second support frame 4 includes a second limit groove having an opening provided open in the front-rear direction.
The first support frame 3 can be matched with the first installation component 21, the second support frame 4 can be matched with the second installation component 22, wherein the first sliding block 212 abuts against the inner wall surface of the first limiting groove, the second sliding block 222 abuts against the inner wall surface of the second limiting groove, and the front-back direction is perpendicular to the left-right direction.
In other words, after the air conditioning indoor unit 1 is placed and mounted on the first support frame 3 and the second support frame 4, the first mounting component 21 and the second mounting component 22 extend into the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove respectively, so that the first slider 212 abuts against the left side wall surface of the first limiting groove, and the second slider 222 abuts against the right side wall surface of the second limiting groove, thereby limiting the air conditioning indoor unit 1 in the front-rear direction.
The size of the accommodating groove 5 of some furniture cabinets in the up-down direction is larger, the air conditioner indoor unit 1 needs to be installed on the upper portion of the accommodating groove 5, the first supporting frame 3 and the second supporting frame 4 are installed on the upper portion of the accommodating groove 5, and then the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is placed on the first supporting frame 3 and the second supporting frame 4, so that the air outlet height of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is improved, and the use requirement of a user is met.
Further, the user can perform the fitting operation of the first fitting unit 21 and the accommodation groove 5 through the first opening opened toward the front, for example, press the first stopper 213 to move toward the rear, press the first stopper 213 against the first fixing 211, and press the first slider 212 against the left wall surface of the first stopper groove. The user can perform the fitting operation of the second fitting assembly 22 and the accommodation groove 5 through the second opening opened toward the front, for example, press the second stopper 223 to move toward the rear, press the second stopper 223 against the second fixing member 221, and press the second slider 222 against the right side wall surface of the second stopper groove. Thus, the first support frame 3 can be fixed on the side wall of the accommodating groove 5 by the first mounting section 32, and the second support frame 4 can be fixed on the side wall of the accommodating groove 5 by the second mounting section 42, so that the mounting stability of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the housing of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 has a first mounting groove 11 and a second mounting groove, the first mounting groove 11 and the second mounting groove being spaced apart in the left-right direction, the first support frame 3 being engaged with the first mounting groove 11, and the second support frame 4 being engaged with the second mounting groove. In other words, through the cooperation of first support frame 3 and second support frame 4 with first mounting groove 11 and second mounting groove respectively, not only can restrict the air conditioning indoor unit 1 and remove in the left and right directions, improve the stability that air conditioning indoor unit 1 installed, first mounting groove 11 and second mounting groove can shelter from partial first support frame 3 and partial second support frame 4 moreover to improve the wholeness after the assembly, improve user's use experience.
