Abstract

本实用新型涉及汽车配件领域,具体是涉及一种LED车灯。
背景技术
当前,LED车灯凭借其低压运行、光线分布均匀、使用寿命稳定、瞬间点亮以及能发出自然柔和光线的特性,相较于传统的卤素灯和高压气体放电灯(HID)展现出了显著的优越性。这些优势不仅提升了行车的安全性,还促使LED技术在汽车照明领域得到了广泛的采纳与应用。
但由于LED芯片发光是朝正前面发光的,发出的光线不会从侧面发出,导致铺路光效低,达不到媲美氙灯和卤素灯的配光效果。为此,现有一种LED车灯通过设置透镜增强了LED车灯侧后方的光强功能,
但在实际使用过程中发现,透镜在传播光线的过程中,透镜会吸收部分光线转化为热量,长时间使用会导致透镜因为高温而损坏。同时虽然透镜的设置增加了LED芯片发出光线射向侧后方的光束,但仍无法做到与目前的卤素灯、氙灯等传统的车灯发光效果相媲美。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED车灯,用于解决含有导光件的现有车灯使用寿命低、发光效果差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的LED车灯,包括第一电路板,第一电路板上设置有LED芯片,LED芯片发光面的一侧设置有导光件,导光件为透明件,导光件位于LED芯片的正上方,导光件、第一电路板和LED芯片外设置有透光件,透光件包括一个顶壁和周壁,周壁是透明的,顶壁上设置有至少一个第一散热孔,透光件的周壁上设置有沿水平方向延伸的条纹。
由上述方案可见,本实用新型的LED灯通过在透光件的周壁上设置条纹,使得经过的光线发散,向侧后方照射,提高LED芯片发出光线射向侧后方的光束,达到与目前的卤素灯、氙灯等传统的车灯相媲美的发光效果。同时透光件的顶壁上第一散热孔的设置提高散热效果,防止导光件在传播光线的过程中,吸收部分光线转化为热量,长期使用造成导光件因高温损坏的问题。
进一步的方案是,LED车灯还包括第二电路板,第二电路板与第一电路板相互垂直且电连接,第一电路板的周向上设置有第一安装槽,第二电路板靠近第一电路板的一端设置有延伸部,延伸部至少一部分伸入第一安装槽且与第一安装槽抵接;第二电路板远离第一电路板的一端设置有抵接触针。
由上述方案可见,第二电路板的设置方便LED车灯的安装。
进一步的方案是,第二电路板上沿水平方向设置有第一通孔,第一通孔内设置有风扇。
由上述方案可见,风扇的设置进一步提高了LED车灯的散热效果,保证了LED车灯的使用寿命。
进一步的方案是,第一通孔沿竖直方向的侧壁上设置有水平方向向第一通孔内部延伸的第一凸起,风扇设置有安装板,安装板置于第一凸起上,安装板与第二电路板电连接。
由上述方案可见,风扇和第二电路板的连接方式在减少LED体积和长度的同时,保证了风扇与第二电路板之间电连接的稳定性。
进一步的方案是,第二电路板外设置有相互连接第一壳体和第二壳体,第一壳体位于第二壳体上方;第二壳体上设置有第二通孔,抵接触针伸出第二通孔。
由上述方案可见,第一壳体和第二壳体的设置保证了LED车灯使用的安全性和稳定性,同时,设置两个壳体便于安装。
进一步的方案是,第一壳体位于透光件的下方,第一壳体靠近透光件的一端沿竖直方向延伸有第二凸起,第二凸起外周壁上设置有向外延伸的第三凸起;透光件的内周壁上设置有凹槽,凹槽与第三凸起配合。
由上述方案可见,透光件与第一壳体的连接方式使透光件更稳固地安装在第一壳体上。

由上述方案可见,第一壳体结构的设置,在保证第一电路板与第二电路板电连接的稳定性的同时,保证了第一电路板位置的稳定。
进一步的方案是,导光件的周壁上套设有支架,支架面向第一电路板的一面延伸有支撑脚;第一电路板周向上设置有第二安装槽,支撑脚穿过第二安装槽与第一壳体的顶面抵接。
由上述方案可见,支架的设置确保导光件与LED芯片之间位置关系和对应关系不变,保证了LED车灯发光的稳定性。
进一步的方案是,导光件远离LED芯片的一面朝向LED芯片方向凹陷形成内凹锥面。
由上述方案可见,光束经过内凹锥面的反射,可以有效提升车灯的配光效率。
进一步的方案是,条纹的横截面为半圆状。
由上述方案可见,横截面为半圆状的条纹使得经过的光线发散更加均匀,向侧后方照射的发光效果更好。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图8,本实施例的LED车灯包括透光件1、导光组件、发光源、第一壳体4、第二电路板5、散热组件和第二壳体7。其中第一壳体4位于第二壳体7上方且与第二壳体7连接,透光件1套设于第一壳体4上方。导光件2和发光源均位于透光件1内,其中导光件2位于发光源上方。第二电路板5和散热组件位于第一壳体4和第二壳体7形成的容纳腔内。
参见图1至图4,第一壳体4的周壁呈圆柱状,且周壁上设置有若干第二散热孔41。第一壳体4靠近透光件1的一端设置有顶面44,顶面44设置有与第一壳体4和第二壳体7形成的容纳腔连通的缝隙,缝隙的宽度等于或大于第二电路板5的厚度。第一壳体4靠近第二壳体7的周壁上设置有卡槽43,对应第二壳体7靠近第一壳体4的一端设置有卡扣71,卡扣71和卡槽43配合实现第一壳体4和第二壳体7的连接。
参见图1至图5,第二电路板5靠近第一壳体4顶面44的一端设置有延伸部51,延伸部51沿竖直方向穿过第一壳体4的缝隙,伸出第一壳体4。第二电路板5上沿水平方向设置有第一通孔53,第一通孔53沿竖直方向延伸的侧壁上设置有水平方向向第一通孔53内部延伸的相对的第一凸起52。第一通孔53内设置有风扇,风扇包括驱动部和扇叶部62,驱动部包括安装板61,安装板61置于第一凸起52上。且安装板61与第二电路板5电连接。驱动部驱动扇叶部转动。第一壳体4上形成有鳍片状的第一散热体,第二散热孔41也形成于第一散热体上,每一个第二散热孔41位于第一散热体相邻的两个鳍片之间。第二壳体7上形成有鳍片状的第二散热体,第三散热孔72也形成于第二散热体上,每一个第三散热孔72位于第二散热体相邻的两个鳍片之间,且第三散热孔72位于扇叶部62下方。第二电路板5远离第一壳体4顶面44的一端设置有抵接触针54。第二壳体7设置有第二通孔73,抵接触针54伸出第二通孔73。抵接触针54用于与外部电源电连接。第三散热孔7为进风口,第二散热孔41为出风口。第三散热孔7也可以为出风口,第二散热孔41为进风口。
参见图1至图6,第一壳体4靠近透光件1的一端沿竖直方向延伸有第二凸起42,第二凸起42外周壁上设置有向外延伸的第三凸起421。透光件1的内周壁上设置有凹槽13,凹槽13与第三凸起421配合使透光件1套设于第一壳体4上。透光件1包括一个近似弧形的顶壁11和两个平行设置的平面的周壁12,顶壁11和周壁12是透明的。透光件1的顶壁11上设置有若干第一散热孔111,在本实施例中,第一散热孔111为切面是弧形的通孔。透光件1的两个周壁12上均设置有沿水平方向延伸的条纹121,优选地,条纹121的横截面为半圆状。
参见图1至图7,发光源包括第一电路板31和LED芯片32。第一电路板31置于第一壳体4的顶面44上,LED芯片32焊接于第一电路板31上,LED芯片32也可以通过其他本领域技术人员熟知的方式固定于第一电路板31上。第一电路板31与第二电路板5相互垂直,第一电路板31周向上设置有第一安装槽33,第二电路板5的延伸部51至少一部分伸入第一安装槽33中,在本实施例中,第二电路板5的延伸部51穿过第一安装槽33。且第二电路板5的延伸部51与第一安装槽33抵接,以实现第一电路板31与第二电路板5的电连接。
参见图1至图8,导光组件包括导光件2,导光件2的周壁上套设有支架21,支架21面向第一电路板31的一面延伸有支撑脚211。第一电路板31周向上设置有第二安装槽34,支撑脚211穿过第二安装槽34与第一壳体4的顶面44抵接。导光件2位于LED芯片32的正上方,LED芯片32的发光面朝向导光件2。导光件2呈圆柱或圆台状,导光件2为透明件。导光件2远离LED芯片32的一面向内凹陷形成内凹锥面22,内凹锥面22是一个回转的表面,并且朝向LED芯片方向凹陷,且内凹锥面22的轴线位于导光件2的周线上。内凹锥面22靠近顶点处的一段区域可以是经过电镀处理的区域,或者镀上高反膜的区域,以便于入射到该区域的光束能够在内凹锥面22处形成反射。而内凹锥面22远离顶点的区域可以是经过粗化处理的区域,例如经过雾化处理,这样,光束入射到经过粗化处理的区域的光束的折射方向将改变。
本实施例的LED车灯,通过在透光件1的周壁12上设置条纹121,使得经过的光线发散,向侧后方照射,提高LED芯片发出光线射向侧后方的光束,达到与目前的卤素灯、氙灯等传统的车灯相媲美的发光效果。同时透光件1的顶壁11上第一散热孔111的设置进一步提高散热效果,防止导光件在传播光线的过程中,吸收部分光线转化为热量,长期使用造成导光件2因高温损坏的问题。

Claims (10)

1.LED车灯,包括第一电路板,所述第一电路板上设置有LED芯片,所述LED芯片发光面的一侧设置有导光件,所述导光件为透明件,所述导光件位于所述LED芯片的正上方,所述导光件、所述第一电路板和所述LED芯片外设置有透光件,
其特征在于:
所述透光件包括一个顶壁和周壁,所述周壁是透明的,所述顶壁上设置有至少一个第一散热孔,所述透光件的周壁上设置有沿水平方向延伸的条纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述LED车灯还包括第二电路板,所述第二电路板与所述第一电路板相互垂直且电连接,所述第一电路板的周向上设置有第一安装槽,所述第二电路板靠近所述第一电路板的一端设置有延伸部,所述延伸部至少一部分伸入所述第一安装槽且与所述第一安装槽抵接;
所述第二电路板远离所述第一电路板的一端设置有抵接触针。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述第二电路板上沿水平方向设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔内设置有风扇。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述第一通孔沿竖直方向的侧壁上设置有水平方向向所述第一通孔内部延伸的第一凸起,所述风扇设置有安装板,所述安装板置于所述第一凸起上,所述安装板与所述第二电路板电连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述第二电路板外设置有相互连接第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体位于所述第二壳体上方;
第二壳体上设置有第二通孔,所述抵接触针伸出所述第二通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述第一壳体位于所述透光件的下方,所述第一壳体靠近所述透光件的一端沿竖直方向延伸有第二凸起,所述第二凸起外周壁上设置有向外延伸的第三凸起;
所述透光件的内周壁上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述第三凸起配合。
7.如权利要求5所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述第一电路板置于所述第一壳体的顶面上,所述顶面设置有与所述第一壳体连通的缝隙,所述第二电路板的所述延伸部穿过所述缝隙。
8.如权利要求5所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述导光件的周壁上套设有支架,所述支架面向所述第一电路板的一面延伸有支撑脚;
所述第一电路板周向上设置有第二安装槽,所述支撑脚穿过所述第二安装槽与所述第一壳体的顶面抵接。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述导光件远离所述LED芯片的一面朝向所述LED芯片方向凹陷形成内凹锥面。
10.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的LED车灯,其特征在于:
所述条纹的横截面为半圆状。
