Background
The use of the release cloth for the production of the pultruded plate is that when the die extrudes the pultruded plate, the inner surface of the die is separated from the pultruded plate by the release cloth, so that the phenomenon that the surface of the pultruded plate is adhered to the inner surface of the die to cause that the pultruded plate is not easy to be released from the die is avoided. The production of the pultrusion plate mainly comprises the steps of solidifying and extruding fiber bundles together with resin, firstly pulling one end of the fiber bundles wound on a winding drum to one end of a production line, coaxially sleeving the winding drum wound with the fiber bundles on the rotation of the other end of the production line, continuously solidifying the fiber bundles between two ends of the production line through the resin, extruding through a die to form the pultrusion plate, wherein the die is positioned between two ends of the production line, and winding and collecting the formed pultrusion plate by using another winding drum. Therefore, when the release cloth is used to prevent the adhesion of the pultrusion plate to the inner surface of the die, it is necessary to make the release cloth parallel to the pultrusion plate and the projection of the length line of the release cloth in the horizontal plane parallel to the projection of the length line of the production line in the horizontal plane, and if an angle is formed between the projection of the length line of the release cloth in the horizontal plane and the projection of the length line of the production line in the horizontal plane, it may happen that the release cloth cannot completely isolate the pultrusion plate from the die in the process of extruding the pultrusion book by the die. Therefore, when the release cloth roll is mounted, the angle between the projection of the length line of the release cloth in the horizontal plane and the projection of the length line of the production line in the horizontal plane needs to be adjusted. In the prior art, a winding drum wound with release cloth is sleeved on a horizontal roller perpendicular to the length line of a production line, then a worker visually detects the angle (deviation correction) between the projection of the length line of the release cloth in the horizontal plane and the projection of the length line of the production line in the horizontal plane in a line-of-sight standard mode, then the axial position of the winding drum on the roller is adjusted, and finally the adjusted winding drum and the roller are relatively fixed together. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-5, a device for correcting deviation of release cloth in pultrusion plate production comprises a linear shifter, wherein the execution end of the linear shifter is provided with a rotating motor 1, the output shaft of the rotating motor 1 is parallel to the moving direction of the linear shifter, and a winding drum installer is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the rotating motor.
In producing the pultrusion panel 18, the linear shifter is fixedly placed on a bracket installed at one side of the beginning of the production line for producing the pultrusion panel 18, after which the roll 17 wound with the release cloth 16 is installed on the roll installer, and then one end of the release cloth 16 on the roll 17 is passed through the die 14, so that the release cloth 16 is located above the pultrusion panel 18 when in the die 14, and then a wind-up roll (not shown) for winding the release cloth 16 is installed between the end of the production line for producing the pultrusion panel 18 and the die 14, so that the use of the release cloth 16 is in the process of producing the pultrusion panel 18. In the present embodiment, the linear shifter controls the axial movement of the rotary motor 1, so as to drive the release cloth 16 to move on the horizontal plane parallel to the length line of the pultrusion plate 18, thereby realizing the function of deviation correction. The rotation of the motor 1 achieves the effect of slowly releasing the release cloth 16 on the reel 17.
As a preferred mode, the linear shifter comprises a fixed seat 2, a screw rod 3 and a handle 4, wherein the screw rod 3 is rotationally arranged on the fixed seat 2, one end of the screw rod 3 is externally provided with the handle 4 outside the fixed seat 2, a sliding block 13 is slidably arranged on the fixed seat 2, a threaded hole in threaded connection with two ends of the screw rod 3 is formed in the sliding block 13, the rotating motor 1 is fixedly arranged outside the fixed seat 2, the screw rod 3 is parallel to an output shaft of the rotating motor 1, a plurality of scale marks 12 are arranged on the fixed seat 2 along the axial direction of the screw rod 3, and a screw rod rotating limiter is arranged on the fixed seat 2. When correction is needed, the bolt 6 is directly unscrewed from the first screw hole 5, so that the screw rod 3 can be rotated by manually rotating the handle 4 after the lower end of the bolt 6 is not contacted with the screw rod 3.
As a preferred mode, the reel installer includes a screw rod 7, two limiting blocks 8, one end of the screw rod 7 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the free end of the output shaft of the rotating motor 1, each limiting block 8 is provided with a second screw hole 15 matched with the screw rod 7, the projection of the limiting block 8 in a plane parallel to the second screw hole 15 is trapezoid, when two limiting blocks 8 are located on the screw rod 7, the small ends of the trapezoids of the two limiting blocks 8 are oppositely arranged, and the screw rod 7 is provided with a limiter for limiting and fixing the limiting block 8. After this setting, the spool 17 around which the release cloth 16 is wound is fixed to the screw 7 by the two stoppers 8, and the spool 17 around which the release cloth 16 is wound is fixed. The screw 7 is arranged in such a way that the distance between the two limiting blocks 8 is convenient to adjust, so that the effect of fixing release cloths 16 with different widths on the screw 7 is facilitated, and the limiting blocks 8 are arranged in such a way that the projection of the limiting blocks 8 in a plane parallel to the second screw hole 15 is trapezoid, so that the coaxial (concentricity) of the winding drum 17 and the screw 7, namely the coaxial (concentricity) of the winding drum 17 and the output shaft of the rotating motor 1 can be ensured when the winding drum 17 wound with the release cloth 16 is fixed on the screw 7, so that the release cloth 16 releasing speed of the rotating motor 1 can be ensured to be uniform.
As a preferred manner, as shown in fig. 1, the limiter comprises a first limit nut 9, the outer diameter of the screw 7 is smaller than the outer diameter of the output shaft of the rotating motor 1, and when two limit blocks 8 and the first limit nut 9 are both positioned on the screw 7, the first limit nut 9 is positioned on one side of the two limit blocks 8 facing away from the rotating motor 1. So arranged, the output shaft of the rotary motor 1 plays a limiting role, so that the position of the winding drum 17 on the screw 7 can be limited only by a first limiting nut 9, and the winding drum 7 is prevented from moving axially on the screw 7.

After this arrangement, the spool 17 is fixed to the threaded spindle 7 by means of a fixing nut 10 and a second stop nut 11, which is designed without taking into account the size relationship between the outer diameter of the threaded spindle 7 and the outer diameter of the output shaft of the rotary motor 1.
