The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
In the present utility model, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature "above" or "below" a second feature may include both the first and second features being in direct contact, as well as the first and second features not being in direct contact but being in contact with each other through additional features therebetween. Moreover, a first feature being "above," "over" and "on" a second feature includes the first feature being directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is higher in level than the second feature. The first feature being "under", "below" and "beneath" the second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply means that the first feature is less level than the second feature.
Headphones (Earphones, headphones, head-sets, earpieces) are a pair of conversion units that accept electrical signals from a media player or receiver and convert them to audible sound waves using a speaker proximate the ear. The main current earphone sound transmission modes (wearing modes) in the market mainly comprise two main types of in-ear sound transmission and open sound transmission.
The in-ear earphone is designed to block the auditory canal by the earplug, and can better isolate external noise by air vibration and obtain more excellent tone quality performance, and can bring stronger bass effect and plump audio effect because the in-ear earphone is relatively close to the eardrum of a user. In addition, the in-ear earphone can be better adapted to the ear shapes and sizes of different users, and the wearing stability of the earphone is improved.
However, since the in-ear earphone needs to be inserted into the auditory canal, the in-ear earphone may generate a pressing sense and a uncomfortable sense when worn for a long time, even may damage hearing, and the earplug blocks the auditory canal, which may cause the environment in the auditory canal to be moist, increase the risk of infection of the auditory canal, and be unfavorable for the health of the auditory canal.
The open earphone generally depends on the air conduction principle, namely, the earphone directly transmits sound waves to ears through air, the open earphone generally adopts the designs of an ear-hanging type or an ear-clamping type, and the like, is not directly plugged into an ear canal, has little influence on the ear canal and the hearing, does not generate oppression after long-time use, and is more comfortable to wear.
However, the open earphone cannot effectively isolate external noise like an in-ear earphone, so that the listening effect may be affected in a noisy environment, the privacy is relatively poor, and the sound quality of the open earphone cannot be concentrated and accurate like an in-ear earphone due to the influence of the external environment in the sound propagation process, the adjustable freedom degree of the sound effect is lower than that of the in-ear earphone, and a larger inherent limit exists on the sound quality of the earphone from the product, so that the listening experience of a user is difficult to meet.
In view of this, the present embodiment provides an earphone, which is specifically an open earphone, and the earphone is configured with two earphone units, so that the customizable degree of freedom of the sound effect is higher, and the sound effect that can be presented by the earphone is improved by matching the two earphone units with the sound producing mode, thereby achieving the purpose of solving the technical problem presented in the background art.
It should be appreciated that headphones are typically configured in two (a pair), wherein a left ear of a user may be referred to as a left headphone and a right ear of a user may be referred to as a right headphone. The left earphone and the right earphone can be matched with each other for users to use, for example, the left earphone outputs a left channel, the right earphone outputs a right channel, in some scenes, only the right earphone has sound or only the left earphone has sound, or the sound volume of the sound of the right earphone is smaller than that of the left earphone, so as to realize a stereo effect, and the left earphone and the right earphone can be respectively used for users independently, for example, the users only wear one earphone to listen to the audio. Therefore, the earphone according to the embodiment of the present application may refer to a left earphone or a right earphone of a pair of earphones, which is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 1-3 of the drawings, the headset includes an ear-hanging member 10, the ear-hanging member 10 being adapted to be worn on the ear of a user (human body) for helping the headset to be better secured to the ear of the user and to prevent the headset from falling out during exercise or other activities. In some embodiments, to improve stability of the ear-hook component 10 between the worn state and the user's ear, the ear-hook component 10 may employ any of the following or a combination thereof:
Firstly, at least part of the ear hanging part 10 is arranged to be a profiling structure matched with the structures of the back of the ear, the upper auricle and the lower auricle of the human body, and is hung on the ear in a mode similar to hanging, so that the contact area between the ear hanging part 10 and the ear is increased, the risk of falling off the earphone from the ear is reduced, and meanwhile, the pressing sense of the ear hanging part 10 on the ear of the user is also reduced;
Secondly, at least part of the ear-hanging part 10 is provided with an elastic structure, so that the ear-hanging part has a certain deformation amount in a wearing state, so as to increase the pressure/clamping force of the ear-hanging part 10 on the ear of the user, thereby achieving the aim of reducing the risk of the earphone falling off from the ear of the user as well;
Third, the ear-hanging member 10 is at least partially arranged to rest against the head in a worn state, such that it forms a reaction force against the holding ear, so that the earphone body and the ear-hanging member 10 can be pressed against the front and rear sides of the ear in a mating manner.
It will be appreciated from the foregoing that the ear-hanging member 10 may be worn by, in addition to being worn by an ear-hanging member (hung on the user's ear), by a neck-hanging member (which is partially supported by the user's neck and applies pressure to the user's face), by an ear clip member (which clamps the user's auricle and back of the ear), by a pair of glasses (which is worn in a manner similar to that of glasses).
In the above embodiment, the earphone further includes the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 on a single earphone structure, where the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are used as two independent sound emitting units, and can emit corresponding audio frequencies relatively independently in a state of being worn by a user. The first sound generating portion 20 is disposed at the first end of the ear hook member 10, the second sound generating portion 30 is disposed at the second end of the ear hook member 10, and the relative positions of the first sound generating portion 20 and the second sound generating portion 30 may depend on the specific wearing mode and structure of the ear hook member 10, which is not specifically limited and strictly required in this embodiment. It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the ears on the same side can simultaneously receive the sounds emitted from the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 when the user wears the device, the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are both open headphones, so that the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are both open and are worn without being in the ear (canal) when the user wears the device, and therefore, the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are not blocked or cover the structural design of the ears of the user. Therefore, in a state where the ear-hanging member 10 is worn on the ear of the user, both the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are located outside the ear canal of the user.
The earphone is provided with the two mutually independent first sound emitting parts 20 and the second sound emitting part 30 on the ear-hanging part 10, so that manufacturers and users can customize tuning according to different earphones, and the functionality of the earphone can be expanded. For example, the first sounding part 20 and the second sounding part 30 may be used to implement a more complex multi-channel sound effect, and the sounds in different frequency ranges may be distributed to the first sounding part 20 and the second sounding part 30 for processing, so that the earphone may provide a more accurate frequency response, reduce audio distortion, and improve audio resolution, definition and separation (the sounds emitted by the two earphones are physically separated, so that the definition and separation of the sounds are improved, and the details are more prominent), thereby providing a richer hearing experience for the user. When the first sound generating part 20 and the second sound generating part 30 generate sound at the same time, the audio frequency generated by the first sound generating part 20 and the audio frequency generated by the second sound generating part 30 can be transmitted into the auditory meatus of the user at different angles, so that the sound field provided by the earphone for the user is wider, the sound transmission mode is closer to the natural state, and the more natural and real sound quality effect can be presented.
It can be understood that, because the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are both in an open earphone relationship, the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 have no contact relationship with the ear canal of the user, and the open earphone can effectively reduce stethoscope effects caused by friction, shake and the like, thereby reducing uncomfortable noise interference and improving hearing feeling of the user.
The earphone can also form a stable double-point supporting structure on the skin of a user by the first sound generating part 20 and the second sound generating part 30 in a wearing state, and the shaking and falling risks of the earphone in severe sports or head activities are reduced under the cooperation of the ear-hanging part 10.
On the basis of improving the sound quality effect and wearing stability of the earphone, the open earphone can enable the auditory canal of a user to keep dry and breathable, reduce the environment of bacteria breeding, reduce the risk of ear infection, and effectively prolong the wearing time of the user while being beneficial to the health of the ear.
It should be understood that, at the current technology level, the two sound generating units should be disposed in the same earphone to achieve the same technical effect, but in view of the sound field, the sound separation degree, and the sound quality, the single earphone size, and the wearing comfort, the present embodiment respectively disposes the two sound generating units in the first sound generating portion 20 and the second sound generating portion 30 to form the technical solution proposed in the foregoing embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, a specific structural form of the first sound generating portion 20 and the second sound generating portion 30 is shown. The first sound generating portion 20 includes a first housing 21, a hollow cavity is formed in the first housing 21, the cavity is used for providing a mounting space for related components such as a sound generating unit, the first housing 21 is connected to a first end of the ear-hook component 10 and provided with a first sound outlet hole 22 communicating with the cavity, and a channel for transmitting sound emitted by the sound generating unit in the first sound generating portion 20 is provided and restraining a sound propagation direction thereof. Correspondingly, the second sound generating portion 30 includes a second housing 31, similar to the first sound generating portion 20, in which a hollow cavity is formed in the second housing 31, and the second housing 31 is connected to the second end of the ear hook member 10 and has a second sound outlet 32 communicating with the cavity of the second sound generating portion 30.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the present embodiment further defines the opening directions of the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32, that is, in a state where the ear-hook member 10 is worn on the ear of the user, the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 are both disposed toward the ear canal of the user, so as to ensure that the sounds emitted by the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 can be transmitted to the ear canal of the user and the hearing feeling can be kept as consistent as possible.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the acoustic sensations of the sounds emitted by the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30 are consistent in terms of the user, the manufacturer or the user may adaptively teach the first sound emitting portion 20 and the second sound emitting portion 30, and in the wearing state, the distances between the first sound emitting hole 22 and the second sound emitting hole 32 and the ear canal of the user are set to be consistent as much as possible, so as to reduce the probability of mutual interference between the sounds emitted by the two sound emitting portions.
Optionally, in the wearing state, the first casing 21 and the second casing 31 are both in a state of being attached to the skin surface of the user, which not only can promote the wearing stability of the earphone, but also can make the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 be as close to the auditory canal of the user as possible, thereby reducing the interference of the external environment on the audio frequency of the earphone and achieving the purpose of promoting the hearing feeling of the user.
As a further embodiment, in this embodiment, the inner side and the outer side of the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are both plane, so that the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 can be abutted against the skin surface of the user through the planes formed by the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 when the earphone is worn, thereby being beneficial to improving the wearing comfort of the earphone. Meanwhile, the outer side surfaces of the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are also designed to be plane, so that the earphone can avoid interference with the external environment in the storage state and the wearing state.
In addition, the outer side surfaces of the first sound generating part 20 and the second sound generating part 30 can also be provided with physical keys and touch keys with corresponding functions according to the design requirement of the earphone, and the planar structure can enable a user to feel more comfortable in the touch and pressing process, so that the wearing and use experience of the user are improved.
It should be explained from the above that, referring to fig. 1-3, in the wearing state of the earphone, the side of the first sound generating portion 20 and the second sound generating portion 30 close to the skin surface of the user is the inner side of the earphone, and the corresponding side of the first sound generating portion 20 and the second sound generating portion 30 away from the skin surface of the user is the outer side of the earphone.
Alternatively, the outer peripheral surfaces of the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are each provided as an arc surface.
In the embodiment where the inner side surfaces and the outer side surfaces of the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are both planar, the outer peripheral surfaces of the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are specifically located between the inner side surfaces and the outer side surfaces, and the first housing 21 and the second housing 31 are generally in a flat button-shaped design, so that the overall structure is more round, the carrying and the use of the earphone by a user are facilitated, and the overall visual effect of the earphone is improved.
The first sound outlet 22 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first housing 21, the second sound outlet 32 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second housing 31, so that the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 are ensured to be close to the surface of the skin of the user, the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 are prevented from being blocked by the skin of the user, and the direction of audio transmission can be ensured to be towards the direction of the auditory canal of the user. The first sound outlet 22 is provided as a bar-shaped hole extending around the center axis of the first housing 21, and the second sound outlet 32 is provided as a bar-shaped hole extending around the center axis of the second housing 31. The strip-shaped hole refers to a design that the shape of the hole is in a strip shape, the length of the hole is usually much larger than the width of the hole, a long and narrow channel or opening is formed, the outer circumferential surfaces of the first shell 21 and the second shell 31 are designed to be arc surfaces, and the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 can form an arc-shaped open pore structure when extending around the outer circumferential surfaces, so that the first sound emitting part 20 and the second sound emitting part 30 form a wider and natural sound field effect, the sound is more uniform in the process of propagating through the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32, the distortion and attenuation of the sound are reduced, and the tone quality of the earphone is improved.
It should be understood that the opening width of the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 should not be too large, so as to ensure that the first sound outlet 22 and the second sound outlet 32 have good sound directivity, reduce scattering and waste of sound on the basis of improving sound quality, improve definition and identification of sound, and reduce occurrence of missing sound.
In accordance with any of the above embodiments, the first sound generating unit 20 is provided with a low-frequency sound generating unit, and the second sound generating unit 30 is provided with a high-frequency sound generating unit. The high-frequency sounding unit is mainly responsible for outputting high-frequency sounds and part of medium-frequency sounds, and the low-frequency sounding unit is mainly responsible for outputting low-frequency sounds and the other part of medium-frequency sounds, so that the audio frequencies which are responsible for being output by the high-frequency sounding unit and the low-frequency sounding unit can be matched with and cover the audio frequency band in the hearing range of a human body, and normal hearing of a user is ensured.
In the above technical scheme, by distributing the sounds in different frequency ranges to the low-frequency sounding unit and the high-frequency sounding unit, the middle-frequency sounding unit and the high-frequency sounding unit can process fine high-frequency sound better, the low-frequency sounding unit ensures deep and powerful bass, and the earphone can provide more accurate frequency response. Since each sound generating unit is only responsible for a narrow range of audio frequency bands, they can operate within their own optimal operating range, which helps to reduce audio distortion, especially at high volumes, thereby enabling the headset to better handle sound variations from weak to high intensity, providing a richer hearing experience.
Alternatively, the first sound generating portion 20 may be provided with a high-frequency sound generating unit, whereas the second sound generating portion 30 is provided with a low-frequency sound generating unit.
In an embodiment, a power source and/or a control circuit are/is provided in the ear-hook component 10, and the first sound-generating portion 20 and the second sound-generating portion 30 provide electric energy through the power source provided in the ear-hook component 10, and the control circuit is used for realizing corresponding control according to the control signal sent by the user.
The power supply, the control circuit and other components are arranged in the ear-hanging component 10, so that the weight of the earphone can be changed, the center of gravity of the earphone falls on the wearing part (such as an ear, a neck and the like) of the user in the wearing state of the user, the wearing stability of the ear-hanging component 10 on the corresponding part of the user can be ensured, a series of situations that the weight of the first sound emitting part 20 and the second sound emitting part 30 which are not in direct wearing relation with the user is too large to cause the easy displacement relative to the skin of the user and the like are avoided, and the relative positions of the first sound emitting part 20 and the second sound emitting part 30 and the ears of the user are ensured to be in a correctly worn state to a large extent, so that the user has stable hearing feeling.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, the centerline of the ear-hook component 10 is curved to make the ear-hook structure more fit to the human ear structure. Specifically, the ear-hook component 10 includes an ear-hook segment 11, a first connecting segment 12, and a second connecting segment 13. The ear-hanging section 11 is provided along the root of the back of the ear (the root of the ear, the junction between the auricle and the face) of the user in a state where the ear-hanging member 10 is worn on the ear of the user. The first connecting section 12 is connected to one end of the ear-hanging section 11 and is connected to the first sound-emitting portion 20, and the first connecting section 12 is configured to be hung on the upper side of the ear of the user, specifically, the first connecting section 12 extends to the front side of the ear along the upper root of the ear of the user, so that the first sound-emitting portion 20 can be located near the front side of the ear canal of the user. The second connecting section 13 is connected to the other end of the ear-hanging section 11 and is connected to the second sound-producing portion 30, the second connecting section 13 is disposed around the lower side of the ear of the user by the user, and the second connecting section 13 is used for extending from the lower auricle of the back of the user around the earlobe portion to the front side of the ear of the user, so that the second sound-producing portion 30 can also be located at a position close to the front side of the auditory canal of the user.
Through the above-mentioned setting mode, let earphone overall structure be "C" font structure roughly, when ear-hanging part 10 can utilize user's ear structure stable ground to hang on it, utilize the arc design of ear-hanging part 10, guarantee the laminating nature of ear-hanging part 10 and user's skin, improve user's wearing comfort level, also guarantee that first sound generating part 20 and second sound generating part 30 are close enough to user's ear canal.
In an embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 1-3, the radian of the first connecting section 12 and the second connecting section 13 is greater than that of the ear-hanging section 11, so as to promote the fit between the earphone and the ear structure of the user, and make the overall structure of the earphone more ergonomic.
Referring to fig. 1-3, based on the above embodiment including the ear-hook section 11, the first connection section 12 and the second connection section 13, the ear-hook section 11 is provided with a main housing, and a hollow accommodating cavity is formed in the main housing, and in an embodiment, the accommodating cavity is used for providing an installation space for components such as a power supply and a control circuit of the earphone. The accommodating cavity is communicated with the inside of the first sound emitting part 20 through the first connecting section 12, and is communicated with the inside of the second sound emitting part 30 through the second connecting section 13, so that a control circuit arranged in the host shell can be electrically connected with sound emitting units in the first sound emitting part 20 and the second sound emitting part 30 respectively.
It should be understood that, in order to ensure that the control circuit located in the housing of the host computer can be electrically connected to the corresponding sound generating unit, a space through which the connection wire can pass should be formed inside the first connection section 12 and inside the second connection section 13, so that the inner cavity of the first housing 21, the inner cavity of the second housing 31, and the receiving cavity mentioned in the above embodiment can be mutually communicated through the above spaces.
