Sole carbon plate and shoes
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of shoes, in particular to a sole carbon plate and a shoe.
Background
Sports shoes such as running shoes are generally required to be lightweight and have good supporting and resilient properties to reduce loads during long running. Running shoes include soles and uppers, the soles typically being of a multi-layer construction, generally comprising an outsole for improving wear and slip resistance properties of the sole, and a midsole of composite material, such as rubber materials, and some shock-absorbing resilient materials, such as EVA materials, for attenuating ground reaction forces.
In order to give consideration to the rebound performance and the supporting performance of the sole, a carbon fiber supporting plate (hereinafter referred to as a carbon plate) is added into the midsole in the market, and the hardness of the carbon plate is higher than that of the midsole, and the carbon plate has certain rigidity and can resist the bending deformation of the sole, so that the sole can rebound rapidly after bending deformation, as disclosed in Chinese patent application No. CN 202121707861.5.
However, during the actual movement of wearing the shoe, the outer side of the foot will usually land earlier than the inner side of the foot, and the outer side of the carbon plate will bear a larger pressure, while the existing carbon plate structure has difficulty in better absorbing the pressure generated from the outer side and providing rebound, resulting in a reduction of performance and use experience to some extent. In view of the above problems, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies on the problems, and have produced the present invention.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in a preferred embodiment of a carbon plate 100 for a sole according to the present utility model, the carbon plate 100 includes a carbon plate body 1, wherein a heel support portion 11 is formed at a position corresponding to a heel of the carbon plate body 1 to support the heel of the foot by the heel support portion 11, an arch support portion 12 is formed at a position corresponding to an arch of the carbon plate body 1 to support the arch by the arch support portion 12, a fore-sole support portion 13 is formed at a position corresponding to a fore-sole of the carbon plate body 1 to support the fore-sole by the fore-sole support portion 13, a reverse arch structure 2 is provided at an outer side of the fore-sole support portion 13, a middle portion of the reverse arch structure 2 is connected to an outer side of the fore-sole support portion 13, and both ends of the reverse arch structure 2 in a length direction of the carbon plate body 1 are lower than a lower surface of the carbon plate body 1 to thereby form a reverse arch opposite to a bending direction of the fore-sole support portion 13 at an outer side of the fore-sole support portion 13. The outer side of the half sole supporting portion 13 specifically means a side where two shoes are separated from each other after both feet wear the shoes.
According to the utility model, the reverse arch structure 2 is arranged on the outer side of the half sole supporting part 13, the middle part of the reverse arch structure 2 is connected with the outer side of the half sole supporting part 13, and the two ends of the reverse arch structure 2 along the length direction of the carbon plate body 1 are lower than the lower surface of the carbon plate body 1, so that the reverse arch structure 2 can be utilized to better absorb the pressure generated on the outer side of the foot and provide reliable resilience force for the first landing part of the outer side of the foot in the running or walking process of wearing the shoe provided with the sole carbon plate 100, thereby improving the overall performance of the shoe and improving the use experience.
In the preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the reverse arch structure 2 includes a connection part 21 connected to the outer side of the half sole support part 13, a main body part 22 connected to the connection part 21, a first extension piece 23 connected to one side of the main body part 22 and extending obliquely downward, and a second extension piece 24 connected to the other side of the main body part 22 and extending obliquely downward, and the lower ends of the first extension piece 23 and the second extension piece 24 are lower than the lower surface of the carbon plate body 1, thereby forming a reverse arch.
The utility model designs the reverse arch structure 2 to comprise the connecting part 21 connected with the outer side of the half sole supporting part 13, the main body part 22 connected with the connecting part 21, and the first extending piece 23 and the second extending piece 24 arranged at the two sides of the main body part 22, wherein the lower ends of the first extending piece 23 and the second extending piece 24 are lower than the lower surface of the carbon plate body 1, so that the pressure generated by the outer side of the foot part can be reliably absorbed and upward resilience force can be provided under the action of the first extending piece 23 and the second extending piece 24.
More specifically, the main body 22 is in a downward bent plate structure to adapt to the structure of the half sole supporting part 13, and the bent plate structure can absorb energy better, so that rebound can be better realized in the use process, and the main body is not easy to damage due to deformation.
More specifically, the main body 22 is provided with an upper extension plate 25 extending upward on a side facing away from the connecting portion 21, and the upper extension plate 25 extends to the connecting ends of the first extension piece 23 and the second extension piece 24, and the upper extension plate 25 can strengthen the main body 22 and also can improve the connection strength between the first extension piece 23 and the second extension piece 24 and the main body 22.
More specifically, the inverted arch structure 2 is disposed proximate to the arch support 12. Further, the reverse arch structure 2 is connected to the outer side of the lowest point position of the half sole support 13. Since the foot pressure received by the lowest point position of the half sole support part 13 is the greatest during actual use, the reverse arch structure 2 can absorb the pressure generated on the outer side of the foot and provide rebound better by being provided at the lowest point position of the half sole support part 13.
More specifically, the inverted arch structure 2 and the carbon plate body 1 are integrally formed, so that the inverted arch structure 2 and the carbon plate body 1 can be reliably combined together, and damage is not easy to damage in the using process.
