In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, a water curtain type paint spraying and oil mist removing device comprises a box body, wherein the box body is divided into a filtering area 1 and an operating area 2 from front to back, and a water tank 3 with an open upper end is arranged at the bottom of the box body. The water tank 3 is divided into a water pumping area and a water receiving area by a front panel of a box body, the water pumping area is communicated with the water receiving area through a water outlet 31 arranged on the front panel, a water pump 32 is arranged in the water pumping area, the water pump 32 is respectively connected with a water tank 13 and a spraying system, the spraying system comprises an upper spraying pipe 41, a lower spraying pipe 42 and an operation spraying pipe 43, the upper spraying pipe 41 is arranged above the inside of the filtering barrel 12, the lower spraying pipe 42 is arranged below the filtering barrel 12, and the operation spraying pipe 43 is arranged above the rear side of the water receiving area below the operation area 2.
The fan 10 is a centrifugal fan, the filtering water curtain paper 11 can be provided with a plurality of layers of overlapped water curtain paper to improve the filtering effect, the cyclone disc 16 is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the filtering barrel 12, the wind guide cone 15 is arranged above the center of the cyclone disc 16, the upper spray pipe 41, the lower spray pipe 42 and the operation spray pipe 43 are installed through spray pipe installation openings 40 shown in fig. 3, the number of the spray pipe installation openings 40 is 3, 2 of the spray pipe installation openings are arranged on the side plate of the box body, and 1 of the spray pipe installation openings are arranged on the side wall of the water tank.
The water curtain type paint spraying and oil mist removing device provided by the embodiment adopts a water curtain type oil mist removing mode, realizes multi-channel filtration by combining the water curtain filtering paper 11, the filter vat 12 and the spraying system, can obtain better paint mist treatment effect, can avoid pollution to the environment, ensures the safe production of workshops and the physical health of operators, and has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, small volume, light weight and convenient installation, maintenance and operation.
In the present embodiment, the upper end of the water curtain plate 14 is connected to the rear side of the upper end of the water tank 13, the lower end of the water curtain plate 14 is suspended above the water receiving area, and a slag trap 33 inclined forward is provided between the lower end of the water curtain plate 14 and the water outlet 31. In particular, the slag trap 33 may leave a portion of the paint mist and slag at the work area 2, facilitating cleaning of the paint mist and slag at the work area 2.
In this embodiment, the water pump 32 is disposed at a side of the pumping area away from the water outlet 31, and a slag separation plate 34 is disposed between the water pump 32 and the water outlet 31. In specific implementation, sewage flows to the slag separation plate 34 through the water outlet 31 for slag separation and filtration, and the filtered clean water is recycled through the water pump 32.
As a further improvement of the present embodiment, the pumping section is provided with at least two slag baffles 34 between the water pump 32 and the water outlet 31. In particular, two slag baffles 34 may be disposed between the water pump 32 and the water outlet 31, wherein the distance from the left slag baffle 34 to the left side plate of the pumping area is equal to the distance from the right slag baffle 34 to the right side plate of the pumping area.
The working process of the water curtain type paint spraying and oil mist removing device provided by the embodiment is that the water curtain type paint spraying and oil mist removing device is started, and the fan 10 and the water pump 32 are started. The water in the water tank 3 pumping area is pumped by the water pump 32 to the water tank 13 and the spraying system, which includes an upper spray pipe 41 and a lower spray pipe 42 arranged at two positions below and inside the filter vat 12, and a working spray pipe 43 at the working area 2. The water tank 13 is filled with water and overflows to the water curtain plate 14, the water curtain plate 14 forms a curtain, then the water falls into the water tank 3, the water curtain plate 14 is not connected with the water in the water tank 3, a water curtain dust collection opening is formed, suction is generated by the water curtain dust collection opening under the action of the centrifugal fan, paint mist is generated by workers in the painting operation of the operation area 2, enters the water curtain dust collection opening through the suction to form first filtering, the paint mist subjected to the first filtering is continuously sucked into the filter barrel 12, a lower spray pipe 42 is arranged below the filter barrel 12, the paint mist is fused with the water mist generated by the lower spray pipe 42 to form second filtering before entering the filter barrel 12, the paint mist enters the filter barrel 12 after passing through the second filtering, the inner structure of the filter barrel 12 is provided with a cyclone disc 16, a wind guide cone 15 and an upper spray pipe 41, the paint mist is formed into the filter barrel 12 under the action of the cyclone disc 16 and the wind guide cone 15, the paint mist is fused with the upper spray pipe 41 in the filter barrel 12 to form third filtering, and finally the water mist is discharged out of the filter equipment through the centrifugal fan, and the water mist is discharged out of the filter equipment after the water mist is filtered by the fourth filtering equipment.
In the above process, the sewage generated by the first three filtering steps falls into the water tank 3, the sewage flows to the slag separation plate 34 through the water outlet 31 for slag separation and filtering, and the filtered clean water is recycled through the water pump 32.
When a worker performs paint spraying operation in the operation area 2, a layer of paint mist floats on the water surface of the water tank 3 in the operation area 2, the operation spray pipe 43 sprays towards the direction of the water curtain plate 14, the water in the water tank 3 in the operation area 2 rolls towards the direction of the water curtain plate 14, and the paint mist flows into the water outlet 31 and is filtered through the slag separation plate 34.
In this embodiment, the water tank 3 is provided with an overflow port 35 at the upper portion of the front side plate, and a drain port 36 at the lower portion of the front side plate. Wherein, the overflow port 35 is arranged on the upper part of the front side plate of the water tank 3, and is used for preventing water overflow caused by overhigh water level in the water tank 3, and the water outlet 36 is arranged on the lower part of the front side plate of the water tank 3, so that the water in the water tank 3 can be discharged by using the water outlet 36 when water discharge is needed.
In the present embodiment, a water curtain paper access hole 51 corresponding to the position of the filter water curtain paper 11 is provided on the front panel of the case so as to access the filter water curtain paper 11. As a further improvement of the present embodiment, an observation port 52 corresponding to the position of the filter vat 12 is also provided on the front panel of the case body, so as to observe the internal condition of the filter vat 12. Further, a slag removing opening 53 is arranged below the observation opening 52 on the front panel of the box body, so that waste slag can be cleaned conveniently. In the specific implementation, the water curtain paper access hole 51 and the slag removal hole 53 are both openable openings, and the observation hole 52 can be provided with transparent glass or an acrylic plate, so that workers can observe the internal condition of the filter vat 12 without touching harmful substances such as paint mist.
