Background
With the vigorous development of the building industry in China, an aluminum alloy template system, in particular an aluminum alloy wall column template, is increasingly widely applied by virtue of the advantages of light dead weight, high strength, convenient construction, more turnover times, less amortization cost and the like. The aluminum alloy template adopts a quick-release system, can realize the integrated pouring of walls, columns, beams and plates, and can save a large amount of wood consumption and reduce resource waste relative to a wood template.
At present, the most common aluminum alloy wall column template is often built through modes such as setting up outer scaffold frame in the wall column outside to set up temporary scaffold frame in the inboard, operation platform can't change the position after the completion is set up, and is relatively poor to local adjustment's flexibility.

Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-5.
The aluminum alloy template system, especially the aluminum alloy wall column template, has been used widely and widely due to its light weight, high strength, convenient construction, many turnover times, less amortization cost, etc.
The existing aluminum alloy wall column template is generally provided with a back edge on one side of an aluminum alloy plate, and bolts are further arranged on the back edge.
The embodiment of the application discloses a portable operation platform (hereinafter referred to as an operation platform for short) capable of being attached to an aluminum alloy wall column template. Referring to fig. 1, the operating platform comprises a support assembly 1, a perforated pedal 2, a protective assembly 3 and a sunshade 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the support assembly 1 includes a first support bar 11, a second support bar 12, a third support bar 13, and a fourth support bar 14. The first supporting rod 11 is horizontally arranged, one end of the first supporting rod 11 is welded with an angle steel 15 used for being connected with the back edge of the aluminum alloy wall column template, when the position of the supporting component 1 needs to be limited, one surface of the angle steel 15 is inserted into a gap between the back edge and the aluminum alloy plate, the position of the supporting component 1 can be limited, and similarly, the angle steel 15 is pulled out of the gap between the back edge and the aluminum alloy plate, and the position of the supporting component 1 can be changed, so that the position of an operation platform can be changed, and the problem that the operation platform of the existing aluminum alloy wall column template is poor in flexibility is solved.
The second support rod 12 is obliquely arranged, the second support rod 12 is connected with the first support rod 11, one end of the second support rod 12 is welded with a connecting piece 16 used for being connected with an aluminum alloy wall column template, the connecting piece 16 is specifically a metal sheet, bolt holes are formed in the connecting piece 16, the bolt holes in the connecting piece 16 enable the second support rod 12 to be directly connected with the bolt holes through bolts arranged on a back edge when the aluminum alloy wall column template is assembled, so that the second support rod 12 is connected with the aluminum alloy wall column template, or after the aluminum alloy wall column template is assembled, an iron chain connecting piece 16 is arranged on the connecting piece 16 through the bolt holes, quick installation of the second support rod 12 is achieved through bolt connection of the iron chain connecting piece 16 and the back edge, the connecting piece 16 can be connected with or separated from an aluminum alloy template system through the bolt holes, and the problem that the operation platform of an existing aluminum alloy wall column template is poor in flexibility is further solved.
The third supporting rod 13 is vertically arranged, one side of the third supporting rod 13 is connected with one end, far away from the aluminum alloy wall column template, of the first supporting rod 11, one end of the third supporting rod 13 is connected with one end, far away from the aluminum alloy wall column template, of the second supporting rod 12, the first supporting rod 11 and the second supporting rod 12 form a whole, the stability of the structure of the supporting assembly 1 is enhanced, and shaking of a portable operation platform capable of being attached to the aluminum alloy wall column template in a construction process is reduced.
The fourth support bar 14 is vertically disposed, and both ends of the fourth support bar 14 are connected to the first support bar 11 and the second support bar 12, respectively, so that the first support bar 11. The second support bar 12 and the third support bar 13 form a more stable structure and provide a supporting force in the vertical direction for the bearing assembly 1.
It should be noted that the specifications and materials of the first support rod 11, the second support rod 12, the third support rod 13 and the fourth support rod 14 in the embodiment of the present application are set according to practical situations, the specification of the first support rod 11, the second support rod 12, the third support rod 13 and the fourth support rod 14 is not specifically limited, and the first support rod 11, the second support rod 12, the third support rod 13 and the fourth support rod 14 in the embodiment of the present application are square steel tubes for easy understanding.
In the embodiment of the application, the plurality of the supporting components 1 are arranged along the length direction of the back edge, the distance between two adjacent supporting components 1 is 0.3 m-1.8 m, and the plurality of the supporting components 1 can provide larger flexibility, so that the portable operation platform which can be attached to the aluminum alloy wall column formwork is built at different positions, different construction requirements are met, and the problem of poorer flexibility of the operation platform of the existing aluminum alloy formwork system is further improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the perforated pedal 2 includes a main body plate 21 and a plurality of first hooks 22 for connection with the first support bars 11, the first hooks 22, in particular, inverted U-shaped hooks, are provided at the circumferential side of the main body plate 21, so that the main body plate 21 can be hooked on the plurality of first support bars 11 through the inverted U-shaped hooks, thereby providing a plane for the constructor to fight, and the plurality of first hooks 22 can increase the connection points between the perforated pedal 2 and the support assembly 1, thereby improving the structural stability of the portable operation platform attachable to the aluminum alloy wall pillar form and facilitating rapid disassembly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the protection component 3 comprises upright posts 31 and protection iron chains 33, the upright posts 31 are vertically arranged, the upright posts 31 are provided with a plurality of protection iron chains, one end of each upright post 31 is connected with one end of a corresponding third supporting rod 13 far away from the second supporting rod 12, a plurality of second hooks 32 are arranged on each upright post 31, in the embodiment of the application, the plurality of second hooks 32 on each upright post 31 are arranged on one surface of the upright post 31 far away from the back edge, the protection iron chains 33 are horizontally arranged and hung on the plurality of upright posts 31 through the corresponding second hooks 32, the protection iron chains 33 are provided with a plurality of protection iron chains, the protection iron chains 33 form a protection net to prevent constructors from falling from an operation platform, the safety of the portable operation platform which can be attached to an aluminum alloy wall column template is ensured, the plurality of second hooks 32 can be connected with the plurality of protection iron chains 33 and the plurality of upright posts 31, and shaking or loosening of each protection iron chain 33 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the sunshade 4 includes a sunshade 41 and connecting rods 42, the sunshade 41 is connected with a plurality of uprights 31, provides sunshade and rainproof functions, improves the comfort of an operation platform, reduces direct sunlight and rain interference, and the connecting rods 42 are provided with a plurality of connecting rods, each connecting rod 42 is respectively connected with the sunshade 41 and the corresponding uprights 31, so that the uprights 31 and the sunshade 41 form a whole, and ensures the stability of the structure of the sunshade 4.
