Multifunctional bulletproof helmet inspection and measurement tool
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a helmet inspection and measurement technology, in particular to a multifunctional bulletproof helmet inspection and measurement tool.
Background
In the field of security protection today, bulletproof helmets play a vital role. Accurate measurements are an essential element in order to ensure that the quality and performance meet stringent standards.
Currently, the measurement of the major axis, the minor axis and the depth of the bulletproof helmet mainly depends on the traditional measuring tools such as calipers, measuring tapes, micrometers and the like. However, these measurement tools and methods have significant drawbacks. First, because of the variety of gauges, measurement standards are difficult to unify, and different tools and modes of operation can lead to differences in measurement results. For example, when using calipers for measurement, the selection of the measurement points and the magnitude of the applied force may vary from person to person, thereby affecting the accuracy of the measurement, and the tape is prone to errors in measuring curves or irregular surfaces.
Furthermore, the problem of the height of the visor of the helmet also gives rise to problems in the measurement. The presence of the visor can interfere with the line of sight, making readings prone to drift. During the measurement, the measurement angle and position may need to be adjusted repeatedly to obtain a relatively accurate value, but this still does not completely avoid errors.
Notably, the tolerance requirements of bulletproof helmets are typically within ±2 mm. This small tolerance range makes small deviations in the measurement result very likely to result in a helmet being judged as unacceptable from acceptable, and presents a significant challenge for production and quality control.
In summary, the existing measuring tool has a plurality of problems in the measurement of the multifunctional bulletproof helmet, which not only affects the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement, but also is difficult to meet the strict quality control requirement. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a specialized, multifunctional inspection and measurement tool.
