Detailed Description
The core of the utility model is to provide a knee massage device to replace a doctor to realize the massage of the knee and relieve the discomfort of the knee.
The following description of the embodiments of the present utility model will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Knee osteoarthritis is usually caused by factors such as knee joint degenerative disease, trauma, excessive fatigue and the like, belongs to chronic diseases, and is a long-term process of rehabilitation. In addition to the application of some medications, massaging the knee joint is also a preferred rehabilitation regimen. Because knee osteoarthritis belongs to chronic diseases, the rehabilitation process is long, and if depending on massage of doctors, the knee osteoarthritis is basically difficult to persist, so that the rehabilitation effect is poor.
Based on the above, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present utility model discloses a knee massage device with which the knee is massaged instead of a doctor or a patient himself, and is thus easier to adhere because no additional operation is required.
The knee massage apparatus disclosed in this embodiment includes a fixing device 200, a massage airbag 300, an air supply pump, and an electromagnetic valve. Wherein the fixing device 200 is used for fixing to the knee, and functions to fix the massage airbag 300 at a corresponding position of the knee of the user. The fixing device 200 may have any structure, and may have a hard structure or a soft structure, as long as the fixing of the massage airbag 300 to the knee can be achieved.
The massage airbag 300 is disposed on the fixing device 200, specifically, may be fixed on the fixing device 200 by an adhesive manner, or may be fixed on the fixing device 200 by other structures, for example, the massage airbag 300 may be accommodated in a cloth bag, and the cloth bag may be sewn or fixed on the fixing device 200 by a fixing member. The fixing manner of the massage airbag 300 and the fixing device 200 is not limited in this embodiment.
The massage airbag 300 includes at least a knee massage region 303, a knee upper side massage region 301, and a knee lower side massage region 304. In use, the knee massage region 303 is applied to the knee at the location of the knee, the upper knee massage region 301 is applied to the upper side of the knee, i.e. the thigh region, and the lower knee massage region 304 is applied to the lower side of the knee, i.e. the lower leg region. In the present embodiment, the knee and the region near the knee can be covered by the knee massage region 303, the knee upper side massage region 301, and the knee lower side massage region 304. The shapes of the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, and the lower knee massage region 304 should be designed to cover most areas of the knee and the periphery of the knee when the knee massage apparatus is fixed to the user's knee, so as to increase the massage range, so that the knee and the soft tissues around the knee can be covered.
The air supply pump is used for inflating the massage air bag 300, and in order to supply power to the air supply pump, the knee massage device can be provided with a power supply battery or a power plug for plugging in a power socket for use. The solenoid valve is disposed on the air supply path between the air supply pump and the massage air bag 300. The electromagnetic valve is easier to control than the air supply pump, and the air supply paths of the air supply pump and the massage air bag 300 can be connected and disconnected in a mode of switching on and off the electromagnetic valve, so that the massage air bag 300 can be inflated, the massage air bag 300 can be deflated through the deflating valve when the massage air bag 300 is disconnected for inflation, and the specific inflation and deflation modes of the massage air bag 300 can refer to the inflation and deflation modes of the massage air bag in the massage chair. When the massage airbag 300 is inflated, a large extrusion force can be caused to the knee and the nearby area of the user, and when the massage airbag 300 is deflated, the extrusion force is reduced or eliminated, so that pulse extrusion operation can be formed near the knee in a mode that the electromagnetic valve is powered on and off, and the massage airbag 300 can simulate the movement mode of a human hand to massage the knee joint and nearby soft tissues.
According to the knee massage device provided by the utility model, the massage air bag 300 is added on the fixing device, and the fixing device is utilized to fix the massage air bag 300 at the corresponding position of the knee. The massage airbag 300 includes at least a knee massage region 303, a knee upper side massage region 301, and a knee lower side massage region 304, so that the massage airbag 300 can cover the knee and its surrounding area. When the massage is needed, the knee massage device is fixed at the corresponding position of the knee, and then the air supply pump is opened, so that the air supply pump inflates the massage air bag 300, and the frequency of inflation and deflation of the massage air bag 300 is controlled by utilizing the on-off of the electromagnetic valve, so that the massage effect is adjusted. The utility model can replace doctors to realize the massage of the knees and relieve the discomfort of the knees, and compared with the doctor massage, the knee massage device is easier to persist and is more suitable for long-term treatment.
Further, the massage balloon 300 also includes a popliteal massage region 302. In use, the popliteal massage zone 302 conforms to the popliteal fossa of the user, which is located behind the knee joint. The knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, and the lower knee massage region 304 are all located on the anterior side of the leg, and the popliteal massage region 302 is located on the posterior side of the knee joint. This allows the popliteal massage zone 302 to be positioned farther relative to the knee massage zone 303, the superior knee massage zone 301, and the inferior knee massage zone 304 after the massage airbag 300 is deployed. So that the popliteal massage zone 302 may wrap around the posterior side of the leg while the knee massage zone 303, the superior knee massage zone 301, and the inferior knee massage zone 304 are applied to the anterior side of the leg.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory of meridians, acupoints are stimulated by fingers, palms or elbows. For patients with suspected knee osteoarthritis, performing acupressure is an effective and cost-effective method of alleviating knee joint pain. The soft tissues around the knee joint are loosened through the acupoints pressing to relieve local cramps and adhesion, so that the flexibility and elasticity of the soft tissues around the knee joint can be increased, the pressure in the knee joint can be reduced, the blood flow can be accelerated through pressing, the metabolism and absorption of joint exudates can be accelerated, the blood circulation around the joint can be improved, the pain threshold can be improved, pain and dysfunction caused by malignant stimulation can be improved, and the functional activity of the joint can be improved.
The technical specification expert consensus of traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment of knee osteoarthritis discloses the effectiveness of acupoints such as massage crane top, calf nose, yanglingquan, blood sea, liang Qiuxue, zusanli, weizhong, chengshan and the like on treating knee osteoarthritis. The He Ding is an extra-channel qi acupoint for treating the wind of the knee, has the obvious effect of eliminating the accumulated liquid of the knee joint, the Calf and nose acupoints can promote the release of analgesic substances so as to relieve pain, the Yanglingquan acupoint is the convergence acupoint of tendons and the knee is the mansion of tendons, so that the effects of relaxing tendons and strengthening the knee are achieved, the Xuehai acupoint can strengthen the spleen, dispel dampness, promote blood circulation and relieve pain, the Liang Qiuxue is a foot yangming stomach meridian acupoint, the Zusanli acupoint belongs to the sub-channel merging acupoint of the foot yangming stomach, the yangming qi and blood can be regulated so as to moisten the tendons and the tendons, the tendons and bones are mainly bound, the Weizhong acupoint and the Chengshan acupoint are bladder meridian acupoints, and the lower limbs of the body are all affected by the meridians so that the effects of relaxing tendons, dredging collaterals, dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain can be achieved.
Based on this, in this embodiment, the massage airbag 300 adds massage bumps at positions corresponding to the acupoints, and in the repeated filling process of the massage airbag 300, the massage bumps at the corresponding acupoints can repeatedly press the acupoints, so as to achieve a therapeutic effect.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the knee massage region 303 is provided with at least one of a calf-nose-acupoint massage bump 3031, an inner knee-eye-acupoint massage bump 3032, and a crane-top-acupoint massage bump 3033. It should be noted that, after the knee massage device is fixed to the knee, the calf acupoint massage bump 3031 just corresponds to the area where the calf acupoint is located, and it can be understood in the art that due to the difference of the stature and the height of the user, a certain error is allowed, so long as the calf acupoint massage bump 3031 is ensured to be located in a certain range of the calf acupoint and the surrounding area. The correspondence between the inner knee acupoint massage salient points 3032 and the crane acupoint massage salient points 3033 and the corresponding acupoints can be referred to the correspondence between the calf nose acupoint massage salient points 3031 and the calf nose acupoints, and will not be described again.
The knee upper side massage zone 301 is provided with at least one of Liang Qiuxue massage bumps 3011 and blood sea point massage bumps 3012, the knee lower side massage zone 304 is provided with at least one of yangling spring point massage bumps 3041 and foot three inner point massage bumps 3042, and the popliteal massage zone 302 is provided with a torqued middle point massage bump 3021.
The structure of each massage bump (the calf nose acupoint massage bump 3031, the inner knee eye acupoint massage bump 3032, the crane top acupoint massage bumps 3033 and Liang Qiuxue massage bumps 3011, the blood sea acupoint massage bump 3012, the Yanglingquan acupoint massage bump 3041, the Zusanli acupoint massage bump 3042 and the Potentilla acupoint massage bump 3021) disclosed in the above embodiment may be hard material bumps provided on the surface of the massage airbag 300, and the hard material bumps may be hemispherical structures or other shapes. The hard material protruding points can be designed into an integrated structure with the massage air bag 300, and can also be adhered to the massage air bag 300. The massage bumps may be made of the same material as the massage air bag 300, and have a certain hardness to press the acupoints, or may be made of a material different from the massage air bag 300, such as a metal material, a magnetic material, or the like.
For one acupoint, only one massage salient point can be designed, namely, each massage salient point disclosed in the embodiment can be an independent massage salient point, and a plurality of massage salient points can be designed for the same acupoint so as to adapt to users with different heights and statures and improve the success rate of pressing corresponding acupoints among the massage salient points. The massage force can be adjusted by controlling the inflation time, and the longer the inflation time is, the larger the massage force is, and different acupuncture points can be massaged by the combination of different massage areas. The knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302 are massage air bags independent of each other.
In this embodiment, the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302 may be independently air-supplied massage regions. Independent air supply means that the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304 and the popliteal massage region 302 can be controlled independently, for example, when one of the massage regions is inflated, the other massage region can not be inflated, or the inflation and deflation frequencies of the respective massage regions can be different.
Specifically, independent air supply pumps may be respectively provided for the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302, so as to achieve independent inflation and deflation control. Such an arrangement increases the volume and cost of the knee massage apparatus.
In addition to providing independent air supply pumps, an air supply pump may be used to achieve independent control, for example, when the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302 are independently supplied with air, solenoid valves are provided on the sub-lines for supplying air to the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302. Namely, each massage area adopts the same air supply pump, each massage area is provided with a sub-pipeline, each sub-pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve, the communication state of each sub-pipeline can be independently controlled through the on-off of the electromagnetic valve, so that the communication state of each massage area and the air supply pump is controlled, and then the independent control of each massage area is realized.
In this solution, since each massage area can be controlled independently, different massage schemes can be formulated according to the needs, and for example, two massage areas of the knee massage area 303 and the upper knee massage area 301 can be used, and different inflation and deflation frequencies and/or inflation and deflation times can be set for the knee massage area 303 and the upper knee massage area 301. And the inflation and deflation frequency and inflation and deflation time of each massage area can be set by a user according to the requirements so as to obtain a treatment scheme which accords with the treatment effect of the user.
It should be noted that, the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302 may be massage regions with uniform air supply, that is, each massage region may be inflated and deflated simultaneously. When the knee massage area 303, the upper knee massage area 301, the lower knee massage area 304 and the popliteal fossa massage area 302 are supplied with air in a unified manner, electromagnetic valves are arranged on the main pipelines of the knee massage area 303, the upper knee massage area 301, the lower knee massage area 304 and the popliteal fossa massage area 302. The solenoid valves are not provided on the sub-lines of the knee massage region 303, the upper knee massage region 301, the lower knee massage region 304, and the popliteal massage region 302, i.e., the respective massage regions are controlled to be inflated and deflated by the same solenoid valve.
