The coil type boiler feed water heater adopted in the past can only be arranged at two ends of a boiler barrel due to the structural limitation, has small heat exchange area and is generally used for a small-capacity boiler. The large-capacity high-parameter waste incineration waste heat boiler has the advantages that the structure span is large, the heating surface is large, the heating is uneven, the exhaust gas temperature is difficult to control, the coil type feed water heater has small heat exchange area, the effect on the large-capacity high-parameter waste incineration waste heat boiler is very little, and the effect of adjusting the feed water temperature of the economizer can not be achieved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the flat-plate type feedwater heater device for a large capacity boiler provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a first connecting pipe 1, a first header 2, a heat exchange pipe 3, a second header 6 and a second connecting pipe 7 which are sequentially connected and longitudinally arranged in a steam space between a drum cyclone and a top corrugated plate, wherein the first connecting pipe 1 is also used for connecting a feedwater system, and the second connecting pipe 7 is also used for connecting an economizer system.
Therefore, the water supply enters the first collecting box 2 in the boiler barrel through the first connecting pipe 1, is heated by the heating surface of the heat exchange pipe 3, is collected to the second collecting box 6 at the other end, and then returns to the water supply mixing collecting box from the second connecting pipe 7 at the other end to enter the economizer system. Therefore, the water supply temperature of the economizer can be effectively adjusted, and the aim of adjusting the exhaust gas temperature is fulfilled.
According to the high-capacity boiler flat-plate type feed water heater device, the heat exchange tube 3 is in a straight tube form, and compared with a coiled feed water heater, the structure is simpler, the manufacture is more convenient, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The steam space between the drum cyclone separator and the top corrugated plate is convenient to longitudinally arrange, the heat exchange area is in direct proportion to the length of the drum, the requirement of a large-capacity boiler on the adjustment of the water supply temperature of the economizer is met, the exhaust gas temperature can be effectively adjusted, the corrosion of a heating surface is avoided, the fuel is saved, the heat efficiency of the boiler is improved, and the safe and stable operation of the boiler is ensured.
In some embodiments of the application, the length direction of the heat exchange tube 3 is arranged parallel to the length direction of the drum, so that the heated area is proportional to the drum length. In other words, when the size of the boiler barrel is increased (or reduced), the size of the heat exchange tube 3 can be correspondingly increased (or reduced), so that the heated area is changed along with the size of the boiler barrel, the requirement of the boiler on the regulation of the water supply temperature of the economizer can be met all the time, and the exhaust gas temperature can be regulated effectively.
In some embodiments of the present application, the high capacity boiler flat plate feedwater heater apparatus further includes a fixing assembly for fixing the first connection pipe 1, the first header 2, the heat exchange pipe 3, the second header 6, and the second connection pipe 7 in the steam space, and the heating surface is disposed in the steam space. As an example, the fixing assembly includes a tube clamp 4 for fixing the heat exchange tube 3 and a fixing steel plate 5 connecting the tube clamp 4.
For example, the heat exchange tube 3 is fixed in the steam space of the cyclone separator and the top corrugated plate separator of the boiler through the tube clamp 4 and the fixed steel plate 5, and the heating surface is arranged in the steam space, so that on one hand, the heat of steam can be absorbed, and on the other hand, the corrosion of furnace water can be avoided. The heater is longitudinally arranged, the heated area is in direct proportion to the length of the boiler barrel, the requirement of the large-capacity boiler for adjusting the water supply temperature of the economizer is met, and the requirements of avoiding corrosion of the heated surface and meeting the exhaust gas temperature are met when the working condition of the boiler changes and the boiler runs under low load.
In some embodiments of the present application, the high capacity boiler flat plate feedwater heater apparatus further includes a regulating valve for regulating the feedwater flow of the first connection pipe 1. Therefore, the water supply temperature of the economizer can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting the water supply flow, so that the aim of adjusting the smoke exhaust temperature is fulfilled.
In summary, according to the flat-plate type feedwater heater device for the large-capacity boiler provided by the embodiment of the application, the feedwater with lower temperature enters the feedwater heater of the boiler barrel, and after the feedwater absorbs steam heat, the feedwater is sent into the economizer to adjust the feedwater temperature of the economizer, so that the heat of the economizer system is changed, and the temperature of flue gas at the outlet of the boiler can be adjusted and kept above the lowest temperature. The heater ensures good heat transfer effect on one hand, can prevent corrosion of furnace water on the other hand, prolongs the service life of the heater, and improves the economic benefit of boiler operation.
