The lining front buffer unit is formed by surrounding and connecting a lining first front side plate 2-4, a lining second front side plate 2-5, a lining third front side plate 2-6 and a lining bottom plate 2-1, wherein the lining first front side plate 2-4 and the lining third front side plate 2-6 are sequentially arranged above the lining bottom plate 2-1 at intervals in parallel along the front-back direction and are perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 2-1, and the lining second front side plate 2-5 is positioned at the top of the lining front buffer unit and is respectively connected with the lining first front side plate 2-4 and the lining third front side plate 2-6; the lining rear buffer unit is formed by surrounding and connecting a lining first rear side plate 2-7, a lining second rear side plate 2-8, a lining third rear side plate 2-9 and a lining bottom plate 2-1, wherein the lining third rear side plate 2-9 and the lining first rear side plate 2-7 are sequentially arranged above the lining bottom plate 2-1 at intervals in parallel along the front-back direction and are perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 2-1, the lining second rear side plate 2-8 is positioned at the top of the lining rear buffer unit and is respectively connected with the lining third rear side plate 2-9 and the lining first rear side plate 2-7, the lining left buffer unit is formed by surrounding and connecting a lining first left side plate 2-10, a lining second left side plate 2-11, a lining third left side plate 2-12 and the lining bottom plate 2-1, the lining third left side plate 2-12 and the lining first left side plate 2-10 are sequentially arranged above the lining bottom plate 2-1 at intervals in parallel along the left-right direction and are perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 2-1, the lining right buffer unit is formed by encircling and connecting a lining first right side plate 2-13, a lining second right side plate 2-14, a lining third right side plate 2-15 and a lining bottom plate 2-1, wherein the lining third right side plate 2-15 and the lining first right side plate 2-13 are sequentially connected above the lining bottom plate 2-1 at intervals in parallel along the left-right direction and are perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 2-1, and the lining second right side plate 2-14 is positioned at the top of the lining right buffer unit and is respectively connected with the lining third right side plate 2-15 and the lining first right side plate 2-13;

2. Packing compression test
The compressive strength of corrugated paper box refers to the maximum pressure and deformation amount when dynamic pressure is uniformly applied to the box body at a certain speed by a pressure tester, and is generally expressed by N (newton). The compressive strength is one of the most important quality indexes of the corrugated paper box, has a plurality of influencing factors, mainly comprises the changes of raw material properties (including the basis weight of the paper board, the corrugated edge type, the strength of the paper board, the type of adhesive and the like), structural designs (including structural forms of slotting, perforating, reinforcing ribs and the like), production and manufacturing (including printing, line pressing and the like), circulation and transportation environments (including stacking, storage time, relative humidity) and the like, and has been studied by students at home and abroad. The basic principle of the compression test is that a test article is placed between pressing plates of a carton compression-resistant machine to be pressurized until a test sample is damaged or reaches a preset load and displacement value. The three compression test modes are derived from the method, namely 'deformation under constant pressure', and 'maximum crushing force'. The method for detecting the compressive strength refers to the GB/T4857.4 standard basic test of packing, transporting and packaging parts, and a carton compressive tester is used for carrying out compressive test on the empty box real sample. The detection results are as follows:

Therefore, the deformation of the glue-free packaging box under a fixed pressure is smaller than that of a comparison sample, and the deformation resistance under the fixed pressure and the maximum crushing force are both larger than those of the comparison sample. Namely, the compression resistance effect of the glue-free packing box is superior to that of a comparison sample.
3. The free drop test results show that the glue-free packing box has good buffering performance and sealing reliability, and the packing (empty box) compression test results show that the glue-free packing box has good sealing performance and compression protection performance.
