the table 1 is provided with an operation port through which the belt 51 passes.
As shown in fig. 2, when the driving motor is started, the driving wheel can be driven to rotate, and then the transmission part 41 is rotated by the transmission belt 51, so that the mounting seat 4 and the piston rotate along with the rotation.
The cutting part 2 comprises a cutting frame 21, a movable seat 22, a horizontal driving piece 23, a lifting driving piece 24, a cutter seat 25 and a cutting knife 26, wherein the movable seat 22 is connected to the cutting frame 21 in a sliding manner;
The horizontal driving piece 23 is used for pushing the movable seat 22 to horizontally move;
The tool apron 25 is connected to the movable seat 22 in a sliding manner;
the lifting driving piece 24 is used for pushing the tool apron 25 to lift up and down;
the cutter 26 is detachably mounted on the cutter holder 25.
As shown in fig. 2, the horizontal driving member 23 moves by pushing the moving seat 22 so that the cutting blade 26 is far away from or near the piston in the horizontal direction, and the lifting driving member 24 moves by pushing the blade seat 25 so that the cutting blade 26 is far away from or near the piston in the vertical direction, so as to play a role in reasonable control.
The horizontal driving piece 23 and the lifting driving piece 24 comprise a servo motor 231, a transmission block 232 and a threaded rod 233, and one end of the threaded rod 233 is connected with the servo motor 231;
the transmission block 232 is provided with a thread groove, and the threaded rod 233 is rotatably connected in the thread groove.
When the servo motor 231 drives the threaded rod 233 to rotate, the transmission block 232 screwed on the threaded rod 233 can do linear motion along the threaded rod 233.
Two groups of horizontal guide rails 211 are arranged on the cutting frame 21, guide rail blocks 221 are arranged on the movable seat 22, and the movable seat 22 is in sliding fit with the horizontal guide rails 211 through the guide rail blocks 221.
Two groups of vertical guide rails 222 are arranged on the movable seat 22, a movable block 251 is arranged on the tool apron 25, and the tool apron 25 is in sliding fit with the vertical guide rails 222 through the movable block 251. As shown in fig. 3, the guide rail is designed to allow the tool holder 25 and the movable holder 22 to move stably.
The end of the transmission block 232, which is far away from the servo motor 231, is provided with a first limiting ring 6, and the end of the threaded rod 233, which is far away from the servo motor 231, is provided with a second limiting ring 61. The design of this structure can play certain stroke limiting effect to the removal stroke of driving piece 232.
