That is, the shelf 2 can be rotated to a horizontal state or a vertical state with the connection member 31 as an axis, and the shelf 2 can be moved up and down to one side of the bowl shelf 3 or above the bowl shelf 3 with respect to the connection member 31 in the vertical state.
When the shelf 2 is switched from the first position to the second position, the shelf 2 is firstly rotated upwards to a vertical state, then the shelf 2 is moved downwards until the shelf 2 is positioned beside the bowl rack 3, when the shelf 2 is switched from the second position to the first position, the shelf 2 is firstly moved upwards to the top of the bowl rack 3, and then the shelf 2 is rotated downwards to a horizontal state.
The movable process of the shelf 2 can be seen, the problem of interference and clamping stagnation of components during the switching between the horizontal and vertical directions of the shelf 2 is avoided, the movable process of the shelf 2 can be smoothly carried out, and the top of the inner cavity 10 is open, so that the shelf 2 can be overturned up and down with enough space.
In addition, the turnover form of the shelf 2 can enable the size of the shelf 2 to be larger, even the top opening of the bowl rack 3 can be fully covered, and a large number of tableware can be placed. In this embodiment, when the shelf 2 is in the first position, the vertical projection of the shelf 2 falls within the vertical projection of the bowl rack 3, and the vertical projection area of the shelf 2 occupies 90% -98% of the vertical projection area of the bowl rack 3, so that the shelf 2 has a larger area and can be used for placing a larger number of tableware.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the axis of the connecting member 31 extends in the left-right direction, and the shelf 2 is turned back and forth at this time, but of course, the axis of the connecting member 31 may extend in the front-back direction, and the shelf 2 is turned left-right at this time, but is not turned back and forth.
The cleaning machine further comprises a guide rail 24 which can be positioned in the box body 1, one end of the connecting piece 31 extends into the guide rail 24, and when the shelf 2 is in a vertical state, the guide rail 24 vertically extends and is in sliding fit with the connecting piece 31 so as to play a role in guiding the vertical movement of the shelf 2.
In this embodiment, the guide rail 24 is disposed on the shelf 2, an annular frame strip is disposed at the bottom of the shelf 2, and the area inside the frame strip is the guide rail 24, which has a simple structure.
The bowl rack 3 is fixedly provided with the fixing piece 35, and the connecting piece 31 is fixedly arranged on the fixing piece 35, so that the connecting piece 31 is relatively fixedly arranged at the top of the bowl rack 3, and the connecting piece 31 can be fixedly arranged on the side wall 1 of the box body 1.
In addition, a circle of embedding grooves 310 for embedding the guide rail 24 are arranged on the peripheral wall of the connecting piece 31 so as to prevent the guide rail 24 from being separated from the connecting piece 31. As shown in fig. 7, the cross section of the connecting member 31 may be circular, or as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the connecting member 31 includes a shaft 311 and a roller 312 rotatably sleeved on the shaft, and the cross section of the roller 312 is elliptical.
It is of course also possible to provide the guide rail 24 on the bowl shelf 3, in which case the guide rail 24 extends vertically and the connection 31 is mounted on the shelf 2.
The guide rail 24 extends in the front-rear direction when the shelf 2 is in the first position, and the shelf 2 is supported on the bowl shelf 3 to improve stability of the shelf. In this embodiment, the top of the bowl shelf 3 is provided with a supporting part 33, when the shelf 2 is at the first position, the shelf 2 is supported on the supporting part 33, and the supporting part 33 is inclined from bottom to top towards the central part of the bowl shelf 3, and when the shelf 2 is switched from the second position to the first position, the supporting part 33 plays a role in guiding the guide rail 24, so that the shelf 2 is horizontally covered above the bowl shelf 3. The support portion 33 is U-shaped, and both ends thereof are mounted on the bowl frame 3, and the support portion 33 serves as a handle.
This embodiment takes the form of the shelf 2 being flipped back such that the connector 31 is adjacent the rear end of the rail 24 when the shelf 2 is in the first position, such that the shelf 2 is flipped back.
When the shelf 2 is in the second position, the shelf 2 is positioned between the bowl shelf 3 and the rear wall surface of the inner cavity 10, and is turned backwards, so that the operation is more convenient, and in this state, the connecting piece 31 is lower than the highest point of the shelf 2, so that when the shelf 2 is in the first position, enough space is reserved above the shelf 2, and in this state, the connecting piece 31 is positioned at the upper part of the guide rail 24 to prevent the upper part of the shelf 2 from shaking.
The two opposite sides (left and right sides) of the shelf 2 are provided with guide rails 24, and the corresponding two connecting pieces 31 are provided, so that the shelf 2 is uniformly stressed when moving. The shelf 2 and the guide rail 24 together form a U-shaped structure, the ratio of the length l to the height h of the U-shaped structure is between 0.13 and 0.16, the U-shaped structure is thinner, and the occupied space in the thickness direction is small.
The cross section of the bowl shelf 3 is square, and the connecting member 31 is provided adjacent to the corner of the bowl shelf 3 so that the shelf 2 can be turned to the side of the bowl shelf 3.
As shown in fig. 14, a horizontal plane in which the center line of the connector 31 is located is referred to as a horizontal parting line a, a plumb plane in which the center line of the connector 31 is located is referred to as a longitudinal parting line b, a horizontal distance between the longitudinal parting line b and a rear wall surface of the cavity 10 is referred to as L1, a horizontal distance between the longitudinal parting line b and a rearmost portion of the shelf 2 in the first position state is referred to as L2, and a vertical distance between the horizontal parting line a and a highest point of the shelf 2 in the first position state is referred to as L4, L1 is equal to or greater than L4, and L1 is equal to or greater than L2, so that the shelf 2 has a sufficient storage space and installation clearance before and after overturning.
L4/l2= (0.8-1.2), so that the shelf 2 has a large enough area for placing objects when in the first position.
As shown in fig. 10, the corners of the shelf 2 may be provided with ribs 27 that are partially arched upwards, and a limiting opening 271 for limiting tableware is formed between the ribs 27 and the shelf 2, so that the ribs 27 can abut against the outer peripheral wall of the pot body for some tableware, such as the pot edge of the pot body of the pot, to be buckled in the limiting opening 271. In this case, as shown in fig. 14, the straight line distance between the center line of the connector 31 and the rearmost portion of the shelf 2 in the first position state is referred to as L3, and L1 is equal to or greater than L3, so that the rib 27 is prevented from interfering with the case 1 when the shelf 2 is turned over.
Under the condition that the height H of the inner cavity 10 of the box body 1 is fixed, in order to improve the space utilization rate of the inner cavity 10 of the box body 1, large-set cleaning is realized, and the height L5 of the bowl rack 3 is L4/L5 less than or equal to 0.25.
The height of the inner cavity 10 is H which is more than or equal to 50% and less than or equal to L5/H which is less than or equal to 80%, a space is reserved for the shelf 2 and articles placed on the shelf 2, and the height of (L4+L5)/H which is more than or equal to 60% and less than or equal to 90% is reserved above the shelf 2 when the shelf 2 is in the first position, so that a space can be reserved for accommodating some tableware or fruits and vegetables with the height exceeding L4.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 19, the top opening of the bowl shelf 3 is formed into a first opening 301, and the side opening of the bowl shelf 3 is formed into a second opening 302, however, the side of the bowl shelf 3 may not be provided with the second opening 302, and the shelf 2 extends horizontally and covers the first opening 301 when the shelf 2 is in the first position, and the shelf 2 extends vertically and covers the second opening 302 when the shelf 2 is in the second position.
In this description, the bowl and rack assembly of the present embodiment can be used not only in a washing machine but also in other home appliances such as a sterilizer.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the water flow system includes a water supply pipe 4 and a spray assembly, and the water supply pipe 4 is provided with a water outlet 41, in this embodiment, the water supply pipe 4 is wholly located in the inner cavity 10 of the box 1 and located at the rear part thereof, and the water supply pipe 4 may also be partially located outside the box 1, but the water outlet 41 is located in the inner cavity 10 of the box 1. The water flow system further comprises a water pumping mechanism for supplying water to the water supply pipe 4, and the water pumping mechanism can adopt the existing structure.
The spray assembly is connected to the shelf 2 and is movable with the shelf 2, the spray assembly being in fluid communication with the water outlet 41 when the shelf 2 is in the first position and the spray assembly being in fluid disconnection from the water outlet 41 when the shelf 2 is in the second position.
The spray assembly comprises a water pipe 22 for conveying water flow and spray holes for spraying the water in the water pipe 22, wherein the spray holes are formed in the water pipe 22, or the spray assembly further comprises a first spray piece 21 in fluid communication with the water pipe 22, and the spray holes are formed in the first spray piece 21.
The first spraying member 21 of this embodiment is strip-shaped, and the extending direction is the same as that of the water passing pipe 22, as shown in fig. 17, the bowl frame 3 is provided with an avoiding opening 301 for avoiding the spraying assembly, when the shelf 2 is at the second position, the spraying assembly downwards passes through the avoiding opening 301, the shelf 2 and the guide rail 24 integrally form a U-shaped structure, the spraying assembly is located in a U-shaped region of the U-shaped structure, and the bowl frame 3 is partially surrounded by the U-shaped region.
The spray holes of the present embodiment are directed toward the shelf 2 to clean the items on the shelf 2. Of course, the spray holes may also be directed towards the bowl shelf 3, or part of the spray holes may be directed towards the shelf 2 and part of the spray holes may be directed towards the bowl shelf 3.
The water pipe 22 is mounted on the shelf 2, i.e. the shelf 2 also serves as a mounting member for the water pipe 22, the direction of extension of the mounting member being identical to the direction of extension of the water pipe 22.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, when the shelf 2 is in the first position, the water passing pipe 22 horizontally extends, and the water passing pipe 22 is in butt joint and fluid communication with the water outlet 41, and as shown in fig. 16 and 17, when the shelf 2 is in the second position, the water passing pipe 22 vertically extends, and the water passing pipe 22 is separated from and fluidly disconnected from the water outlet 41, the shelf 2 and the spray assembly of the water flow system are both positioned between the bowl rack 3 and the rear wall surface of the inner cavity 10, namely, the shelf 2 and the spray assembly are both positioned at the rear of the inner cavity 10 and the rear side of the bowl rack 3, and the spray assembly is positioned at the side of the shelf 2 facing the bowl rack 3.
In this embodiment, the guide rail 24 extends straight, and the connecting member 31 is located obliquely below the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4. In the process of overturning the shelf 2, interference is easy to occur between the water passing pipe 22 and the water supplying pipe 4, and the overturning of the shelf 2 is affected. To solve this problem, the water passing pipe 22 can be moved in the front-rear direction with respect to the shelf 2 when the shelf 2 is in the first position.
As shown in fig. 3, a positioning member 221 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the water passing pipe 22, the positioning member 221 has a positioning groove 222 extending along the length direction of the water passing pipe 22, the shelf 2 is provided with a positioning portion 25 constrained in the positioning groove 222, relative displacement can be generated between the positioning groove 222 and the positioning portion 25, and the positioning portion 25 is always located in the positioning groove 222. The cooperation of the positioning piece 221 and the positioning part 25 enables the water passing pipe 22 to be always connected with the shelf 2, and the water passing pipe 22 can move relative to the shelf 2 along the length direction. The shelf 2 is a hollow structure formed by frame strips, and the positioning part 25 is the frame strip.
Of course, the shelf 2 may be provided with a positioning member 221, the positioning member 221 may have a positioning groove 222 extending along the longitudinal direction of the water pipe 22, the outer peripheral wall of the water pipe 22 may be provided with a positioning portion 25 restrained in the positioning groove 222, the positioning groove 222 and the positioning portion 25 may be relatively displaced, and the positioning portion 25 may be always located in the positioning groove 222.
As shown in fig. 9, the front side wall of the water supply pipe 4 is provided with a convex portion 42, the water outlet 41 is provided on the convex portion 42, the wall surface of the convex portion 42 is a first inclined surface 421 inclined backward from top to bottom, and the wall surface of the water inlet end of the water passing pipe 22 is a second inclined surface 223 capable of being inclined to be matched with the first inclined surface 421. When the water passing pipe 22 is turned downwards from the water outlet 41, the water passing pipe 22 moves forwards due to the extrusion of the first inclined plane 421, the positioning part 25 is propped against the top wall (the rear end when the water passing pipe 22 is in the horizontal state) of the positioning groove 222 under the action of gravity when the water passing pipe 22 is in the vertical state, and when the water passing pipe 22 is turned upwards towards the water outlet 41, the water passing pipe 22 moves forwards due to the extrusion of the first inclined plane 421, so that the water inlet end of the water passing pipe 22 is smoothly butted with the water outlet 41. The included angle between the first inclined plane 421 and the vertical plane is about 10 degrees, so that when the water passing pipe 22 is turned over, the interference amount of tan10 degrees is reduced, and the effect of smooth turning over is achieved.
Regarding the connection between the shelf 2 and the water passing pipe 22, in this embodiment, the positioning member 221 is disposed near the water outlet end of the water passing pipe 22, so that when the shelf 2 is in the first position, the water inlet end of the water passing pipe 22 is easy to sag under the action of gravity because of no positioning, and the alignment and communication between the water inlet end of the water passing pipe 22 and the water outlet 41 are affected, so that the shelf 2 has a rest portion 20, as shown in fig. 4, and when the water passing pipe 22 corresponds to the water outlet 41, the portion of the water passing pipe 22 adjacent to the water inlet end rests on the rest portion 20, so that the water passing pipe 22 is positioned in the up-down direction.
The water supply pipe 4 is provided with a vertically extending slide way 43, the water outlet 41 is positioned in the slide way 43 or at the end part of the slide way 43, and the water inlet end of the water pipe 22 can slide along the slide way 43 to guide the water pipe 22 so as to improve the accuracy of the communication between the water pipe 22 and the water outlet 41.
The sliding way 43 is in a bell mouth shape with a reduced diameter along the direction that the water passing pipe 22 moves to the water outlet 41, in this embodiment, the sliding way 43 is reduced in size from bottom to top in the left-right direction, so that the water passing pipe 22 can smoothly enter the sliding way 43, and when the water passing pipe 22 corresponds to the water outlet 41, the water passing pipe 22 is positioned relative to the sliding way 43 in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, two vertically extending guide strips 44 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the water outlet 41, the region between the two guide strips 44 is a slideway 43, and each guide strip 44 is inclined towards the water outlet 41 along the direction of moving the water pipe 22 to the water outlet 41 to form a horn-shaped slideway 43. Each guide strip 44 comprises a downstream section 441 and an upstream section 442 which are sequentially arranged and connected along the direction of moving the water pipe 22 to the water outlet 41, the inclination angle of the downstream section 441 is larger than that of the upstream section 442, and the dimension of the lower part of the slideway 43 in the left-right direction is further improved, so that the water pipe 22 can conveniently enter the slideway 43.
Two guide blocks 224 are symmetrically arranged on the peripheral wall of the water inlet end of the water passing pipe 22, guide grooves 443 are formed in the side wall of the slideway 43 (namely, the guide strips 44) along the length direction of the guide blocks 224 correspondingly slide along the guide grooves 443 of one guide strip 44, the width of the guide grooves 443 is gradually reduced along the direction that the water passing pipe 22 moves to the water outlet 41, the guide blocks 224 can conveniently enter the guide grooves 443, and when the water passing pipe 22 corresponds to the water outlet 41, the guide blocks 224 are positioned relative to the guide grooves 443 in the front-back direction.
The guide block 224 of the present embodiment is V-shaped and includes a first portion 2241 and a second portion 2242, and an included angle between the first portion 2241 and the second portion 2242 is an obtuse angle, so that the positioning effect with the guide slot 443 is good.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the second spraying member 32 is provided in the case 1, and the second spraying member 32 may be of a conventional spraying arm structure, and may rotate in the case 1 about its axis, with the spout of the second spraying member 32 facing the bowl frame 3.
The second spray piece 32 is located below the bowl rack 3, a rest 45 is arranged at the lower part of the water supply pipe 4, the rest 45 is located above the second spray piece 32, when the shelf 2 is located at the second position, the bottom of the water passing pipe 22 is placed on the rest 45, and when the shelf 2 is located at the second position, the water passing pipe 22 is prevented from being located in a vertical state, and interference is generated on rotation of the second spray piece 32.
The first limiting part 26 is arranged on the shelf 2, the second limiting part 34 is arranged on the bowl rack 3, when the shelf 2 is positioned at the second position, the first limiting part 26 is propped against the second limiting part 34, the shelf 2 is positioned above the second spraying piece 32, and interference to rotation of the second spraying piece 32 when the shelf 2 is positioned at the second position is prevented. The bowl rack 3 is a hollow structure formed by a plurality of ribs, and the second limiting part 34 is one rib of the bowl rack 3.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the water outlet 41 may be inclined or horizontal, and the water outlet 41 of this embodiment is inclined at an angle of about 25 ° to the horizontal.
When the shelf 2 is in the second position, the water outlet 41 may be in a closed state, where the closed state means that water cannot flow out of the water outlet 41, or in an open state, where water can flow out of the water outlet 41.
In other words, the water outlet 41 has two working states, in the first working state, the water inlet end of the water pipe 22 is in butt joint communication with the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4, namely, the water outlet 41 is communicated with the spraying assembly and is used for conveying water, the water sprayed by the spraying assembly cleans objects in the cleaning machine, in the second working state, the water inlet end of the water pipe 22 is separated from the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4, namely, the water outlet 41 is disconnected from the spraying assembly, the water outlet 41 is used as a nozzle to spray objects in the cleaning machine, namely, the water outlet 41 can still supply water and flow out, and at the moment, the water outlet 41 is used as the nozzle to spray objects in the cleaning machine, because the orientation of the water outlet 41 is fixed after manufacturing is completed, and local enhanced cleaning can be performed on objects in specific parts.
The water inlet end of the water pipe 22 is in butt joint communication with the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4 in the horizontal direction, and the water inlet end of the water pipe 22 may be in butt joint communication with the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4 in the vertical direction.
Because the spraying holes of the spraying assembly of the embodiment face the shelf 2, the shelf 2 is positioned on the water spraying path of the spraying assembly when the water outlet 41 is in the first working state, the bowl rack 3 is positioned on the water flow path of the water outlet 41 when the water outlet 41 is in the second working state, the water outlet 41 sprays from top to bottom, and the second spraying piece 32 sprays from bottom to top, so that the washing effect of the bowl rack 3 is good when the two spraying pieces are matched.
When the shelf 2 is in the first position, the shelf is in a cleaning state, the spray assembly is communicated with the water outlet 41 to enable the water outlet 41 to be in a first working state, and when the shelf 2 is in the second position, the shelf is in a non-cleaning state, and the spray assembly is disconnected with the water outlet 41 to enable the water outlet 41 to be in a second working state.
The water outlet 41 is provided therein with a partition rib 411 to partition the water outlet 41 into a plurality of water outlet holes 412. Different water outlet holes 412 wash different areas of the bowl rack 3, and at least two water outlet holes 412 have different orientations.
In this description, the spraying assembly is not the only part capable of spraying water to the shelf 2, the water outlet 41 is not the only part capable of spraying water to the bowl rack 3, and multiple spraying structures can be adopted to match for cleaning.
As can be seen from the above, the shelf 2, whether in the first or second position, both the shelf 2 and the spray assembly are located within the interior cavity 10 of the cabinet 1.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the structure of the guide rail 24 is different, and other reference is made to embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 20 to 23, the height of the connecting member 31 is identical to the height of the water outlet 41, the guide rail 24 includes a straight section 241 extending straight and an inclined section 242 extending obliquely, when the shelf 2 is in the first position, the front end of the inclined section 242 is connected to the rear end of the straight section 241, the straight section 241 extends in the front-rear direction, the inclined section 242 is inclined upward from front to rear, and the connecting member 31 extends into the inclined section 242. In this way, the guide rail 24 is configured so that the water pipe 22 and the water supply pipe 4 do not interfere with each other when the shelf 2 is turned over.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, this embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that:

When the shelf 2 is in the first position, the connecting piece 31 is adjacent to the front end of the guide rail 24, and when the shelf 2 is in the second position, the shelf 2 and the spray assembly are both positioned between the bowl shelf 3 and the front wall surface of the inner cavity 10, i.e. the shelf 2 and the spray assembly are both positioned at the front part of the inner cavity 10 and the front side of the bowl shelf 3. In this case, the shelf 2 is turned forward, because the water supply pipe 4 is generally provided at the rear of the cabinet 1 to turn the shelf 2 to the front side, the rear of the cabinet 1 is not too crowded, and in addition, the shelf 2 is turned to the front side, the vision of the user and the tableware placing experience are not affected. In this case, the guide rail 24 extends straight, the connecting member 31 is positioned obliquely below the water outlet 41 of the water supply pipe 4, and the shelf 2 is turned forward without the interference of the water supply pipe 4 with the water supply pipe 22.
2. The shelf 2 of the present embodiment is not supported on the supporting portion 33, but the guide rail 24 is supported on the top of the bowl shelf 3 when the shelf 2 is in the first position, so that the shelf 2 is supported on the bowl shelf 3, the guide rail 24 extends in the front-rear direction, and the contact area with the bowl shelf 3 is large, so that the stability of the shelf 2 is good.
The term "horizontal" as used herein includes that the parts extend straight in the horizontal direction, that is, the two ends of the parts are on the same horizontal plane, but is not limited to this direction, as long as the direction of extension of the whole part is in the horizontal direction, such as the whole part extends in the front-rear or left-right direction, but the two ends of the parts are not on the same horizontal plane.
Similarly, "vertical" includes a component that extends straight in a vertical direction, i.e., both ends of the component are on the same plumb face, but is not limited to this direction, so long as the direction of extension of the component as a whole is in a vertical direction, i.e., the component as a whole extends in an up-down direction, but both ends of the component are not on the same plumb face.
