The isolating switch monitoring and controlling device as in claim 1, wherein the terminal unit further comprises a communication terminal connected to the control unit and the remote terminal, respectively, for enabling remote communication with the remote terminal for monitoring and controlling the isolating switch and the isolating switch monitoring and controlling device by the remote terminal.
