Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of air humidification, in particular to a humidifier.
Background
Humidifiers have been widely used in homes and offices as electric appliances for increasing humidity of indoor environments. Along with the diversification of consumer demands, the humidifier is not only satisfied with basic humidification functions, but also integrates additional functions such as atmosphere lighting and the like, so that user experience is improved.
In the prior art, humidifiers typically provide lighting effects through external stand-alone atmosphere lights, or simply provide small LED lights on the humidifier housing. The external atmosphere lamp increases the whole occupied space, and is complex in wiring, and the simply-arranged small LED lamp has a single lighting effect, so that the requirement of a user on diversified lighting atmospheres cannot be met.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through installing light subassembly between casing and humidification subassembly for the humidifier compact structure does not increase extra space and occupies, and light subassembly provides abundant changeable lighting effect for the humidifier simultaneously, has showing and has promoted user's use experience.
Optionally, the placing table is close to lamp area one side is provided with annular sand grip, the lamp area set up in on the annular sand grip, annular sand grip width is less than the lamp area width.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the both sides of lamp area and place have the heat dissipation clearance between the platform to improve the radiating effect of lamp area, improve the life of lamp area.
Optionally, the lamp strip is connected with the placing table through bolts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the connection strength of the lamp strip and the placing table is improved.
Optionally, the light strip is an LED light strip, and the light strip is used for emitting light rays of a plurality of colors.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, improve the light effect in lamp area, further improve the effect of humidifier atmosphere illumination.
The humidifying device comprises a shell, a humidifying assembly, a light assembly, a lower shell, a middle shell, an upper shell, a placing table, a connecting port, a transparent shell and a lamp assembly, wherein the shell sequentially comprises the lower shell, the middle shell and the upper shell, the humidifying assembly and the light assembly are arranged on the lower shell, the middle shell is fixedly connected with the lower shell in an inserting mode, the opening area of the middle shell increases progressively along the direction away from the lower shell, an avoidance gap is formed between the placing table and one side, away from the lower shell, of the middle shell, the upper shell is fixedly connected with the middle shell in an inserting mode, the connecting port is formed in the upper shell, and the upper shell is the transparent shell.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, lower casing and well casing can separate the inside various devices of humidifier, and the last casing adopts transparent material preparation to supply light assembly's light to pierce through, thereby improve the whole pleasing to the eye degree of humidifier.
The humidifying assembly comprises a water tank, a fixing piece, an atomizing sheet and a cotton swab, wherein the water tank is fixedly connected with the lower shell, the fixing piece comprises a fixing groove body, a water retaining ring, a fixing cylinder, a fixing ring and a containing groove body, the fixing groove body is covered on the communication opening, the water retaining ring is arranged on the bottom wall of the fixing groove body, the fixing cylinder is arranged in the water retaining ring, the fixing cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the fixing groove body and communicated with the mounting cavity, the periphery of the fixing ring is fixedly connected with the inner peripheral wall of the fixing cylinder, the fixing ring and the fixing cylinder are arranged to form a mounting groove for containing the atomizing sheet, the containing groove body is arranged on one side, close to the water tank, of the fixing groove body, the notch of the containing groove body is fixed with the inner peripheral wall of the fixing ring, the containing groove body is partially immersed in a water body of the water tank, the side wall of the containing groove body is provided with a through hole, and the cotton swab is arranged in the containing groove body and is abutted against the cotton swab.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cotton swab absorbs the water body in the water tank and conveys the water body to the atomizing sheet, the atomizing sheet converts the water body in the cotton swab into tiny liquid drops through high-speed vibration and sprays the atomized small liquid into the external environment, so that the humidity in the external environment is improved.
The atomizing device comprises a water tank, a circuit barrel, a fixing groove body, an atomizing sheet and a circuit barrel, wherein the circuit barrel is fixedly connected with the bottom of the water tank, the circuit barrel and the water tank are integrally formed, the fixing groove body is provided with a penetrating hole for the circuit barrel to penetrate, and the circuit barrel is used for the circuit connected with the atomizing sheet to penetrate.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the circuit barrel is used for supplying the circuit that is connected with the atomizing piece to wear to establish, thereby will be connected with the atomizing piece the circuit setting inside the water tank, make the structure of humidifier compacter, reduce the circuit setting between casing and the water tank, improve the pleasing to the eye degree of humidifier.
Optionally, the humidifying component further comprises a spring, wherein the spring is arranged between the bottom wall of the accommodating groove body and the cotton swab, and the spring is used for forcing the cotton swab to be abutted to the atomizing sheet.
By adopting the technical scheme, the spring is used for forcing the cotton swab to be abutted against the atomizing sheet, so that the atomizing sheet can be immersed in the water body in the cotton swab, and the working stability of the atomizing sheet is improved.

The light assembly is arranged between the shell and the humidifying assembly, so that the humidifier is compact in structure, extra space occupation is not increased, meanwhile, the light assembly provides rich and varied lighting effects for the humidifier, and the use experience of a user is remarkably improved;
2. The atomizing sheet converts the water in the cotton swab into tiny liquid drops through high-speed vibration, and the atomized small liquid is sprayed into the external environment, so that the humidity in the external environment is improved;
3. The circuit barrel is used for being worn to establish by the circuit that is connected with the atomizing piece to the circuit that will be connected with the atomizing piece sets up inside the water tank, makes the structure of humidifier compacter, reduces the circuit setting between casing and the water tank, improves the pleasing to the eye degree of humidifier.

Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-10.
The embodiment of the application discloses a humidifier. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the humidifier includes a transparent housing 1, a humidifying assembly 2, and a light assembly 3.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a mounting cavity 14 is provided in the housing 1, the humidifying assembly 2 and the light assembly 3 are provided in the mounting, the housing 1 is provided with a communication port 131, and the communication port 131 is communicated with the mounting cavity 14.
The housing 1 includes a lower housing 11, a middle housing 12, and an upper housing 13 in this order in the bottom-up direction. The humidifying component 2 and the light component 3 are connected with the lower shell 11 through bolts. Electrical components (not shown) such as a controller of the humidifier may be fixed to the lower case 11. The middle shell 12 is folded outwards at one side far away from the lower shell 11, and the lower shell 11 is inserted and fixed in the annular groove 121. Along the direction away from the lower shell 11, the opening area of the middle shell 12 increases progressively, the upper shell 13 is fixedly inserted with the middle shell 12, and the upper shell 13 is provided with a communication port 131 communicated with the outside. The lower housing 11, the middle housing 12 and the upper housing 13 together enclose a mounting cavity 14 for mounting the humidifying assembly 2 and the light assembly 3.
In this embodiment, the lower housing 11 and the middle housing 12 are made of opaque plastic materials to block various devices inside the humidifier, the upper housing 13 is made of transparent materials to allow the light of the light assembly 3 to penetrate, and the upper housing 13 can be made of transparent glass or transparent plastic.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a circular boss 111 is provided at the middle of the lower case 11, and the humidifying module 2 is disposed on the boss 111. One end of the humidifying component 2 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the shell 1, the other end cover of the humidifying component 2 is provided with a communication port 131, the humidifying component 2 is used for spraying water mist into air, and an avoidance gap is formed between the humidifying component 2 and the inner peripheral wall of the shell 1.
The humidifying module 2 includes a water tank 21, a fixing member 22, an atomizing sheet 23, a cotton swab 24, and an upper cover 25.
Referring to fig. 2, the water tank 21 is fixedly coupled to the lower case 11 by bolts, and the water tank 21 is located at a position directly below the communication port 131. The operator can open the upper housing 13 and add water to the water tank 21.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the fixing member 22 includes a fixing groove 221, a water blocking ring 222, a fixing cylinder 223, a fixing ring 224, and a receiving groove 225. In this embodiment, the fixing groove 221, the water retaining ring 222, the fixing cylinder 223, the fixing ring 224 and the accommodating groove 225 are integrally formed and made of plastic materials.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the notch of the fixed groove 221 extends with an abutment ring 2211, the abutment ring 2211 abuts against the upper case 13, and the fixed groove 221 covers the communication port 131. The water blocking ring 222 is disposed at the bottom wall of the fixed slot 221.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a fixing cylinder 223 is provided inside the water blocking ring 222, the fixing cylinder 223 is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the fixing groove 221, and the fixing cylinder 223 is communicated with the installation cavity 14. The outer periphery of the fixing ring 224 is fixedly connected with the inner peripheral wall of the fixing barrel 223, and the fixing ring 224 and the fixing barrel 223 are surrounded to form a mounting groove for accommodating the atomizing sheet 23.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the accommodating groove body 225 is disposed on one side of the fixing groove body 221 near the water tank 21, a notch of the accommodating groove body 225 is fixed with an inner peripheral wall of the fixing ring 224, the accommodating groove body 225 is partially immersed in a water body of the water tank 21, and a vertical long through hole 2251 for the water body to penetrate is formed in a side wall of the accommodating groove body 225. The cotton swab 24 is disposed in the accommodating groove 225, and the cotton swab 24 abuts against the atomizing sheet 23.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the upper cover 25 and the fixing groove 221 are fixed by plugging through a plugging column, the upper cover 25 covers the water blocking ring 222, and a clearance is provided between the outer periphery of the upper cover 25 and the side wall of the fixing groove 221. The middle part of the upper cover body 25 is provided with an atomization opening 251, and the atomization opening 251 and the atomization sheet 23 are positioned on the same vertical line.
The atomizing sheet 23 converts the water in the cotton swab 24 into tiny liquid drops through high-speed vibration, and the atomized tiny liquid is sprayed into the external environment through the atomizing opening 251 of the upper cover 25, so that the humidity in the external environment is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, in this embodiment, the humidifying assembly 2 further includes a spring 226, where the spring 226 is disposed between the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 225 and the cotton swab 24, and the spring 226 is used to force the cotton swab 24 to abut against the atomizing sheet 23, so that the atomizing sheet 23 can be immersed in the water in the cotton swab 24, and stability of operation of the atomizing sheet 23 is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, the water tank 21 further includes a circuit cylinder 211, the circuit cylinder 211 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the water tank 21, and the circuit cylinder 211 is integrally formed with the water tank 21. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the fixing groove 221 is provided with a through hole 2213 through which the line cylinder 211 passes, and the upper end of the fixing cylinder 223 is further provided with a notch through which the line passes. The line cylinder 211 is used for passing through a line connected to the atomizing sheet 23, so that the line connected to the atomizing sheet 23 is disposed inside the water tank 21. The humidifier has a more compact structure, reduces the circuit arrangement between the shell 1 and the water tank 21, and improves the attractiveness of the humidifier.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the light assembly 3 is disposed between the housing 1 and the humidifying assembly 2, and the light assembly 3 includes a placement table 31 and a light belt 32. The placing table 31 is arranged around the periphery of the humidifying component 2, and after the placing table 31 is fixedly connected with the lower shell 11 in a plugging manner through the plugging posts, the placing table 31 is connected with the lower shell 11 through bolts. The lamp strip 32 is arranged on the placing table 31, and the lamp strip 32 is arranged around the humidifying component 2, and the shell 1 is penetrated by the light emitted by the lamp strip 32.
Referring to fig. 4 and 10, an annular protrusion 311 is disposed on a side of the placement table 31 adjacent to the lamp strip 32, the lamp strip 32 is disposed on the annular protrusion 311, the width of the annular protrusion 311 is smaller than that of the lamp strip 32, and the lamp strip 32 is connected with the annular protrusion 311 by bolts so as to improve the connection strength between the lamp strip 32 and the placement table 31. Meanwhile, a heat dissipation gap is formed between the two sides of the lamp strip 32 and the placing table 31, so that the heat dissipation effect of the lamp strip 32 is improved, and the service life of the lamp strip 32 is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the light strip 32 is an LED light strip 32, and the light strip 32 is used for emitting light of several colors. Meanwhile, the light strip 32 is connected with a microcontroller, and the microcontroller realizes the conversion of light colors and a flickering mode, so that the light effect of the humidifier is further improved.
In the present embodiment, an avoidance gap is provided between the placement stage 31 and the side of the middle housing 12 away from the lower housing 11. The middle shell 12 can be utilized to shield the placing table 31 and the lamp strip 32, so that the attractiveness of the humidifier is improved, and meanwhile, the light emitted by the lamp strip 32 can be emitted outwards through the first shell 1, so that the atmosphere lighting effect of the humidifier is improved.
In summary, the light assembly 3 is arranged between the shell 1 and the humidifying assembly 2, so that the humidifier is compact in structure, extra space occupation is not increased, meanwhile, the light assembly 3 provides rich and varied lighting effects for the humidifier, and the use experience of a user is remarkably improved. In addition, through the intelligent control lamp area 32 of microcontroller, the user can easily switch different light modes, satisfies individualized demand.
