本实用新型涉及一种钻采用钻头附件。特别涉及一种金刚石-硬质合金复合球头钻齿,由金刚石层和球头硬质合金基体在高温超高压条件下复合而成,金刚石层复合于球头硬质合金基体冠部。用本实用新型制成的钻头具有抗冲击性强、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、钻采效率高的优点。

Description

金刚石—硬质合金复合球头钻齿
本实用新型属于一种钻采用钻头配件。
现有技术中,由于硬质合金既有一定硬度又具有良好的抗冲击性,因此硬质合金钻齿作为钻采用钻头配件广泛应用于钻采钻头。这种钻齿是用碳化钨(WC)添加适量钴(Co)混合、压制、烧结而成。其显微硬度为1700—2000kg/mm2,抗压强度为35000kg/mm2,与碳化硅类标准磨削砂轮的磨削比为2∶1,这些物理性能远高于普通黑色和有色金属材料。但是作为工程钻进的钻齿,其耐磨性仍有限,钻齿头部易磨损,因而使用寿命、钻进速度及钻采效率受到一定限制。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种既具有强抗冲击性又具有高耐磨性的金刚石—硬质合金复合球头钻齿。
上述目的是这样实现的:一种金刚石—硬质合金复合球头钻齿,由球头硬质合金基体和金刚石层在高温超高压条件下复合而成,其特征在于金刚石层复合于球头硬质合金基体冠部表面。

在使用时,本实用新型采用焊接或镶嵌方式牢固结合于钻头上。由于采用了抗冲击性强的球头硬质合金基体,该钻头具有很强耐冲击性;由于硬质合金基体上复合了金刚石层,而金刚石材料具有高显微硬度——约10000kg/mm2,高于碳化钨材料约4倍,高抗压强度——约89000kg/mm2,高于碳化钨材料约2倍,很高耐磨性——与标准碳化硅砂轮磨削比为80000—150000∶1,耐磨性增强,钻齿使用寿命延长,钻采效率提高。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。本实用新型由球头硬质合金基体1和金刚石层2复合而成,金刚石层2复合于球头硬质合金基体1的冠部3表面。
