Detailed Description
The conception, specific structure, and technical effects produced by the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments and the drawings to fully understand the objects, features, and effects of the present application. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments, and that other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive effort are within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments of the present application. In addition, all the coupling/connection relationships referred to in the patent are not direct connection of the single-finger members, but rather, it means that a better coupling structure can be formed by adding or subtracting coupling aids depending on the specific implementation. The technical features in the application can be interactively combined on the premise of no contradiction and conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cotton disposable pants comprise an outer layer 1, wherein the outer layer 1 comprises a first front waist part 11, a first front crotch part 12, a first rear crotch part 13 and a first rear waist part 14 which are formed by cutting;
An inner layer 2, wherein the inner layer 2 comprises a second front waist part 21, a second front crotch part 22, a second rear crotch part 23 and a second rear waist part 24 which are formed by cutting;
The outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are compounded through a melt adhesive layer 3;
The second front waist part 21 and the second rear waist part 24 at the waistline are fixed by the adhesive layer 4 to form a closed ring-shaped waistline structure.
It can be understood that the second front waist edge and the second rear waist edge of the inner layer are glued to form a pants-shaped closed annular waistline structure, and when the second front waist edge and the second rear waist edge are opened through the gluing layer, the inner layer is a part contacting a human body, and the outer layer is a part not contacting the human body.
Specifically, the melt adhesive layer is formed by hot melt adhesive, and between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2, the melt adhesive layer is formed by a small amount or a trace amount (for example, 3-5g weight) of hot melt adhesive, so that the outer layer and the inner layer are combined, the whole thickness of the pants body of the whole pants is uniform, and the ventilation performance is not affected.
The bonding layer at the waistline is formed by adopting a bonding process, and compared with the bonding layer formed by adopting ultrasonic waves and spun-bonded cloth auxiliary strips, the bonding layer has reduced hardness, and auxiliary strip bonding is not needed, so that the disposable underpants can be 100 percent degradable. The gluing process comprises the steps of coating hot melt adhesive at the upper side seam and the lower side seam by using an adhesive gun, wherein the gram weight is about 15-30g, the coating width is 0.3-1cm, and then using a cylinder press roll or a light press device to press the hot melt adhesive, wherein the press roll is set at 0.01-0.3MPa, or adopting other existing technologies to realize gluing.
Therefore, the technical scheme solves the problem of low production efficiency of the traditional disposable underpants, and the production efficiency is improved because the compounding of the outer layer and the inner layer can be completed rapidly through automatic equipment. Meanwhile, the use of the melt adhesive layer ensures that the overall thickness of the underpants is uniform, the air permeability is not affected, and the wearing comfort level is improved. In addition, the design of the closed annular waistline structure enhances the fitting degree and the supporting property of the underpants and improves the wearing experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 3-8 rubber strings 5 are arranged between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 corresponding to the front waist portion and between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 corresponding to the rear waist portion. The cloth cover with the rubber band at the front waist and abdomen is in a fold-shaped structure (structure ③) due to the shrinkage of the rubber band, and the arrangement of different code sections can be achieved by controlling the elasticity of the rubber band, so that the production and manufacturing cost is greatly saved.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme, 3-8 rubber strings are arranged between the outer layer and the inner layer corresponding to the front waist and the rear waist, so that the problem of the fitting degree of underpants is further solved. The arrangement of the rubber band can be adjusted according to different waistline sizes, so that the underpants can adapt to users of different body types, and the comfort and stability of wearing are improved.
More specifically, 5-8 rubber strings can be arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer at the waist and abdomen, the stretching multiplying power is about 1.6-4 times, and the size difference between the waist and abdomen and the buttocks is generated according to the stretchability of the rubber strings.
Specifically, the distance between the rubber strings 5 is 2mm, and the stretching multiplying power is 2-4 times. The stretching multiplying power of the rubber band is used for controlling the hip circumference and the waistline, so that the effect of distinguishing different code segments is achieved;
therefore, the technical scheme prescribes that the interval of the rubber strings is 2mm and the stretching multiplying power is 2-4 times, so that the underpants can maintain proper elasticity and comfort level while providing good support, the problem of over-tightening or over-loosening is avoided, and the adaptability and durability of the underpants are ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, S-rubber strings 5 are symmetrically distributed between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 corresponding to the front crotch portion and between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 corresponding to the rear crotch portion.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme, the S-shaped rubber strings are distributed to help the underpants to provide additional elasticity at key positions, so that the wearer can move freely, and the constraint feeling is reduced.
Specifically, the S-shaped rubber strings 5 are distributed on the lower edges of the waist and the abdomen and the lower edges of the buttocks, and the space between the S-shaped rubber strings 5 is 10 cm to 14cm.
Therefore, the technical proposal sets the specific distribution position and the specific interval of the S rubber band at the lower edge of the waist and the abdomen and the lower edge of the buttock to be 10 cm to 14cm, which is beneficial to the underpants to provide better support at key parts and simultaneously keeps the comfort and the natural appearance of wearing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, an absorbent crotch panel 6 is provided in the second front crotch portion 22 and the second rear crotch portion 23.
Therefore, the technical proposal is convenient for the underpants to absorb external body fluid and is suitable for medical treatment or physiological period.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the absorbent crotch panel 6 is a detachable absorbent crotch panel 6, the detachable absorbent crotch panel 6 includes a transparent film 62 to which a material layer 61 is attached, a nonwoven fabric 63 laminated on one surface of the transparent film, and a hook and loop fastener 64 provided on the bottom of the PE film, and the hook and loop fastener 64 is provided on the second front crotch portion 22 and the second back crotch portion 23.
Specifically, the crotch consists of a PE film, a small amount of wood pulp, a polymer and a spun-laced non-woven fabric, wherein the wood pulp and the polymer are sprayed on a transparent film to form a material layer on the transparent film, then the transparent film attached with the material layer is compounded with the spun-laced non-woven fabric, and a magic tape is arranged at the bottom of the transparent film. The permeable membrane is a PE waterproof permeable membrane.
Therefore, the technical scheme ensures that the absorption crotch piece can be conveniently detached and replaced, and improves the practicability and the sanitation of the underpants.
Specifically, two elastic strings 5 are respectively arranged on two sides of the absorbent crotch piece 6. Therefore, the technical scheme improves the supportability of the crotch, so that the absorption crotch piece is more stable and is not easy to shift.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, the S-elastic distributed on the lower edge of the waist and abdomen and the lower edge of the buttocks is subjected to a point-off process (in a point-off distribution), and the S-elastic distributed in a point-off manner is connected with the elastic on both sides of the crotch, so that when the disposable pants are of a closed annular waistline structure, the existence feeling of the S-elastic in the middle of the front abdomen and the buttocks can be reduced and avoided, and an up-down lengthened space can be provided for the crotch, thereby improving the experience feeling.
Specifically, the upper and lower sides of the absorbent crotch panel 6 extend to the waist and abdomen. Therefore, the technical scheme is that the upper side and the lower side of the absorption crotch piece are prolonged to the waist and abdomen, and the rubber band is correspondingly prolonged, so that the overall support of the underpants is improved, the underpants is more comfortable to wear, the absorption crotch piece is fixed, the crotch is prevented from being shifted in the movement, and the crotch is improved.
Specifically, the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are all-cotton spunlaced non-woven fabrics.
Therefore, the technical scheme improves the comfort and the air permeability of the underpants and enhances the environmental protection property, so that the product is easier to degrade after being used, and meets the requirement of sustainable development.
