Background
Food is the most basic substance for human survival and development, and is a food product which is eaten by people, can maintain, improve or regulate the metabolic function of human bodies, has nutrition, functionality and diversity, and is a relatively common production procedure in the food production process.
In relevant food production drying equipment technique, the standing groove for placing food is the direct fixation inside the stoving box, and the unable rotatory unloading of standing groove, after the completion of food stoving, unable quick food discharge inside the standing groove, and then unable quick stoving of getting into next batch, and then can influence the efficiency of stoving.

In order to make up for the defects, the application provides a drying device and food production equipment, and aims to solve the problem that the food inside a placing groove cannot be rapidly discharged after the food is dried, and the drying efficiency is affected.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a drying apparatus including a drying assembly.
The drying assembly comprises a drying box, a drying air heater, a filter screen frame, a rotating shaft, a fixing rod, a limiting rod and a sliding rod, wherein a discharging pipe is communicated with the bottom end of the drying box, an air outlet of the drying air heater is communicated with the inside of the drying box, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the filter screen frame, the rotating shaft rotates to penetrate through one side of the drying box, the filter screen frame rotates to be connected with the inside of the drying box, one end of the fixing rod is slidably inserted into the inside of the rotating shaft, the cross section of the fixing rod is arranged into a polygon, the limiting rod is fixedly connected with one side of the drying box, one end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the fixing rod, and the other end of the sliding rod is slidably inserted into the inside of the limiting rod.
In a specific embodiment, the bottom end of the drying box is provided with an inverted cone shape, and one surface of the drying box is hinged with a box door.
In a specific embodiment, a baffle is inserted in the discharging pipe in a sliding manner, a plate body of the baffle penetrates through one side of the discharging pipe in a sliding manner, and a first pull plate is arranged on one side of the baffle.
In a specific embodiment, the drying air heater is connected to the upper surface of the drying box, an air outlet of the drying air heater is communicated with an air conveying pipe, the bottom end of the air conveying pipe penetrates through the top wall of the drying box, the bottom end of the air conveying pipe is communicated with the inside of the drying box, and an air suction inlet of the drying air heater is provided with a dust screen.
In a specific embodiment, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with one side of the filter screen frame, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with one side of the drying box.
In a specific embodiment, a rotating rod is arranged on one side, far away from the rotating shaft, of the filter screen frame, the rotating rod penetrates through one side, far away from the rotating shaft, of the drying box in a rotating mode, and the rotating rod is connected with one side, far away from the rotating shaft, of the drying box in a rotating mode.
In a specific embodiment, two limit rods are arranged, one ends of the two limit rods are fixedly connected with one side of the drying box, and the two limit rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft.
In a specific embodiment, the cross section of the fixing rod is rectangular, and a second pulling plate is arranged at one end of the fixing rod away from the drying box.
In a specific embodiment, two slide bars are provided, one end of each slide bar is fixedly connected with one surface of the second pulling plate, and the other ends of the two slide bars are respectively inserted into the two limiting rods in a sliding manner.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a food production apparatus, including the above-mentioned drying device, and a base.
The upper surface of base is provided with the fixed plate, stoving case fixed connection in the one side of fixed plate, the discharging pipe is located the top of base.
The drying device has the advantages that food to be dried is placed in the filter screen frame when the drying device is used, the drying air heater is used for conveying hot air into the drying box, so that the food in the filter screen frame can be dried, after drying, the fixing rod can be pulled in the direction away from the drying box, the fixing rod can drive the sliding rod to move in the direction away from the drying box, the sliding rod can be pulled out of the limit rod, the fixing rod can be rotated, the rotating shaft and the filter screen frame are driven to rotate, the food in the filter screen frame can be poured out, the food can be discharged through the bottom end of the drying box and the discharging pipe, the food in the filter screen frame can be poured out by pulling the rotating fixing rod, discharging is finished, the dried food can be conveniently and rapidly discharged, the next batch can be rapidly dried, and the drying efficiency of the next batch can be improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a drying apparatus, which includes a drying assembly 100.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the drying assembly 100 includes a drying box 110, a drying air heater 120, a filter screen frame 130, a rotating shaft 140, a fixing rod 150, a limit rod 160 and a sliding rod 170, wherein the bottom end of the drying box 110 is in an inverted cone shape, one surface of the drying box 110 is hinged with a box door 112, the bottom end of the drying box 110 is communicated with a discharging pipe 111, a baffle 113 is inserted in the discharging pipe 111 in a sliding manner, a plate body of the baffle 113 penetrates through one side of the discharging pipe 111 in a sliding manner, a first pulling plate 114 is arranged on one side of the baffle 113, and the discharging pipe 111 can be opened by pulling the baffle 113.
In this embodiment, the air outlet of the drying air heater 120 is communicated with the inside of the drying box 110, the drying air heater 120 is connected to the upper surface of the drying box 110, the air outlet of the drying air heater 120 is communicated with an air delivery pipe 121, the bottom end of the air delivery pipe 121 is fixed to penetrate through the top wall of the drying box 110, the bottom end of the air delivery pipe 121 is communicated with the inside of the drying box 110, the air suction inlet of the drying air heater 120 is provided with a dust screen 122, hot air generated by the drying air heater 120 can enter the inside of the drying box 110 through the air delivery pipe 121, further, food inside the drying box 110 can be dried, and the speed and flow of the exhaust of the discharging pipe 111 can be controlled through a baffle 113.
When specifically setting, the one end and the filter screen frame 130 fixed connection of axis of rotation 140, the one end and the one side fixed connection of filter screen frame 130 of axis of rotation 140, axis of rotation 140 rotate and run through in the one side of stoving case 110, and axis of rotation 140 rotates with the one side of stoving case 110 and is connected.
In the present application, the filter screen frame 130 is rotatably connected to the inside of the drying box 110, a rotating rod 131 is disposed at one side of the filter screen frame 130 far away from the rotating shaft 140, the rotating rod 131 rotatably penetrates through one side of the drying box 110 far away from the rotating shaft 140, the rotating rod 131 is rotatably connected to one side of the drying box 110 far away from the rotating shaft 140, one end of a fixing rod 150 is slidably inserted into the inside of the rotating shaft 140, the cross section of the fixing rod 150 is polygonal, the cross section of the fixing rod 150 is rectangular, and a second pull plate 151 is disposed at one end of the fixing rod 150 far away from the drying box 110.
In this embodiment, the two limit rods 160 are fixedly connected to one side of the drying box 110, the two limit rods 160 are provided, one ends of the two limit rods 160 are fixedly connected to one side of the drying box 110, the two limit rods 160 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft 140, one end of the slide rod 170 is fixedly connected to the fixed rod 150, the other end of the slide rod 170 is slidably inserted into the limit rods 160, the two slide rods 170 are provided, one ends of the two slide rods 170 are fixedly connected to one surface of the second pull plate 151, and the other ends of the two slide rods 170 are slidably inserted into the two limit rods 160 respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application further provides a food production apparatus, which includes the above-mentioned drying device and a base 200, wherein a fixing plate 210 is disposed on an upper surface of the base 200, the drying box 110 is fixedly connected to one surface of the fixing plate 210, and the discharging pipe 111 is located above the base 200.
Specifically, when the drying device and the food production equipment are used, the box door 112 can be opened, then the food to be dried can be placed in the filter screen frame 130, then the box door 112 is closed, then the drying air heater 120 can be opened, the drying air heater 120 conveys hot air into the drying box 110 through the air conveying pipe 121, further, the food in the filter screen frame 130 can be dried, the baffle 113 can be pulled out of the inside of the discharging pipe 111, the hot air in the drying box 110 can carry water vapor to be discharged from the discharging pipe 111, after drying is finished, the box door 112 can be opened, then the second pulling plate 151 can be pulled in the direction away from the drying box 110, the second pulling plate 151 can drive the fixing rod 150 and the two sliding rods 170 to move in the direction away from the drying box 110, further, the sliding rods 170 can be pulled out of the inside of the limiting rod 160, then the second pulling plate 151 can be rotated, further, the fixing rod 150 and the rotating shaft 140 can be driven to rotate, further, the food in the filter screen frame 130 can be discharged out, the food in the drying box can be discharged out through the bottom end of the box 110 and the discharging pipe 111, the food can be quickly discharged, and the drying efficiency of the filter screen can be quickly and conveniently dried, and further, the drying efficiency of the food can be finished.
