In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.

In the related art, the intelligent blackboard can comprise a main screen and an auxiliary screen, wherein the main screen is mainly used for displaying pictures, the auxiliary screen is mainly used for writing on a writing board, the main screen and the auxiliary screen are assembled in a splicing mode, the main screen and the auxiliary screen are assembled respectively during assembly, and then the main screen and the auxiliary screen are assembled with each other. The main screen comprises a display screen, a light-transmitting panel is arranged on the display side of the display screen for protecting the display screen, the light-transmitting panel is used for protecting the display screen and can be made of materials with good light transmittance such as glass, acrylic and the like, the light-transmitting panel can be fixed through a section frame, and the light-transmitting panel and the section frame are assembled in an adhesive mode. However, the problem of inaccurate bonding positioning easily occurs between the light-transmitting panel and the section frame in a bonding mode, the defect of larger gaps between the main screen and the auxiliary screen is easily caused when the main screen and the auxiliary screen are spliced, and in addition, the light-transmitting panel is difficult to operate and the whole display screen is easily scrapped when the light-transmitting panel is in a problem and needs to be maintained and replaced because the mode of bonding and fixing is not easy to disassemble.
With reference to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the application discloses a face frame assembly 100 of a smart blackboard, wherein the face frame assembly 100 is disposed on a display side of a display screen, and the face frame assembly 100 can be fixed on a main frame of the smart blackboard. The face frame assembly 100 may include a light-transmitting panel 110, a first frame 120, a second frame 130 and a plurality of pressing plates 140, where the first frame 120 is provided with a first groove body 121, the second frame 130 is provided with a second groove body 131, the first groove body 121 and the second groove body 131 may be U-shaped grooves, the notch of the first groove body 121 and the notch of the second groove body 131 are oppositely arranged, and two opposite sides of the light-transmitting panel 110 may be respectively embedded in the first groove body 121 and the second groove body 131 to realize preliminary fixing.
It should be noted that, when the transparent panel 110 is mounted on the smart blackboard, two opposite sides of the transparent panel 110 may be an upper edge and a lower edge of the transparent panel 110, respectively, and the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are disposed on the upper edge and the lower edge of the transparent panel 110 respectively to form an upper frame and a lower frame, and the dimensions of the first groove 121 and the second groove 131 are slightly greater than the thickness of the transparent panel 110 along the thickness direction of the transparent panel 110, so that the sides of the transparent panel 110 extend into the first groove 121 and the second groove 131.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the light-transmitting panel 110 includes a first surface 111 and a second surface 112 disposed opposite to each other, two opposite groove walls of the first groove 121 are respectively located at two sides of the light-transmitting panel 110 along the thickness direction thereof, and similarly, two opposite groove walls of the second groove 131 are respectively located at two sides of the light-transmitting panel 110 along the thickness direction thereof. When the light-transmitting panel 110 is embedded in the first groove 121 and the second groove 131, the second surface 112 of the light-transmitting panel 110 contacts the groove walls of the first groove 121 and the groove walls of the second groove 131. The plurality of pressing plates 140 are located on the first surface 111 of the light-transmitting panel 110 and are detachably connected with the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, the pressing plates 140 and the first frame 120 or the second frame 130 can be connected by a buckle connection, a bolt connection or the like, and in a state that the pressing plates 140 are connected with the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, the pressing plates 140 can be abutted against the first surface 111 of the light-transmitting panel 110, so that the second surface 112 of the light-transmitting panel 110 is attached to the groove wall of the first groove body 121 and the groove wall of the second groove body 131, and further fixing of the light-transmitting panel 110 is achieved.
When the assembly positions of the light-transmitting panel 110 and the first frame 120 or the second frame 130 deviate, the pressing plate 140 can be loosened or detached from the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, the positions of the light-transmitting panel 110 and the first frame 120 or the second frame 130 are adjusted, and then the light-transmitting panel 110 is pressed in the first groove body 121 and the second groove body 131 again by the pressing plate 140.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the face frame assembly 100 of the smart blackboard disclosed in the embodiment of the application improves the related art, the first groove 121 of the first frame 120 and the second groove 131 of the second frame 130 are utilized to preliminarily fix the transparent panel 110, and then the pressing plate 140 is utilized to further fix the transparent panel 110, and the pressing plate 140 is detachably connected with the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, so that the positions of the transparent panel 110, the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are flexibly adjusted, thereby reducing the installation difficulty.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the pressing plate 140 may include a first wing plate 141, a second wing plate 142 and a side plate 143, where the first wing plate 141 and the second wing plate 142 are disposed on the same side of the side plate 143 and connected by the side plate 143 to form the pressing plate 140 with a U-shaped structure, and the first wing plate 141, the second wing plate 142 and the side plate 143 may be formed as an integral structure or manufactured separately and then assembled together by welding, bolting, etc.
The first wing plate 141 is disposed outside the first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131 and detachably connected to the outer surface of the first frame 120 or the outer surface of the second frame 130, and the connection mode may be a snap connection, a bolt connection, or the like, and the second wing plate 142 extends into the first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131 and abuts against the first surface 111 of the light-transmitting panel 110, so as to press the second surface 112 of the light-transmitting panel 110 against the groove wall of the first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131. The first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131 with the U-shaped structure is matched with the pressing plate 140 with the U-shaped structure, so that double limiting fixation can be realized on the light-transmitting panel 110, and the problem that the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are turned outwards can be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the panel frame assembly 100 may further include a fastener, which may be a screw, a pin, or the like, where the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are each provided with a first mounting hole (the first mounting hole is located below the second mounting hole 144 and is in communication with the second mounting hole 144, which is not shown in fig. 6), and the first wing plate 141 is provided with a second mounting hole 144, and the fastener is inserted through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole 144, so that the pressing plate 140 is detachably connected to the first frame 120 or the second frame 130. The first and second mounting holes 144 are equal in number and are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
Since the pressing plate 140 has a certain rigidity, in order to avoid the damage of the transparent panel 110 caused by the pressure of the pressing plate 140, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, a buffer pad 150 may be disposed between the pressing plate 140 and the transparent panel 110, the buffer pad 150 may be made of rubber, silica gel, foam, or other materials, the buffer pad 150 may be disposed only in the area between the pressing plate 140 and the transparent panel 110, and in order to avoid the rigid contact between the transparent panel 110 and the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, the buffer pad 150 may be disposed continuously on the side of the transparent panel 110, so as to further protect the transparent panel 110.
In order to prevent the cushion pad 150 from falling off from between the pressing plate 140 and the transparent panel 110, the cushion pad 150 may be adhered to the pressing plate 140, specifically, may be adhered to a surface of the first wing plate 141 facing the transparent panel 110, or the cushion pad 150 may be adhered to the first surface 111 of the transparent panel 110, or both the pressing plate 140 and the transparent panel 110 may be adhered to the cushion pad 150, so that the stability of mounting the transparent panel 110 may be further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to apply a sufficient pressure to the light-transmitting panel 110, the light-transmitting panel is fixed to the first frame 120 and the second frame 130, the plurality of pressing plates 140 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the first frame 120, and the plurality of pressing plates 140 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the second frame 130. The number and spacing distance of the pressing plates 140 on the first and second frames 120 and 130 may be appropriately adjusted according to the size of the light-transmitting panel 110.
The above-mentioned first frame 120 and second frame 130 only achieve fixed protection for the upper and lower sides of the transparent panel 110, and for the left and right sides of the transparent panel 110, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the panel assembly 100 further includes two side frames 160 and corner brackets 170, where the number of the side frames 160 is two, and the two side frames 160 are respectively disposed at positions near the left and right edges of the first surface 111 of the transparent panel 110, so as to support and protect the left and right sides of the transparent panel 110. The corner brace 170 is in an L-shaped structure, two ends of the side frame 160 are respectively connected with the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 through the corner brace 170, and one end of the corner brace 170 can extend into the first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131 when the corner brace 170 is connected with the first frame 120 or the second frame 130. The corner brace 170 may be connected to the side frame 160, the first frame 120, and the second frame 130 by clamping, bolting, riveting, etc. Illustratively, bolt holes may be respectively disposed on the corner brace 170, the side frame 160, the first frame 120 and the second frame 130, and fastened by bolts, so that the bolts may be screwed out when the side frame 160 needs to be disassembled, thereby facilitating the installation and disassembly efficiency of the side frame 160.
In order to facilitate the installation and positioning of the side frame 160, and avoid the side frame 160 from excessively extending into the first groove body 121 or the second groove body 131, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, two ends of the side frame 160 may be respectively provided with a first protruding limiting portion 161, and the first side frame 120 and the second side frame 130 are respectively provided with a second limiting portion 180, so that the side frame 160 can be smoothly placed at a predetermined position to realize the installation by using the limiting fit of the first limiting portion 161 and the second limiting portion 180. The shapes of the first limiting portion 161 and the second limiting portion 180 may be plate-shaped, columnar, etc., in this embodiment, the first limiting portion 161 and the second limiting portion 180 are both plate-shaped, and the contact surfaces of the first limiting portion 161 and the second limiting portion 180 are arc-shaped, so that the contact stress can be reduced to some extent.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, in order to prevent the side frame 160 from sliding on the light-transmitting panel 110, an adhesive layer 190 may be further disposed between the side frame 160 and the light-transmitting panel 110, and the adhesive layer 190 is adhered to the side frame 160 and the light-transmitting panel 110 respectively, so as to improve the stability of mounting the side frame 160 and the light-transmitting panel 110.
When the side frame 160 is mounted to the transparent panel 110, if the side frame 160 is not aligned accurately, the side frame 160 and the transparent panel 110 may be deviated from each other due to contact with the adhesive layer 190, and therefore, a protective layer may be provided on the outer surface of the adhesive layer 190 to isolate the adhesive layer 190 from the external environment. The outer surface of the adhesive layer 190 is a surface of the adhesive layer 190 that is not adhered to other members and is exposed. When the side frame 160 is mounted on the light-transmitting panel 110, the adhesive layer 190 may be adhered to the first surface 111 of the light-transmitting panel 110, the side of the adhesive layer 190 opposite to the first surface 111 is the outer surface of the adhesive layer 190, the outer surface of the adhesive layer 190 is provided with a protective layer made of isolating paper, film or other materials, then the two ends of the side frame 160 are locked on the first side frame 120 and the second side frame 130 through the corner brace 170, after the side frame 160 is aligned with the light-transmitting panel 110, the protective layer on the outer surface of the adhesive layer 190 is torn off, and the protective layer is separated from the adhesive layer 190, so that the outer surface of the adhesive layer 190 has adhesiveness, and then the side frame 160 and the adhesive layer 190 are adhered together to further fix the side frame 160 and the light-transmitting panel 110.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment of the present application further discloses a smart blackboard, which may include an auxiliary screen, a display screen, and the above-mentioned face frame assembly 100, where the face frame assembly 100 is disposed on the display side of the display screen to form a main screen, and the main screen and the auxiliary screen are spliced to form the above-mentioned smart blackboard. The number of the auxiliary screens can be one, two or more than two, the auxiliary screens can be selected according to actual use requirements, and the number of the auxiliary screens can be two in an exemplary manner, and the two auxiliary screens are respectively located on two sides of the main screen and are spliced with the main screen to form the intelligent blackboard.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the face frame assembly 100 of the smart blackboard disclosed in the embodiment of the application improves the related art, the first groove 121 of the first frame 120 and the second groove 131 of the second frame 130 are utilized to preliminarily fix the transparent panel 110, and then the pressing plate 140 is utilized to further fix the transparent panel 110, and the pressing plate 140 is detachably connected with the first frame 120 or the second frame 130, so that the positions of the transparent panel 110, the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are flexibly adjusted, thereby reducing the installation difficulty.
The foregoing embodiments of the present application mainly describe differences between the embodiments, and as long as there is no contradiction between different optimization features of the embodiments, the embodiments may be combined to form a better embodiment, and in view of brevity of line text, no further description is provided herein.
