When the concrete mixer is used, the conveying motor 17 is started, the conveying motor 17 drives the first rotating rod 18 and the first driving roller 19 to rotate, the conveying caterpillar 22 runs between the two side plates 3 under the cooperation of the second rotating rod 20 and the second driving roller 21, then stone materials are placed into the rectangular grooves 24, the stone materials can be conveyed, the first electric telescopic rod 5 is started, the first electric telescopic rod 5 drives the strip-shaped plate 7 and the rake teeth 8 to descend, when the stone materials pass through the rake teeth 8, the rake teeth 8 perform preliminary raking on the stone materials, the second electric telescopic rod 6 is started, the second electric telescopic rod 6 drives the flattening roller 10 to descend, the flattening roller 10 is utilized to roll on the surface of the stone materials, the stone materials can be evenly spread on the conveying caterpillar 22, the stirring motor 11 is started, the stirring motor 11 drives the rotating shaft 12 and the stirring rod 13 to stir and mix the materials in the stirring barrel 1, after concrete is well mixed, the discharge valve 16 is started, and the concrete is discharged out of the stirring barrel 1 through the discharge pipe 15.
