Disposable urine collector capable of being used for 24-hour urine sampling
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the medical field, in particular to a disposable urine collector for 24h urine sampling.
Background
Urine testing is a common means of examination in hospitals, which includes routine analysis of urine, detection of visible components in urine, quantitative determination of protein components, determination of urease, and the like. The urine of the patient is tested and analyzed to assist diagnosis.
The urine discharged by the patient within 24 hours can be collected clinically, and the current illness state can be judged by detecting the content of each component in the urine. Because the aperture of the urinary sediment tube is small, patients generally urinate into a urine cup or a disposable paper cup, and then the urine in the urine cup is poured into the urinary sediment tube and sent to a testing room for detection.
However, currently, in the process of collecting patient urine samples, there are the following problems:
1. When urine in the urine cup is transferred to the urine sediment tube, the urine is easy to pour on hands, a table or the ground. This transfer requires not only extra care, takes a lot of time and effort, and is easily contaminated, but also a series of inconveniences, such as wiping the body, urinary sediment tube or clothing.
2. As the urine contains some trace substances, the substances are separated from the urine body and are precipitated after a period of time under the influence of the density of the substances, and when a medical staff takes a urine sample, the urine body and the precipitated substances are mixed by using a stirring rod for increasing the accuracy of an experiment result, and then corresponding detection is carried out. The risk of urine overflow pollution exists in the stirring and mixing process, and ammonia odor generated by urine causes certain stimulation on vision and smell to medical staff, so that discomfort of the medical staff is caused.
Thus, there is a need for a disposable urine collector that facilitates the transfer of urine and the re-mixing of urine samples.

In order to meet the experimental requirement of stirring urine, a plurality of spoilers 8 are arranged at the bottom in the cup body 1, and the spoilers 8 are arranged in a staggered manner.
In this embodiment, for increasing the stirring effect, the inner housing 11 is rotatably connected to the cup 1, the spoiler 8 is connected to the bottom of the cup 1 through the supporting rod 80, and the supporting rod 80 penetrates through the bottom of the inner housing 11, the sealing cover 3 may be fastened to the inner housing 11, and the sealing cover 3 is rotated to drive the inner housing 11 to rotate synchronously. In this embodiment, the clamping structure of the sealing cover 3 and the inner housing 11 is as shown in fig. 2 and 4, that is, the inner side of the sealing cover 3 is provided with a clamping block, and the inner housing 11 is provided with a corresponding clamping groove.
The inner shell 11 is provided with an opening 12 which is matched with the liquid outlet pipe 4, and the sealing cover 3 is provided with a marking strip 30 which is used for guiding the opening 12 to be in butt joint with the liquid outlet pipe 4, namely, the operation of transferring urine after stirring can be carried out.
In addition, in order to control the movable state of the sealing cover 3 conveniently, an adjusting groove 31 which is convenient for the hand to extend in is arranged on the sealing cover 3, and a lifting rod 32 is arranged in the adjusting groove 31. In addition, in order to facilitate the examination of the urine stock and the examination of the urine being transferred, the cup body 1, the inner housing 11, the liquid outlet pipe 4 and the liquid guiding pipe 5 are made of transparent materials (such as transparent PVC or transparent PE).
The following is a way of using this embodiment:
First, the patient can separate the sealing cap 3 from the cup body 1 by holding the lifting rod 32 so that the inner housing 11 is exposed to the outside, and after urine is put into the inner housing 11 from the collecting port 10, the sealing cap 3 is re-covered. Next, a finger is inserted into the groove 7, and the finger can contact the cover 20 of the urinary sediment tube 2 and pull the cover 20, so that the restraint layer 60 in the fixing groove 6 is forced to shrink, and the urinary sediment tube 2 and the cover 20 are separated from the fixing groove 6.
Then, the cover 20 on the urinary sediment tube 2 is unscrewed, the urinary sediment tube 2 is connected with the liquid outlet 40 by screw threads, at the moment, the part of the liquid guide tube 5 is inserted into the urinary sediment tube 2, and the outer wall of the liquid guide tube 5 is attached to the inner wall of the urinary sediment tube 2.
In the first step described above, if the patient urinates in large amounts or for safety reasons, the urinary sediment tube 2 may be docked with the outlet 40.
The direction of the sealing cover 3 is adjusted immediately, so that the sealing cover 3 and the inner shell 11 are clamped and fixed, and the reciprocating rotary sealing cover 3 is rotated in a mode of holding the lifting rod 32, and the supporting rod 80 of the spoiler 8 and the inner shell 11 are relatively independent, so that the inner shell 11 can relatively move with urine in the spoiler 8 and the inner shell 11 in the rotating process, and the stirring of the urine is realized.
After stirring several times, the sealing cap 3 is rotated so that the identification strip 30 is aligned with the liquid outlet pipe 4, i.e. the opening 12 of the inner housing 11 is aligned with the liquid outlet pipe 4. The handle at the cup body 1 is held and the cup body 1 is inclined, so that the stirred urine in the inner shell 11 flows to the opening 12, and the urine directly passes through the liquid guide tube 5 and enters the urinary sediment tube 2 after passing through the opening 12, thereby realizing the collection of the urine.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 8, the technical content of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, and the technical points of the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 are that:
In this embodiment, no spoiler 8 is disposed in the cup body 1, a plurality of spoilers 8 are connected to the inner side of the sealing cover 3 through a connecting rod 81, and the spoilers 8 are staggered with each other. In order to facilitate the stirring and sealing of the collecting port 10, the outer structure of the sealing cover 3 is the same as that of embodiment 1, that is, the sealing cover 3 is provided with an adjusting groove 31 which is convenient for the hand to extend into, and a lifting rod 32 is arranged in the adjusting groove 31.
The following is a way of using this embodiment:
Referring to the embodiment 1, after urine is discharged into the cup body 1, the lifting rod 32 at the outer side of the handheld sealing cover 3 inserts the connecting rod 81 and the spoiler 8 into the cup body 1, so as to seal the collecting port 10, and the stirring of urine can be realized by shaking the cup body 1 or rotating the sealing cover 3.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present utility model, other and further modifications and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the utility model, and such are intended to be considered within the scope of the utility model.
