The outside air near the cooking chamber 2 enters the outer chamber 23 through the ventilation holes 2303, cools the electric control plate 5 provided therein, and enters the installation chamber 120 through the lower communication hole 2331 at the top of the bellows 23 and the upper communication hole 123 at the bottom of the oven bottom case 12. A transition piece 4 is preferably further provided between the upper communication hole 123 and the lower communication hole 2331. The outer casing 23 of the cooking chamber 2 is divided into an upper space 2301 and a lower space 2302 by a diaphragm 236, a water storage box 25, a steam generator 26 and an electric control plate 5 are installed in the upper space 2301, the water storage box 25 supplies water to the steam generator 26, and steam generated by the steam generator 26 enters the inner container 21 through a steam feeding pipe 27 and a steam inlet 212 of the inner container 21. The electric control board 5 is electrically connected with the steam generator 26 and the heating pipe in the inner container 21.
