Therefore, the water deaerator is provided with a plurality of deaerator 100 interfaces and internal functional pipelines, water is heated by steam, the partial pressure of the steam on the water surface is gradually increased, the partial pressure of dissolved gas is gradually reduced, and then the gas dissolved in the water continuously escapes, so that the deaerator is more compact in built-in structure, high in heat exchange efficiency, low in oxygen content of the discharged water and reliable in use.

The number of water outlet rings 220 can be increased or decreased as desired, and the number of nozzles 260 can be increased or decreased accordingly.
Further, the nozzle 260 herein adopts a butterfly structure, and specifically includes a plurality of pairs of annular sheets, each pair of annular sheets includes two elastic fins 261 abutting against each other, a closed cavity 262 communicating with all water spraying holes 221 of one water outlet ring 220 is formed between the two elastic fins 261, and when the pressure in the closed cavity 262 reaches a set value, the two elastic fins 261 are separated. Thus, the condensed water flows into the water chamber 210 through the water inlet 101, is filtered by the filter screen 250, and is separated from the two elastic fins 261 of each pair of annular sheets under the action of water pressure, and the condensed water is sprayed from inside to outside, thereby forming water mist.
In particular, the water chamber 210, the water outlet ring 220 and the end plate 230 are respectively provided with mutually buckled step profiles 270, and the elastic fins 261 are clamped between the step profiles 270 of the water chamber 210 and the step profiles 270 of the water outlet ring 220, between the step profiles 270 of two adjacent water outlet rings 220 or between the step profiles 270 of the water outlet rings 220 and the step profiles 270 of the end plate 230, so that the reliable fixation of each elastic fin 261 is ensured without other fasteners.

Preferably, the exhaust main pipe 410 is arranged obliquely by 10 degrees, and the upper end of the exhaust branch pipe 420 stretches into the exhaust main pipe 410 by about 15mm, so that water vapor in the exhaust is prevented from flowing back to the exhaust branch pipe 420.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 in detail, the first steam pipe 500 herein includes a first vertical connection pipe 510, an upper end of the first vertical connection pipe 510 is communicated with the heating steam inlet 103, a lower end of the first vertical connection pipe 510 extends to be close to a bottom of the deoxidizing tank 100 and is provided with a first transverse connection pipe 520, the first transverse connection pipe 520 is arranged and fixed along the bottom of the deoxidizing tank 100 through a first bracket 530, and a plurality of first open-hole pipes 540 are arranged on the first transverse connection pipe 520 along an axial direction thereof.
Therefore, the heating steam enters the first vertical connecting pipe 510 and is discharged from the through hole of the first open-hole pipe 540 on the first transverse connecting pipe 520, when the water is heated to the boiling temperature under the corresponding pressure, the water does not have the capability of dissolving gas, namely, the gas (including oxygen) dissolved in the water can be removed, the steam discharged by the first steam pipeline 500 of the structure has good uniformity, more reasonable arrangement and high heat exchange efficiency.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 in detail, the second steam pipe 600 includes a second vertical connection pipe 610 communicating with the auxiliary heating steam port 104, a second transverse connection pipe 620 is disposed on the second vertical connection pipe 610, the second transverse connection pipe 620 is arranged and fixed along the top of the deoxidizing tank 100 through a second bracket 630, a plurality of second open pipes 640 are disposed on the second transverse connection pipe 620 along the axial direction thereof, and the lower ends of the second open pipes 640 extend to near the bottom of the deoxidizing tank 100.
Thus, steam enters from the second vertical connection pipe 610 and is discharged from the through holes of the second open hole pipe 640 on the second transverse connection pipe 620, so that the temperature in the steam cavity is heated, the partial pressure of the steam is increased, and the water temperature can be increased in an auxiliary manner.
The amount of gas dissolved in water is mainly determined by two aspects, on the one hand in direct proportion to the partial pressure of the gas on the water surface (i.e. the higher the pressure the greater the solubility of the gas in water and vice versa) and on the other hand in relation to the temperature of the water (i.e. the higher the temperature of the water the less the solubility of the gas in water, the solubility of the gas in water being zero when the temperature is the saturation temperature at the corresponding operating pressure).
The first steam line 500 heats water mainly by steam to raise the temperature of the water, and the second steam line 600 increases the partial pressure of the steam on the water surface mainly and decreases the partial pressure of the dissolved gas gradually. When the water is heated to the saturation temperature at the corresponding pressure, all water vapor is present on the water surface, the partial pressure of the dissolved gas is zero, and the water no longer has the capacity to dissolve gas, i.e. the gas dissolved in the water, including oxygen, can be removed. Therefore, the first steam pipeline 500 and the second steam pipeline 600 are matched for use, the working efficiency is high, and the deoxidization effect is obvious.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 in detail, the high-pressure drain pipe 700 includes a third vertical connection pipe 710 communicated with the high-pressure drain port 105, a lower end of the third vertical connection pipe 710 extends to be close to the bottom of the deoxygenation tank 100 and extends to form a third transverse connection pipe 720 along the bottom of the deoxygenation tank 100, the third transverse connection pipe 720 is fixed with the deoxygenation tank 100 through a third bracket 730, and a plurality of perforations 721 are uniformly formed on an upper half pipe wall of the third transverse connection pipe 720.
Therefore, the high-water-adding and draining water and water generate a severe mixed heating effect on a very short stroke, the water temperature is greatly improved, and the gas and impurities in the water are effectively removed.
In addition, the deoxidizing tank 100 is preferably a horizontal tank, two ends of the deoxidizing tank 100 are respectively provided with a sealing head, a manhole 108 is arranged on the sealing head, the top of the deoxidizing tank 100 is also provided with two steam balance ports 109, the two steam balance ports 109 are respectively communicated with the heating steam inlet 103 and the auxiliary heating steam port 104 through balance valves 110, the bottom of the deoxidizing tank 100 is also provided with a water drain port 111 and a water balance port 112, water and steam balance in the deoxidizing tank 100 is maintained, and reliable operation is ensured.
It is to be understood that the above examples of the present utility model are provided for clarity of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present utility model. Various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the utility model.
