In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, a bed net for fitting a human body includes a sleep unit 10, wherein the sleep unit 10 includes a pressure release module 13, a first spring module 11 and a second spring module 12, and the first spring module 11 and the second spring module 12 are arranged at intervals, that is, the first spring module 11 and the second spring module 12 are alternately arranged. The human body can be divided into a head position, a shoulder position, a back position, a hip position and a leg position from top to bottom in sequence, the second spring module 12 is arranged opposite to the shoulder position and the hip position of the human body, the first spring module 11 is arranged opposite to other positions of the human body, namely, the first spring module 11 is arranged opposite to the head position, the back position and the leg position of the human body. The first spring module 11 and the second spring module 12 may be composed of a plurality of uniformly distributed springs, and may be composed of other elastomers in other embodiments.
