The terms "connected," "connected," and "disposed" as used herein are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected or detachably connected, directly connected or indirectly connected through intermediate members, or may be a wired electrical connection, a radio connection, or a wireless communication signal connection, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, depending on the particular meaning of the terms.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a switch installation structure of a range hood, which includes a housing 1 and a switch assembly. For convenience of description, a direction toward a user is defined as a front, a direction away from the user is defined as a rear, a top of the range hood is defined as an upper, and a bottom of the range hood is defined as a lower when the range hood is in actual use.
Referring to fig. 4, the housing 1 has a smoke collecting chamber 11 therein, and a front panel assembly 12 is disposed in front of the smoke collecting chamber 11, and the front panel assembly 12 includes a top plate 121, a side plate 122 and a bottom plate 123 sequentially connected from top to bottom. The rear end of the top plate 121 is provided with a downward flanging 124, the side plate 122 is provided with a mounting opening 125, and the bottom plate 123 extends towards the smoke collecting cavity 11. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the switch assembly includes a switch 2 and a bracket 3. The bracket 3 includes a plate 31, such as a rectangular plate, and the switch 2 is fixedly disposed on one side of the plate 31 and corresponds to the mounting opening 125. The top of the plate 31 is provided with an upper flange 32 extending away from the switch 2, and the bottom of the plate 31 is provided with a lower flange 33 extending away from the switch 2. The end of the upper flange 32 abuts against the flange 124, and the lower flange 33 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 123.
The switch installation structure of the range hood provided by the embodiment of the utility model can be suitable for switch installation of an integrated shell, and because the top plate 121, the side plate 122 and the bottom plate 123 of the front panel assembly 12 form an inward installation space with openings, the switch assembly can be installed in the installation space from the lower part of the shell 1 (namely the opening of the smoke collecting cavity 11), and the operation such as welding installation and the like is not required from the upper part of the shell 1, thereby solving the switch installation problem of the non-cover integrated shell. When the switch mounting structure of the range hood provided by the embodiment of the utility model is mounted, the switch 2 and the bracket 3 are fixed together to form a switch assembly, then the switch assembly is mounted upwards from the lower opening of the shell 1 into the mounting space inside the front panel assembly 12, the tail end of the upper folded edge 32 of the bracket 3 is abutted against the folded edge 124 of the front panel assembly 12, the switch assembly is limited to turn backwards, the lower folded edge 33 of the bracket 3 is attached to the bottom plate 123 of the front panel assembly 12 and fixedly connected through a fixing piece such as a bolt, the displacement of the switch assembly is limited, and the mounting and the fixing of the switch assembly are realized.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the integrated housing further includes an upper panel and a side panel integrally connected with the front panel assembly 12, and a rear panel integrally connected with the upper panel and the side panel, which are conventional and will not be described again. The embodiment of the utility model solves the problem that the integral shell without the surface cover cannot be installed from the upper part.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in one embodiment of the present utility model, the top of the smoke collecting cavity 11 is provided with an upper plate 4, which may be riveted to the top of the smoke collecting cavity 11 of the housing 1. The upper plate 4 and the front panel assembly 12 form a mounting channel 41 therebetween, so as to guide the switch assembly during the mounting process, thereby facilitating the mounting and ensuring that the switch assembly can smoothly enter the mounting space inside the front panel assembly 12 from the mounting channel 41. Meanwhile, the upper plate 4 can also prevent part of oil smoke from invading the switch assembly when the range hood is in use, so that the service life of the switch assembly is prolonged. Preferably, the mounting channel 41 has a cross-section that increases from top to bottom to facilitate guiding during installation of the switch assembly. Specifically, the longitudinal section of the upper plate 4 may be Z-shaped, and the upper plate 4 includes a first riser 42, a cross plate 43, a second riser 44, and a sloping plate 45 connected in this order from top to bottom. The first vertical plate 42 abuts against the front side of the flange 124, the horizontal plate 43 extends from the bottom end of the first vertical plate 42 to a direction away from the side plate 122, the second vertical plate 44 extends downward from the rear end of the horizontal plate 43 and is opposite to the side plate 122 and the bracket 3, and the inclined plate 45 extends downward from the bottom end of the second vertical plate 44 to the rear of the second vertical plate 45.
In order to achieve good limit of the switch assembly, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, limit flanges 34 are disposed at two ends of the lower flange 33, and the limit flanges 34 abut against the rear end of the bottom plate 123 to limit forward displacement of the switch assembly. Further, two ends of the bottom plate 123 are provided with a limiting convex edge 126, the limiting convex edge 126 abuts against the side surface of the limiting flange 34, and the displacement of the switch in the left-right direction is limited.
In order to strengthen the structural strength of the bracket 3, as shown in fig. 5, the plate 31 is provided with reinforcing ribs 35 (e.g., at both ends), and the upper flange 32 and the lower flange 33 also serve to strengthen the local structural strength of the bracket 3.
To facilitate the entry of the switch assembly into the installation space inside the front panel assembly 12, the bottom plate 123 extends obliquely downward in the direction of the smoke collecting chamber 11, as shown in fig. 7.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1, a glass trim 5 is provided outside the mounting opening 125, and the mounting opening 125 is closed to protect the internal switch assembly. In installation, the glass fascia 5 is glued to the front panel assembly 12 of the housing 2. When the switch assembly is maintained, the switch assembly can be taken out by disassembling the glass decorative plate 5 and disassembling the fixing screws of the bracket 3 and the bottom plate 123.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, a wire clamping plate 311 is disposed at the bottom of the plate 31, and the wire clamping plate 311 extends toward the smoke collecting cavity 11, and forms a wire clamping groove with the lower flange 33 for collecting and arranging the cables of the switch assembly. The cross section of the card slot has a larger cross section for collecting a plurality of cables and a smaller cross section forming an opening for a single cable to enter the card slot. The wire clamping plate 311 can be an elastic plate so as to adapt to cables with different sizes.
The utility model also provides a range hood, which comprises the range hood switch mounting structure.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model and is not intended to limit the present utility model, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present utility model by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present utility model should be included in the protection scope of the present utility model.
