Referring to fig. 1-2, the stirring mechanism comprises a motor 601 fixed on the bottom surface of a stirring bin 1, a shunt tube 602 fixed on the top end of an output shaft of the motor 601, two supporting tubes 603 rotatably connected to the top surface of the shunt tube 602, a stirring plate 604 fixed on the top end of the supporting tubes 603, a central tube 605 fixed on the top surface of the shunt tube 602 and spiral blades 606 fixed on the peripheral wall of the central tube 605, wherein the two supporting tubes 603 are respectively close to the left end and the right end of the shunt tube 602, the stirring plate 604 is a hollow plate, the central tube 605, the stirring bin 1 and the output shaft of the motor 601 are both positioned on the same central axis, when the stirring bin 1 is used, degradable plastic production raw materials are poured into the stirring bin 1 through a feed hopper 4, then the motor 601 is started, the motor 601 drives the two supporting tubes 603 to revolve around the central axis inside the stirring bin 1 through the shunt tube 602, and then drives the two stirring plates 604 to achieve a stirring and mixing effect, meanwhile, the shunt tube 602 drives the central tube 605 coaxial with the motor 601 to rotate, and the spiral blades 606 on the peripheral wall of the central tube 605 are driven to rotate, and the inner axis of the stirring bin 1 plays a role in promoting production raw materials, and mixing effect is achieved by matching with the stirring effect.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the stirring mechanism further includes a toothed ring 607 fixed on the lower surface of the top cover 3, a connection pipe 608 fixed on the top surface of the stirring plate 604, a gear 609 fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the connection pipe 608 and meshed with the toothed ring 607, and a heating mechanism disposed on the stirring bin 1, where the connection pipe 608 and the support pipe 603 are vertically opposite and located on the same central axis with the stirring plate 604, the gear 609 is disposed on the inner side of the toothed ring 607, the toothed ring 607 and the output shaft of the motor 601 are located on the same central axis, when the stirring plate 604 revolves around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, the connection pipe 608 also drives the connection pipe 608 on the top end thereof to revolve around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, and the connection pipe 608 drives the gear 609 to revolve around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, because the toothed ring 607 is meshed with the gear 609 and is coaxial with the stirring bin 1, so that the gear 609 is driven to rotate by the toothed ring 607 to rotate when revolving, the connection pipe 608 drives the stirring plate 604 to rotate, thereby further improving the stirring efficiency and effect.
Referring to fig. 3-4, in this embodiment, the heating mechanism includes an air inlet pipe 701 rotatably connected to the top end of the central pipe 605, a recovery bin 702 fixed to the upper surface of the top cover 3, an air outlet pipe 703 fixed to the top surface of the recovery bin 702, a recovery pipe 704 rotatably connected to the bottom surface of the recovery bin 702, and a collecting pipe 705 fixed to the bottom end of the recovery pipe 704, wherein the top end of the connecting pipe 608 is rotatably connected to the bottom surface of the collecting pipe 705, the air inlet pipe 701 is fixed to the top surface of the recovery bin 702, the central pipe 605 vertically penetrates through the collecting pipe 705 and the recovery pipe 704, the recovery pipe 704 and the central pipe 605 are located at the same central axis, when the heat stirring is required for the degradable plastic production raw material, the air inlet pipe 701 is connected to the air outlet of the external steam generating device, then the air outlet pipe 703 is connected to the steam recovery port of the external steam generating device, the external steam generating device is controlled to convey steam to the air inlet pipe 701, and the steam enters the central pipe 605 through the air inlet pipe 701, and then enters the separating pipe 605 through the central pipe 605, and further enters into two hollow stirring plates 604 through the two supporting pipes 603, so that the stirring plates 604 can heat the production raw material during stirring, and the heat is stirred, and the effect of the heat is achieved, and when the heat stirring is further stirred, and the inside the degradable plastic raw material is fed through the stirring material is recycled by the stirring material.
It should be noted that the steam generating device can continuously provide steam for heating, which belongs to the prior art, so the specific structure and working principle are not described in detail, in addition, the control mode of the application is controlled by the controller, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming by a person skilled in the art, the supply of power is also common knowledge in the art, and the application is mainly used for protecting the mechanical device, so the application does not explain the control mode and circuit connection in detail.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
(1) When the stirring device is used, degradable plastic production raw materials are poured into the stirring bin 1 through the feeding hopper 4, then the motor 601 is started, the motor 601 drives the two supporting pipes 603 to revolve around the central axis in the stirring bin 1 through the shunt pipes 602, and further drives the two stirring plates 604 to revolve to achieve the stirring and mixing effect, meanwhile, the shunt pipes 602 drive the central pipe 605 coaxial with the motor 601 to rotate, the central pipe 605 drives the spiral blades 606 on the peripheral wall of the central pipe to rotate, the effect of lifting the production raw materials is achieved at the inner axis of the stirring bin 1, the stirring plates 604 are matched to increase the stirring and mixing efficiency and effect, when the stirring plates 604 revolve around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, the connecting pipe 608 also drives the top end of the stirring plates 608 to revolve around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, and the connecting pipe 608 drives the gear 609 to revolve around the central axis of the stirring bin 1, and as the gear 607 is meshed with the gear 609 and the gear ring 607 is coaxial with the stirring bin 1, the gear 609 is driven to rotate by the gear 607, the stirring plates 608 are driven by the gear 607 to rotate, and the stirring plates 604 are driven by the connecting pipe 608 to rotate, and the stirring and mixing efficiency and the stirring and the effect are further improved.
(2) When the degradable plastic production raw materials need to be subjected to hot stirring, the air inlet pipe 701 is connected with the air outlet of the external steam generating device, then the air outlet pipe 703 is connected with the steam recovery port of the external steam generating device, the external steam generating device is controlled to convey steam to the air inlet pipe 701, the steam enters the central pipe 605 through the air inlet pipe 701, then enters the split pipe 602 from the central pipe 605, and further enters the two hollow stirring plates 604 through the two supporting pipes 603, so that the stirring plates 604 can heat the production raw materials during stirring, the effect of hot stirring is achieved, and further, the steam entering the stirring plates 604 enters the collecting pipe 705 through the connecting pipe 608, and then enters the recovery bin 702 through the recovery pipe 704 and then is sent back to the external steam generating device through the air outlet pipe 703 for recycling.
