A photovoltaic bracket assembly 100 according to some embodiments of the present utility model is described below with reference to fig. 1-6.
The photovoltaic bracket assembly 100 includes a support base 1, a bracket water tank 2, and a connection assembly 3. The side wall of the first limiting groove 23 comprises a first matching side wall 231, and the first matching side wall 231 is located on one side of the first limiting groove 23, which is close to the water tank body 21. The side of the limiting portion 222 facing the pressing portion 314 is formed with a positioning protrusion 223.
The tub body 21 includes a tub bottom plate 212, a tub side plate 213, a tub top plate 214, and an outer side plate 215. The water tank bottom plate 212 is supported on the support base 1, the water tank side plates 213 are connected to opposite sides of the water tank bottom plate 212 in the first direction and extend obliquely upwards, the outer side plates 215 are located on opposite sides of the water tank bottom plate 212 in the first direction and extend vertically, the outer side plates 215 located on the same side of the water tank bottom plate 212 are arranged at intervals in the first direction with the water tank side plates 213, the water tank top plate 214 is connected to the top of the outer side plates 215 and the top of the water tank side plates 213, the water tank bottom plate 212 and the two water tank side plates 213 together define a water collecting tank 211, and the mounting portion 22 is connected to the lower end of the outer side plates 215.
The connecting assembly 3 comprises a pressing block 31 and a fixing piece 32, wherein the pressing block 31 is connected with the mounting part 22, the mounting part 22 is positioned between the pressing block 31 and the supporting base 1, and the fixing piece 32 is connected with the pressing block 31 and the supporting base 1.
The bottom surface of briquetting 31 is formed with second spacing recess 311, and spacing portion 222 holds in second spacing recess 311, and the lateral wall of second spacing recess 311 includes second cooperation lateral wall 312, and second cooperation lateral wall 312 is located the one side that is close to basin body 21 of second spacing recess 311. The first fitting side wall 231 is fitted with the second fitting side wall 312 relatively in the first direction. The second mating sidewall 312 has a positioning groove 313 formed thereon, and the positioning protrusion 223 is received in the positioning groove 313.
The press block 31 includes a pressing portion 314 and a connecting portion 315. The pressing portion 314 is located at one side of the second limiting groove 311 near the water tank body 21, and the pressing portion 314 is accommodated in the first limiting groove 23 and located above the supporting portion 221. The connecting portion 315 is located at one side of the second limiting groove 311 far away from the water tank body 21, a second connecting hole is formed in the connecting portion 315, and the fixing piece 32 is arranged through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole in a penetrating manner, so that the pressing block 31 is fixedly connected to the supporting base 1.
The fixing piece 32 is a U-shaped fixing piece 32, and the fixing piece 32 penetrates through the two first connecting holes and the two second connecting holes.
The support fixing process of the support water tank 2 on the support base 1 may be that the support portion 221 is connected with the water tank body 21 and supported on the support base 1, the pressing portion 314 of the pressing block 31 is matched with the limit portion 222 of the support water tank 2, so that the pressing portion 314 is accommodated in the first limit groove 23 and is located above the support portion 221, and the limit portion 222 is accommodated in the second limit groove 311, so as to complete the assembly between the pressing block 31 and the support water tank 2, and the fixing piece 32 sequentially penetrates through the first connecting hole on the connecting portion 315 of the pressing block 31 and the second connecting hole on the support base 1, so as to complete the fixed connection of the pressing block 31 on the support base 1, thereby realizing the fixed connection of the support water tank 2 on the support base 1.

1. A photovoltaic bracket assembly, comprising:
A support base;
the support water tank is arranged on the support base and comprises a water tank body and mounting parts connected to two opposite sides of the water tank body along a first direction, the mounting parts are supported on the support base, the water tank body is provided with a water collecting tank, and the first direction is vertical to the up-down direction;
The connecting assembly is used for fixing the bracket water tank on the support base and comprises a pressing block and a fixing piece, wherein the pressing block is connected with the installation part, the installation part is positioned between the pressing block and the support base, and the fixing piece is connected with the pressing block and the support base.
2. The photovoltaic bracket assembly according to claim 1, wherein the press block is detachably connected to the mounting portion, and the mounting portion is engaged with the press block.

The photovoltaic bracket assembly according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a supporting portion and a limiting portion, the supporting portion is connected with the water tank body and is supported by the supporting base, the limiting portion is connected with one end of the supporting portion far away from the water tank body and extends upwards, the limiting portion, the supporting portion and the water tank body jointly define a first limiting groove with an upward opening, a second limiting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the pressing block, the pressing block includes a pressing portion, the pressing portion is located on one side, close to the water tank body, of the second limiting groove, the pressing portion is accommodated in the first limiting groove and located above the supporting portion, and the limiting portion is accommodated in the second limiting groove.

The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 3, wherein the side wall of the first spacing groove comprises a first mating side wall located on a side of the first spacing groove remote from the sink body, and the side wall of the second spacing groove comprises a second mating side wall located on a side of the second spacing groove proximate to the sink body, the first mating side wall and the second mating side wall mating in opposition in the first direction.
5. The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 4 wherein the first mating sidewall and the second mating sidewall each extend obliquely in a bottom-to-top direction toward a direction away from the bracket sink.
6. The photovoltaic bracket assembly according to claim 4, wherein a positioning groove is formed on the second mating sidewall, a positioning protrusion is formed on a side of the limiting portion facing the pressing portion, and the positioning protrusion is accommodated in the positioning groove.

The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 3, wherein the pressing block comprises a connecting portion, the connecting portion is located at one side, far away from the water tank body, of the second limiting groove, a first connecting hole is formed in the connecting portion, a second connecting hole is formed in the supporting base, and the fixing piece penetrates through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to fixedly connect the pressing block to the supporting base.
8. The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 7, wherein the fixing member is a U-shaped fixing member, and a single fixing member is disposed through the two first connecting holes and the two second connecting holes.

The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein the sink body comprises a sink bottom plate, a sink side plate, a sink top plate, and an outer side plate, the sink bottom plate is supported by the support base, the sink side plate is connected to opposite sides of the sink bottom plate along the first direction and extends obliquely upward, the outer side plate is located on opposite sides of the sink bottom plate along the first direction and extends vertically, the outer side plate and the sink side plate on the same side of the sink bottom plate are arranged at intervals in the first direction, the sink top plate is connected to the top of the outer side plate and the top of the sink side plate, the sink bottom plate and the two sink side plates together define the water collecting tank, and the mounting portion is connected to the lower end of the outer side plate.
10. The photovoltaic bracket assembly according to claim 9, wherein a distance between the two water tank side plates gradually increases in a bottom-to-top direction, and/or a bottom surface of the water tank bottom plate is located at the same level as a bottom surface of the mounting portion.
11. The photovoltaic bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein the support base is purlin and/or the briquette is a metal piece.
12. The photovoltaic module of any of claims 1-11, wherein the module water channel extends in a second direction, the plurality of connection modules are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to both the first direction and the up-down direction.
