Next, the specific structure of each component of the water tank 100 will be described one by one.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the accommodating chamber 11 of the tank 10 is used for accommodating liquid water and components, and protecting the liquid water and the components. The component can be a mist guide pipe 13, the mist guide pipe 13 is communicated with the atomizing cavity 32 and the outside, so that the mist can be conveniently diffused to the outside to humidify the air through the mist guide pipe 13. The components may also be a water softener (not shown) or a filter device (not shown) for pre-softening and filtering the liquid water to provide good water quality conditions for the subsequent atomization process. The material of the case 10 may be other metal materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, a cover 30 is disposed between the case 10 and the base 210, and covers the opening 12 of the case 10. The cover 30 includes a cover body 301 and a first mounting table 31, the cover body 301 is connected to the first mounting table 31, and the cover body 301 is used for partially mounting the atomizing chamber 32, the mist guide pipe 13 or other devices. The first mounting table 31 is used for mounting the sealing assembly 40, the first mounting table 31 is provided with a drain channel 311, and the drain channel 311 penetrates through the cover 30 and communicates the water tank 100 and the base 210, so that water in the water tank 100 can enter the atomizing chamber 32 through the drain channel 311. As an example, the drainage channel 311 includes a first drainage segment 3111 and a second drainage segment 3112, the second drainage segment 3112 is disposed between the receiving cavity 11 and the first drainage segment 3111, and an inner diameter length of the first drainage segment 3111 is smaller than an inner diameter length of the second drainage segment 3112, such that the seal assembly 40 can be retained between the second drainage segment 3112 and the first drainage segment 3111 to achieve sealing with the drainage channel 311.
The water tank 100 may further include a filter screen 15, the filter screen 15 being disposed in the receiving chamber 11 for intercepting impurities in the water. Specifically, the filter screen 15 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the cover 30 and covers the sealing assembly 40 and the drain passage 311. The filter screen 15 is further provided with a plurality of micro-porous structures (not shown) for trapping fine particulate impurities in the water, thereby further purifying the water and reducing the turbidity of the water. Meanwhile, organic substances and bacteria in water are largely removed along with the reduction of turbidity, and good water quality conditions are provided for the subsequent atomization process. In addition, the filter screen 15 also plays a role in buffering water pressure, so that the impact of water flow at the first mounting table 31 can be reduced and the drainage stability can be improved. In other embodiments, the number of the filter screens 15 may be multiple layers of mesh structures, and the filter apertures of different filter screens 15 may be different, so as to filter impurities in a targeted manner, and improve the filtering effect.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the sealing assembly 40 includes a connecting member 41 and a sealing member 42, the sealing member 42 is at least partially disposed in the drain channel 311, and the connecting assembly 40 can drive the sealing member 42 to move in the drain channel 311, so that the sealing assembly 40 can seal the drain channel 311. Specifically, the connecting member 41 is used as a transmission member, one end of the connecting member 41 may be connected to the drainage device 220, and in the case where the external water pressure and the buoyancy received by the drainage device 220 are small, one end of the drainage device 220 is sunk, so that the connecting member 41 and the sealing member 42 are sunk, and when the sealing member 42 is sunk to a certain position, the sealing member 42 can be pressed against the first mounting table 31 and seal the drainage channel 311. As an example, water in the water tank 100 enters the base 210 through the drain passage 311, and when the water level in the base 210 rises to a preset level, the floating body portion 2212 of the floating plate 221 is tilted, the pressing portion 2213 falls back, so that the connecting member 41 drives the sealing member 42 to press against the first mounting table 31, thereby enabling sealing blocking between the sealing assembly 40 and the drain passage 311. When the water level in the base 210 drops, the buoyancy force received by the floating body 2212 is smaller than the gravity force thereof, the floating body 2212 sinks to tilt the pressing portion 2213 and generate upward thrust, and at this time, the connecting piece 41 receives the upward thrust and drives the sealing piece 42 to separate from the first mounting table 31, so that the drainage channel 311 can be formed and water can be replenished to the base 210.
The sealing assembly 40 may further include an elastic member 43, and the elastic member 43 is elastically held between the cover 30 and the connection member 41. The elastic member 43 may be a spring, and one end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the sealing member 42 and the other end abuts against the connecting member 41. Under the action of external pressure, the elastic member 43 is pressed and generates downward elastic force to move the connecting member 41 away from the receiving chamber 11, so that the sealing member 42 is pressed against the first mounting table 31 and blocks the drainage channel 311. The elastic member 43 may also be a coil spring, a spring piece, an elastic sleeve, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The external pressure may be water pressure, the elastic force of the elastic member 43 itself, or both the water pressure and the elastic force.
In this embodiment, the cover 30 is further provided with a second mounting table 33, and the second mounting table 33 is used to limit the movement path of the seal assembly 40, and may also be used to mount the elastic member 43. The second mounting table 33 is disposed in the drain passage 311 and fixedly connected to the first mounting table 31. The second mounting table 33 has a through hole structure 331, the axial direction of the through hole structure 331 and the axial direction of the drain channel 311 are coaxially arranged, the connecting piece 41 and the elastic piece 43 of the sealing assembly 40 are arranged through the through hole structure 331 of the second mounting table 33, one end of the elastic piece 43 is elastically abutted against the second mounting table 33, and the other end is abutted against the connecting piece 41. The seal assembly 40 is movable in the axial direction of the second mount 33 under the external pressure. Specifically, the connecting member 41 has a connecting end 411 and a supporting end 412, the connecting end 411 is used for sleeving the sealing member 42, and the sealing member 42 is disposed outside the second mounting table 33 and toward the accommodating cavity 11 of the water tank 100. The holding end 412 is used for holding the pressing portion 2213, and the size of the holding end 412 is larger than the inner diameter of the second mounting table 33, so that the holding portion can hold against the table wall of the second mounting table 33, thereby preventing the sealing assembly 40 from completely extending into the water tank 100. Meanwhile, the size of the abutting end 412 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first mounting table 31, so that drainage is facilitated.
By providing the second mounting table 33, on the one hand, the movement range of the seal assembly 40 can be limited, and the seal assembly 40 is prevented from being completely separated from the first mounting table 31, and on the other hand, the movement directions of the connecting member 41 and the elastic member 43 can be limited, so that the connecting member 41 and the elastic member 43 can move along a preset track, and shaking can be avoided, and furthermore, the position of the elastic member 43 can be limited, so that the risk of distortion of the elastic member 43 can be reduced, and normal use of the elastic member 43 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the sealing member 42 includes a sealing silica gel body 421 and a deformed sealing portion 422, and the deformed sealing portion 422 is connected to the sealing silica gel body 421 and protrudes relative to the sealing silica gel body 421. Under the effect of external pressure, the sealing silica gel 421 can be inserted into the drain passage 311 so that the deformed sealing portion 422 and the inner wall of the drain passage 311 are pressed against each other. In some embodiments, the second and first drainage segments 3112 and 3111 of the drainage channel 311 are provided with a step 3113 protruding above the cover 30 therebetween due to the different inner diameters. The sealing silica gel 421 is a main body part of the sealing member 42, and is overlapped on the step 3113, and since the sealing silica gel 421 is a silica gel member or a rubber member, the sealing silica gel member has a certain deformability, can be closely contacted with the step 3113, and has a good sealing effect.
In the present embodiment, the deformed seal portion 422 is pressed against the drain passage 311 by an external force, so that the sealing performance between the seal assembly 40 and the drain passage 311 can be improved. The external force may be the pressure of water, and the water in the water tank 100 enters the atomization generating device through the water discharging device 220, when the buoyancy is greater than the self gravity of the floating body portion 2212 of the floating plate 221, the floating body portion 2212 floats upward so that the pressing portion 2213 sinks, the connecting piece 41 loses the abutment of the pressing portion 2213 and moves downward under the self gravity or the external water pressure, and thus the sealing piece 42 connected with the connecting piece 41 also moves downward. The external force may be the elastic force of the elastic member 43, the elastic member 43 is pressed and generates a downward elastic force, and the elastic force acts on the sealing member 42 and drives the sealing member 42 to move downward, so that the deformed sealing portion 422 presses the sealed drainage channel 311. The external force may be a combination of water pressure and spring force, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. Further, the deformation seal 422 is in interference press fit with the inner wall surface of the drain passage 311, so that the sealing performance between the seal assembly 40 and the drain passage 311 can be further improved. As an example, the interference between the deformed seal 422 and the drain channel 311 may range from 0.1mm to 0.15mm (inclusive), e.g., the interference between the deformed seal 422 and the drain channel 311 may range from 0.1mm, 0.11mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, etc. It should be noted that, the interference between the deformed sealing portion 422 and the drainage channel 311 may be other values, and may be set according to practical application requirements, so as to improve the tightness between the deformed sealing portion 422 and the drainage channel 311, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the deformed sealing portion 422 may be located at different positions of the sealing silica gel 421, so as to improve the sealing performance of the sealing assembly 40 and the drainage channel 311 at different positions. As an embodiment, the deformation sealing part 422 may include a first fitting part 423, and the first fitting part 423 surrounds the outer circumference of the sealing silica gel 421. When the sealing silica gel 421 is accommodated in the first drainage segment 3111, the first fitting portion 423 abuts against the inner wall surface of the first drainage segment 3111, thereby further improving the sealing performance between the sealing assembly 40 and the first drainage segment 3111. Specifically, the first mating portion 423 has a first end 4231 and a second end 4232, and the first end 4231 and the second end 4232 face away from each other. The first end 4231 is connected to a side of the sealing silica gel 421 facing the inner wall surface of the first drainage section 3111, and the second end 4232 extends toward the accommodating chamber 11. The radial dimension of the second end 4232 of the first fitting portion 423 may be smaller than the radial dimension of the first end 4231, so that the first fitting portion 423 is an inclined protruding portion, and the protruding direction is a direction toward the accommodating cavity 11, so that the first fitting portion 423 of the sealing silicone body 421 is in a horn shape that is open toward the accommodating cavity 11. The sealability between the seal assembly 40 and the first drain 3111 can be further improved by providing the inclined first fitting portion 423, and the inclined first fitting portion 423 can improve stability at the time of interference fit.
As another example, the deformation sealing part 422 may further include a second fitting part 424, and the second fitting part 424 is circumferentially disposed at a side of the sealing silicone body 421 facing the step 3113. When the sealing silica gel 421 is overlapped on the step 3113, the second fitting portion 424 is covered on the step 3113, thereby further improving sealability between the sealing assembly 40 and the second drain section 3112. Specifically, the second mating portion 424 has a third end 4241 and a fourth end 4242, and the third end 4241 and the fourth end 4242 face away from each other. The third end 4241 is connected to the side of the sealing silica gel 421 facing the step 3113, and the fourth end 4242 extends toward the side of the first drainage segment 3111. The radial dimension of the fourth end 4242 of the second mating portion 424 may be smaller than the radial dimension of the third end 4241, so that the second mating portion 424 is an inclined protruding portion, and the protruding direction faces the direction of the first drainage segment 3111, so that the second mating portion 424 of the sealing silicone body 421 is in a horn shape away from the receiving cavity 11. The sealability between the seal assembly 40 and the second drain 3112 can be further improved by providing the inclined second fitting portion 424, and the inclined second fitting portion 424 can improve stability at the time of interference fit.
It should be noted that the number of the first engaging portions 423 and the number of the second engaging portions 424 may be plural, and the adjacent engaging portions are disposed at intervals, and the adjacent second engaging portions 424 are disposed at intervals, so as to further improve the sealing performance between the sealing assembly 40 and the drainage channel 311, which is not limited in this embodiment with respect to the number and the specific positions of the first engaging portions 423 and the second engaging portions 424.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, since the sealing silicone body 421 has deformability, in order to prevent the sealing silicone body 421 from being easily uneven, wobbled, deformed and lifted during the moving and pressing processes, the sealing assembly 40 may further include a supporting member 44, and the supporting member 44 has a stiffness greater than that of the sealing silicone body 421. The supporting member 44 may be a silicone member, a rubber member, a plastic member, etc., and is nested with the sealing silicone body 421. In particular, the nested connection may be secured together by heat pressing, gluing. Or the supporting piece 44 and the sealing silica gel 421 can be directly formed by insert injection molding or double injection molding or can be connected by other fastening connectors on the premise of meeting the waterproof and strength requirements. If a connecting groove (not shown) and a connecting convex part (not shown) are respectively arranged on the sealing silica gel 421 and the supporting piece 44, the connecting convex part protrudes from the connecting groove to realize connection and fixation. The connection manner between the sealing silica gel 421 and the supporting member 44 is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 again, the supporting member 44 specifically supports the sealing silica gel 421 to improve the overall strength of the sealing assembly 40. In the present embodiment, the supporting member 44 includes a first supporting portion 441, the sealing silicone body 421 includes a first sealing portion 4211, and the first supporting portion 441 is embedded in the first sealing portion 4211.
