While exemplary embodiments of the present utility model are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present utility model may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the utility model provides a fixing device applied to an electric rehabilitation bed, the fixing device comprises a binding band 100 and a nursing pad 200, two ends of the binding band 100 are respectively connected with two sides of the electric rehabilitation bed, the middle is connected into a whole through an adhesive structure 110, the nursing pad 200 is correspondingly arranged at the adhesive structure 110, and the nursing pad 200 comprises a first mounting plate 210, a second mounting plate 220 and a fixing plate 230. Wherein, the second mounting plate 220 is disposed opposite to the first mounting plate 210, and the fixing plate 230 is connected to the first mounting plate 210 and the second mounting plate 220, respectively, so as to form a U-shaped structure adapted to the strap 100.
It should be noted that, in the fixing device provided by the present application, the strap 100 mainly serves to fix the torso of the patient on the electric rehabilitation bed, and in order to improve the fixing effect on the torso of the patient, the number of the straps 100 may be multiple (e.g. three), wherein one strap 100 is used for fixing the chest position of the patient, one strap 100 is used for fixing the waist and abdomen position of the patient, and one strap 100 is used for fixing the leg position of the patient. In addition, the nursing pad 200 serves the primary function of supporting the patient's hands, regardless of whether the patient is in a standing or sitting position, and its hand position generally changes as the patient moves. Therefore, the number of nursing pads 200 in the present application may be plural, and the plural nursing pads 200 may correspond to the positions of the plural bands 100, respectively, so that the hands of the patient may be supported and fixed at plural different positions, and two nursing pads 200 may be provided on the same band 100, respectively corresponding to the hands of the patient, and the present application is not limited to the number, the arrangement positions, etc. of the bands 100 and the nursing pads 200.
It should be noted that, the adhesive structure 110 in the binding band 100 may be a magic tape or a hook and loop type structure, and the specific type of the adhesive structure 110 is not limited in the present application. However, to enable strap 100 to be secured to patients of different sizes, adhesive structure 110 is typically configured as an adjustable structure.
Illustratively, the strap 100 has a first strap body (not labeled in the figures) and a second strap body (not labeled in the figures) that are separated from each other, and when the adhesive structure 110 is a velcro, the adhesive structure 110 includes velcro tabs disposed on the first strap body and velcro tabs disposed on the second strap body that mate with the velcro tabs at different locations so that the strap 100 has different lengths.
Wherein, the female magic tape or the male magic tape is generally long in length so that the two can be bonded at different positions. Based on this, the U-shaped structure of the nursing pad 200 of the present application can cover any position of the bonding structure 110 due to the opening of the nursing pad 200, so as to avoid the damage of the bonding structure 110 to the hands of the patient to the greatest extent.
Further, although the first and second mounting plates 210 and 220 in the nursing pad 200 are disposed opposite to each other, it does not necessarily mean that the first and second mounting plates 210 and 220 have the same shape and size. For example, the first mounting plate 210 may be a rectangular plate, the second mounting plate 220 may be a trapezoid plate, and the length of the first mounting plate 210 may be greater than the length of the second mounting plate 220, or the first mounting plate 210 and the second mounting plate 220 may each be rectangular plates, and the width of both may be between 30cm and 40cm, the length may be between 40cm and 50cm, and the thickness may be between 8cm and 10cm, and the shape and size of the first mounting plate 210 and the second mounting plate 220 are not limited in the present application. Also, preferably, the cross section of the fixing plate 230 may be arc-shaped so that the fixing plate 230 is adapted to the profile of the strap 100.
The utility model realizes the cooperation between the nursing pad 200 and the binding belt 100 through the U-shaped structure formed among the first mounting plate 210, the second mounting plate 220 and the fixing plate 230, thereby realizing the support and fixation of the hands of the patient, further avoiding the occurrence of the condition that the bonding structure 110 such as the magic tape on the binding belt 100 scratches the hands of the patient, and facilitating the improvement of the comfort of the hands of the patient. Moreover, the fixing device with the structure can be detachably connected with the binding band 100, so that the position of the fixing device on the binding band 100 can be adjusted to further adapt to the movement of the hand of the patient, and the hand of the patient can be ensured to be always on the fixing device to the greatest extent. In addition, to further secure a patient in a standing position, the number of straps 100 may be generally plural, with plural straps 100 securing respective areas of the patient's chest, waist, abdomen, legs, etc. Accordingly, the fixing device is disposed corresponding to the plurality of straps 100, so that the hands of the patient can be fixed at different positions, and the adaptability of the fixing device in different scenes is improved.

The supporting member 211 has a palm supporting surface 212 and lateral supporting surfaces 213 connected to two sides of the palm supporting surface 212, and the lateral supporting surfaces 213 gradually shrink from top to bottom of the palm supporting surface 212. Preferably, the palm support surface 212 is an inclined surface, the included angle between the palm support surface 212 and the horizontal surface can be 18 ° -36 °, the width of the limit groove 231 can be 3cm-6cm, and the contour of the limit groove 231 can be arcuate, and the structure and the size of the support 211 and the limit groove 231 are not limited in the present application.
The application can better adapt the hands of the patient to the nursing pad 200 by arranging the supporting piece 211 and the limit groove 231, thereby improving the comfort of the patient. Specifically, the supporting member 211 corresponds to the palm center of the hand of the patient, the limit groove 231 corresponds to the tiger mouth of the hand of the patient, when the hand of the patient is placed on the nursing pad 200, the palm center supporting surface 212 of the supporting member 211 contacts with the palm center, the lateral supporting surface 213 contacts with the edge of the palm, and the tiger mouth is blocked into the limit groove 231. This kind of setting means for the perfect adaptation of support 211 overall profile patient's palm accords with human engineering, and can not produce the oppression to patient's hand, does benefit to the long-time fixed support of patient's hand.
In some embodiments, the spacing between first mounting plate 210 and second mounting plate 220 is greater than the thickness of strap 100. The arrangement mode is beneficial to the assembly of the nursing pad 200 and the binding belt 100 by a user, and is convenient for the disassembly and replacement of the nursing pad 200, and on the other hand, when the position of the nursing pad 200 is required to be adjusted, the position adjustment process of the nursing pad 200 can be smoother due to the existence of a large interval between the first mounting plate 210 and the second mounting plate 220.
In some embodiments, the bottom edges of the first and second mounting plates 210, 220 are each provided with an arcuate chamfer (not labeled in the figures). The arc-shaped guide angle can avoid damage to the bandage 100 due to sharp bottom edges of the first mounting plate 210 and the second mounting plate 220 as much as possible in the process of inserting the nursing pad 200 into the bandage 100, and greatly reduces interference between the nursing pad 200 and the bandage 100 in the assembling process.
