After the carton 28 is completely boxed, the flares are retracted and the conveyor line conveys the carton to the carton sealing device for top sealing with tape to complete the entire carton sealing operation.

At the same time, as the carton continues to move downstream, the nip 33 is sealed by the platen assembly 15. The adhesive tape 32 is unwound from the adhesive tape roller 13 of the box sealing assembly 15, is fed to the box sealing adhesive roller 16 positioned under the second frame 35 by the plurality of rollers of the adhesive tape feeding assembly 10, and is applied to the carton by the box sealing adhesive roller 16, and after a predetermined length of the adhesive tape is unwound, the adhesive tape is cut by the cutting mechanism.
When the carton 28 reaches the position of the box sealing glue roller 16, the box sealing glue roller 16 first contacts the first side surface 29 of the carton 28, as the carton continues to advance on the conveyor 1, the box sealing glue roller 16 applies adhesive tape under pressure to a portion of the first side surface 29, while the interference between the box sealing glue roller 16 and the carton overcomes the spring force of the spring such that the position of the box sealing glue roller 16 on the first side surface 29 gradually rises up, approaching the slit of the carton, then reaches the top surface of the carton where the slit is located, and is pressed against the top surface by the spring force applied by the spring. As the cartons continue to advance on the conveyor 1, the sealing roller 16 advances along the slit, applying adhesive tape to the slit 33 with a certain pressure by means of the spring. When the end of the slit is reached, the spring force of the spring causes the box sealing glue roller 16 to abut against the second side surface 31 of the carton and continue to apply tape to a portion of the second side surface 31 as the carton continues to advance on the conveyor 1. After a predetermined length of tape is applied to the carton, the seal assembly 15 cuts the tape.
The sealed paper box 28 continues to move forward to reach the second frame 17, the sealing box visual monitor 20 monitors the sealing position of the top of the paper box, and the second driving cylinder 21 drives the second telescopic rod 23 and drives the coding mechanism 24 to code at the top of the paper box, so that the paper box is convenient to trace.
The whole high-efficiency automatic carton sealing device for carton sealing has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and better use effect compared with the traditional mode.

6. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the box sealing rubber roller and the box pressing roller are mounted on the first frame by a spring and a link mechanism.
7. The automatic box sealing apparatus of claim 3 wherein said cutting mechanism of said box sealing assembly cuts the tape after a predetermined length of tape is applied to said carton.
8. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pressing mechanism includes:
A first drive cylinder directly or indirectly fixed to the first frame;
A first telescopic rod capable of extending from or retracting into the first driving cylinder;
An adjusting lever seat directly or indirectly fixed on the first frame;
An adjusting lever having one end pivotally connected to the adjusting lever seat and the other end pivotally connected to the distal end of the first telescopic rod such that the adjusting lever can rotate around the adjusting lever seat when the first telescopic rod is extended outward from or retracted inward into the first driving cylinder,
The box pressing piece is fixed on the adjusting rod, and the rotation of the adjusting rod can drive the box pressing piece to move up and down.
9. An automatic carton sealing device according to claim 1 or 2 further comprising two slides disposed on the conveyor for defining a path of the cartons therebetween on the conveyor.
10. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said slide is detachably secured to said conveyor mechanism.
11. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein each of said runners includes a plurality of rollers and a slide belt, said slide belt being capable of circulating around said plurality of rollers.
12. An automatic box closing device according to claim 9, wherein one of the two slides is driven by a motor, the other is a driven slide, and the linear speed of the sliding belt of the driven slide is the same as the linear speed of the movement of the cartons on the conveyor.
13. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a first bracket mounted on the first frame above the conveying mechanism, the pressing mechanism being mounted on the first bracket.
14. The automatic box sealing device of claim 13, wherein the first frame includes a first cross member that spans the conveyor mechanism, the first bracket being mounted on the first cross member.
15. The automatic box sealing device of claim 14, wherein the first frame further comprises two posts connected to the first cross member.
16. The automatic box sealing device according to claim 15, wherein a height adjusting member is provided at a top of at least one of the columns for adjusting a height of the first cross member.
17. The automatic box sealing device of claim 13 further comprising a second bracket mounted to the first frame above the conveyor mechanism and downstream of the first bracket, the box sealing assembly being mounted to the second bracket.
18. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the frame comprises a plurality of legs, the legs comprising wheels.
19. An automatic box sealing device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a coding mechanism for coding on the already enclosed cartons.
20. The automatic box sealing device of claim 19 further comprising a second frame disposed downstream of the first frame, the coding mechanism being mounted on the second frame.
21. An automatic box sealing device according to claim 20, wherein the coding mechanism is mounted on the second frame through a second driving cylinder and a second telescopic rod, and the second telescopic rod can extend from or retract into the second driving cylinder, so as to drive the coding mechanism to move up and down.
22. The automatic carton sealing device of claim 20 further comprising a carton sealing vision monitor mounted on the second frame for monitoring whether the package of the carton is acceptable.
23. An automatic box sealing apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the second frame includes a second cross member disposed across the conveyor mechanism, the box sealing visual monitor and the coding mechanism being mounted on the second cross member.
24. An automatic box sealer as claimed in claim 12 further comprising an electric cabinet mounted to one side of the conveyor for controlling the speed of the conveyor and the speed of the drive slide.
25. An automatic carton sealing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the automatic carton sealing device is arranged to be able to seal the cartons conveyed on the conveyor in an up-down orientation or to seal the cartons conveyed on the conveyor in a transverse orientation.
