Furniture plate straightener and furniture plate provided with a straightener
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of household articles, in particular to a furniture plate straightener and a furniture plate with the straightener.
Background
Furniture board plate bodies such as cabinet door plates are easy to bend and deform due to unsuitable storage environments or pressure during storage, and when installing the board bodies, installation personnel can use a straightener to straighten the board bodies. The plate body is provided with a mounting groove which is penetrated up and down, and the notch of the mounting groove is backwards and narrower than the groove body. The side direction of the straightener body is extended to form a clamping block, the straightener is installed in the installation groove from the upper end part and the lower end part of the installation groove, and the notch wall of the installation groove is blocked behind the clamping block after installation, so that the straightener cannot be separated from the notch of the installation groove. The straightener body is provided with a shielding plate extending backwards from the notch, the shielding plate is blocked behind the notch wall of the plate body mounting groove, and the surface of the shielding plate body near the notch is damaged or other surface defects caused by the notch. The straightener body is provided with a mounting hole, a straightening assembly is mounted in the mounting hole, an operator uses tools such as a wrench to operate the straightening assembly, and the straightening assembly applies correction force to the plate body through the clamping block and the shielding plate so as to correct and straighten the plate body. After the conventional straightener is installed, the straightener body is sunk into the plate body to a large depth, the installation groove of the plate body needs to be opened to be deep to accommodate the lower straightener body, but the deep groove can adversely affect the strength of the plate body.
Disclosure of utility model
The technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide the furniture board straightener, and the furniture board straightener can be mounted on a board body without forming a deep groove on the board body and only by forming a shallow groove on the board body. The utility model also provides a furniture board with the straightener, and the straightener can be arranged on the board body without forming a deep groove on the board body of the furniture board and only forming a shallow groove on the board body.
After the straightener is installed, the back surface of the shielding plate faces the plate body. Generally, the greater the vertical distance from the center of the mounting hole to the back of the blind, the greater the depth to which the straightener body is recessed into the furniture plate body. The inventor finds that the reason for this phenomenon is that the functions of the straightener body and the shielding plate are different when the straightener is designed, and the conventional designer usually designs the shapes of the straightener body and the shielding plate before the straightener body extends towards the shielding plate until the straightener body is connected with the shielding plate, and the vertical distance from the center of the mounting hole to the back surface of the shielding plate of the straightener designed in this way is longer. The inventor regards both the straightener body and the shielding plate as a whole when designing the straightener of the utility model, and the straightener body and the shielding plate are partially combined together so as to shorten the vertical distance from the center of the mounting hole to the back surface of the shielding plate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the furniture board straightener comprises a straightener body and a shielding plate, wherein the straightener body and the shielding plate are arranged in a mounting groove of a furniture board body, the shielding plate extends out of a notch of the mounting groove from the front side, the straightener body is shielded, a mounting hole for mounting a straightening component is formed in the straightener body, and the vertical distance from the center of the mounting hole to the back surface of the shielding plate is equal to or smaller than the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the position closest to the front surface of the inner wall of the mounting hole.
Further, the mounting hole is a circular hole, and the radius of the circular hole is equal to the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the position closest to the front of the inner wall of the mounting hole.
Further, the thickness of the shielding plate is equal to the distance between the inner wall and the outer wall of the mounting hole.
Further, a straightening component for a person to operate to straighten the plate body is arranged in the mounting hole.
The furniture board with the straightener comprises a board body and the straightener, wherein the board body is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is provided with a notch, the straightener is arranged in the mounting groove of the board body, the straightener body of the straightener is arranged in the mounting groove of the board body, and the baffle plate covers the notch wall of the baffle plate.
Still further, the back of the shield plate is attached to the front of the panel body slot wall.
Further, the mounting groove is a through groove with both ends penetrating, and the straightener is fitted into the mounting groove from the end of the mounting groove.
Further, the mounting slot opening is narrower than the slot body.
Furthermore, the back side of the straightener extends out to form a clamping block, and the clamping block is blocked by the notch wall of the mounting groove and cannot be separated from the notch.
Further, the furniture plate is a cabinet door plate.
When the straightener is installed in the plate body, the back surface of the shielding plate faces the plate body. The vertical distance from the center of the mounting hole to the back of the shielding plate is equal to or smaller than the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the position closest to the front of the inner wall of the mounting hole, and the vertical distance is shorter than that of a conventional straightener; therefore, compared with the conventional straightener, the straightener body of the straightener is small in sinking depth into the plate body, a deep mounting groove is not required to be formed in the plate body, the straightener body can be accommodated only by forming a shallow mounting groove in the plate body, and the straightener can be mounted on the plate body with the shallow mounting groove.
