The body fluid collection cup 12 is configured to more easily collect body fluid. The body fluid may be blood, urine, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid, etc. cfDNA (cell-free DNA) refers to degraded cell-free DNA molecules released by cells, free in body fluids (blood, urine, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.). The content of cfDNA in the blood of healthy people is extremely low, but the content of cfDNA in the body is gradually increased along with the development of diseases such as tumors, inflammations and the like. cfDNA includes circulating tumor DNA, mitochondrial DNA and fetal DNA, and has important applications in noninvasive/minimally invasive liquid biopsies, particularly in the field of early screening of cancer. Traditional cfDNA studies use plasma samples, while urine cfDNA studies and applications are less. Although the urine collection has the advantages of convenient sampling, large urine sample volume and the like compared with blood, the urine collection is limited by the following points that the urine contains complex components and more impurities, especially the DNase has higher activity and is easier to degrade cfDNA of the urine, the urine contains shed cells, the released somatic cell DNA of the shed cells can influence the analysis of the cfDNA, and the urine contains microorganisms which possibly cause the deterioration of the urine sample. In this embodiment, taking urine as an example, urine is collected into the body fluid container 11 through the body fluid collecting cup 12, so that the collection is easier, more convenient and more sanitary than the collection directly through the body fluid container 11.
As shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the body fluid collecting cup 12 includes a cup body 121, the cup body 121 includes a first arc section and a second arc section that are sequentially connected, a curvature radius of the first arc section is larger than a curvature radius of the second arc section, a fluid inlet is formed on one side of the first arc section far away from the second arc section, and a fluid outlet is formed on one side of the second arc section far away from the first arc section. During collection, the valve 122 is closed, so that the beginning urine flows out of the branch pipe 123, and when middle-section urine is taken, the valve 122 is opened, because the urine flows into the body fluid container 11 more easily than flows out of the branch pipe 123, the urine cannot enter the branch pipe and can enter the body fluid container 11. The valve 122 is located close to the inlet of the branch pipe 123, so that the low-quality portion of the urine can be discharged as much as possible. The lower portion of the cup 121 has a main pipe section, and the valve 122 is easily disposed on the main pipe section, which will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 3, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the body fluid storage container structure 30 includes a test tube 31 and a cork 32, and the cork 32 is sealingly disposed at an opening of the test tube 31. The stopper 32 has a certain deformability, and the needle portion of the straw 22 pierces the stopper 32, so that the stopper 32 can be restored to a sealed state after the body fluid is collected. The outer end of the suction tube 22 has a needling portion, which is a needling tip formed by the inclined surface of the suction tube 22. The cork is rubber stopper, silica gel stopper, wood stopper etc. can all be enough, and body fluid storage container structure 30 still includes the medicament, and the medicament is placed in the test tube, and the test tube is inside to be negative pressure state.
The body fluid storage container structure 30 and the body fluid collection container cover structure 20 are hermetically packaged by a sealing film or the like before use. Taking urine collection as an example, the fore-stage urine is directly discharged through the urination tube, and then the middle-stage urine enters the urine cup (body fluid container 11) by toggling the valve 122. After mid-section urine is collected, the switch is turned off, the residual urine is continuously discharged through the urination pipe (the branch pipe 123), and the whole urination process is not required to be interrupted. Subsequently, the urine receiving device (body fluid collecting container structure 10) is unscrewed, the urine cup cover (body fluid collecting container cover structure 20) is covered with the urine cup (body fluid container 11), and the urine cup is gently shaken to mix urine. Tearing the protective film on the urine cup cover, inverting the urine collecting tube and inserting the urine collecting tube into the groove of the urine cup cover to ensure that the needle pierces the urine collecting tube plug cover (soft plug 32), allowing middle-section urine to enter the collecting tube (test tube 31), slightly inverting and uniformly mixing the urine and the protective agent, and standing at normal temperature.
