One end of the bracket is connected with the other end of the cleaning tank close to the furnace tail, and the brush and the cleaning pipe are arranged at the other end of the bracket. Therefore, the bracket can be ensured to have enough space, and the arrangement of the brush and the cleaning tube is convenient. Further, a water collecting tank 27 is connected to the lower side of the cleaning tank, a filter screen 28 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank, and the cleaned water flows into the water collecting tank after being filtered by the filter screen. The powder on the filter screen can be collected again and dried to be sold together with the prepared metal powder product, so that the waste is reduced.
The water collecting tank is of a conical design, is convenient to collect, and the bottom of the water collecting tank is communicated with the sedimentation tank 30 through the water outlet pipe 29 so as to sediment powder which is not filtered out, and the water outlet pipe extends into the lower part of the sedimentation tank, so that the sedimentation effect is ensured, and the water on the upper side of the sedimentation tank is kept clean.
