The embodiment of the application discloses an anti-fog mask.
The anti-fog mask is applied to the field of medical protection, can reduce the adhesion of aerosol to eyeglass lenses in the breathing process of a wearer in cold weather, and specifically comprises a ventilation part 1, an anti-fog part 2, an ear strap 3 and a first nose bridge strip 4, wherein the ventilation part 1 and the anti-fog part 2 are mutually sewn to form a complete shielding surface, namely the complete shielding surface is formed by the ventilation part 1 and the anti-fog part 2, and are mutually sewn and are of an upper-lower structure, namely the ventilation part 1 and the anti-fog part 2 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end along the vertical direction to be mutually sewn.
The anti-fog part 2 forms an upper half shielding surface and correspondingly covers the nose bridge part, the anti-fog part 2 adopts water-proof and fog-proof cloth, the density of the cloth is smaller than that of a common non-woven fabric, the water-proof and fog-proof performance is higher than that of the common non-woven fabric, the anti-fog part 2 is used for preventing water fog exhaled by a user from being sprayed to the upward part of the nose bridge, and therefore the influence of the water fog on glasses of the user is reduced.
The breathable part 1 forms a lower half shielding surface and correspondingly covers the mouth and nose parts, namely, when the breathable mask is worn, the mouth and the nose of a user are covered, so that when the user breathes, the breathable gas can be discharged and inhaled through the breathable part 1, viruses and dust in the outside air are blocked, so that safety is provided, and meanwhile, the breathability of the mask is guaranteed, wherein the setting ratio of the breathable part 1 to the anti-fog part 2 can be 5:5, and the breathable mask is high in proportion adaptability and can be suitable for different crowds.
The breathable part 1 can be made of three layers of non-woven fabrics, namely one layer of spun-bonded non-woven fabric, one layer of melt-blown non-woven fabric and the other layer of spun-bonded non-woven fabric, and also can be made of ES hot-rolled non-woven fabric, melt-blown non-woven fabric and spun-bonded non-woven fabric, which are applicable.
The ear straps 3 are arranged on two sides of the shielding surface and are respectively sewn on two sides of the shielding surface, the ear straps 3 are flexible, moderate in length and elasticity and used for providing a fixing tool for hanging the user on the face, the user can tighten the whole shielding surface of the mask and attach the mask to the face of the user by utilizing the two ear straps 3 to hang behind the ears on the two sides, and when the mask is attached to the face of the user, the user is required to automatically adjust the shielding positions of the upper shielding surface and the lower shielding surface so as to adapt to facial features of different users.
The first bridge of the nose strip 4 is made up in antifog portion 2 and keeps away from ventilative portion 1 one end, and first bridge of the nose strip 4 is the metal material, has certain toughness to can buckle, first bridge of the nose strip 4 is used for when the cover face of gauze mask covers when user's face, pastes tight bridge of the nose through first bridge of the nose strip 4, makes and can paste antifog portion 2 tight user's facial skin with first bridge of the nose strip 4, can be according to the crooked shaping of nose of wearer, makes the better laminating bridge of the nose profile of gauze mask, avoids water smoke to spill, influences user's use comfort.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, a second nose bridge strip 5 is disposed between the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1, the second nose bridge strip 5 is sewn at a connection point between the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1, and corresponds to a position of the nose at a nose bridge with the nose facing upwards, and meanwhile, the second nose bridge strip 5 is consistent with the first nose bridge strip 4 in material and size, and can also fit the outline of the nose bridge.
When the second nose bridge strip 5 is used for attaching the sewing points of the anti-fog part 2 and the ventilation part 1 to the nose bridge, the water mist exhaled by the nose or mouth can be reduced to enter the anti-fog part 2, so that the preliminary fog isolating effect is achieved, and the effective fog isolating effect is further realized by matching with the interval and the blocking of the anti-fog part 2.
Further, the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1 are sewn with a covering portion 6, the second nose bridge strip 5 is covered by the covering portion 6, the covering portion 6 is a tearing end, and the tearing end can be torn, so that the second nose bridge strip 5 can be taken out from the covering portion 6.
The cover part 6 can be made of a cover non-woven fabric, and the main function of the cover part 6 is that the cover part 6 is additionally utilized to sew the second nose bridge strip 5 under the condition that the anti-fog effect of the ventilation part 1 and the anti-fog part 2 is not affected, and the cover part 6 can be torn by matching with the tearing end, so that the cover part 6 is opened, and the second nose bridge strip 5 is taken out conveniently.
Because the facial features of different users or wearers are different, or the age and sex of different users and wearers are different, the faces are different in size, so that some wearers or users are not suitable for using the second nose bridge strip 5, such as the situation that the second nose bridge strip 5 is blocked at the nose tip of the wearer, the cover part 6 can be opened by using the tearing end, and the second nose bridge strip 5 can be taken out from the cover part 6 to adapt to wearers with different facial features, or adapt to wearing habits of different users.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the ratio of the upper half shielding surface to the lower half shielding surface is 3:7, that is, the size of the anti-fog portion 2 and the size of the ventilation portion 1 are about 3:7, so that the ventilation area of the ventilation portion 1 is larger, the ventilation is stronger, the comfort of the wearer can be increased, and the anti-fog portion 2 can achieve the corresponding anti-fog effect.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the shielding surface is provided with two sides of the ear strap 3, when the sewing points are located at the connection points of the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1, the arc sewing points bent towards two sides of the shielding surface are adopted, the arc sewing points can be adapted to the face of a user, and as the structural surface of the face of a human body is arc-shaped, the mask is provided with the arc sewing points, the mask can be unfolded along the arc when being unfolded, so that the mask can be more accurately attached to the face of the wearer, the phenomenon of air leakage is reduced, and the protection capability is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the anti-fog portion 2 is divided into a skin-friendly section 21 and a fog-isolating section 22, the skin-friendly section 21 is connected with the ventilation portion 1, the fog-isolating section 22 is far away from the ventilation portion 1, and the first nose bridge strip 4 is sewn on the fog-isolating section 22, so that the skin-friendly section 21 can be more fit to the skin, the skin is more comfortable when the skin-friendly section 21 contacts, and the fog-isolating section 22 is used for blocking water mist or air mist, so that the water mist or air mist cannot penetrate through the fog-isolating section 22, and the influence on the glasses of a wearer is avoided.
Further, the skin-friendly section 21 comprises a skin-friendly layer and a mist-isolating layer (the layered structure is not conveniently shown in the figure, and is not shown in the figure), the mist-isolating section 22 only comprises a mist-isolating layer, the skin-friendly layer is made of a skin-friendly spunlaced non-woven fabric, the mist-isolating layer is made of a melt-blown non-woven fabric, and the density of the melt-blown non-woven fabric is smaller, so that water mist can be prevented from being sprayed out.
The skin-friendly section 21 adopts a two-layer structure, so that a user or a wearer can feel more comfortable at the skin contact position, the skin-friendly layer can also enable the user to provide partial adsorption effects under the conditions of sweating and the like, the influence on comfort level caused by excessive sweat due to the fact that the mist-isolating layer is used for isolating water and mist is avoided, and meanwhile, the mist-isolating layer is arranged on the skin-friendly section 21, so that the mist-isolating effect can be realized equally.
The mist isolation section 22 is connected with the first nose bridge strip 4, so that part of the mist isolation section is tilted to be attached to the face structure of a wearer, and therefore a skin-friendly layer is not needed, the sewing amount of the skin-friendly layer can be reduced, and the protection effect and the comfort of the mask are not affected while consumable materials are saved.
In some embodiments, the color of the anti-fog portion 2 is different from that of the ventilation portion 1, and the different color of the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1 can facilitate the wearer or the user to distinguish the wearing positions, so that the user can more conveniently recognize the positions of the anti-fog portion 2 and the ventilation portion 1 when using the mask, and wearing accuracy is ensured.
For example, the cloth of the anti-fog part 2 adopts a blue substrate, and the cloth of the ventilation part 1 adopts a white substrate, so that a user or a wearer can recognize and distinguish wearing positions.
