Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a constructor lays color steel tiles 2 integrated with a photovoltaic panel 1 on a roof purline 3 one by one, and detachable connection between the color steel tiles 2 and the purline 3 is realized through a fixing piece 4. Meanwhile, the color steel tiles 2 positioned on the roof at the same side are paved along the slope of the roof from bottom to top, and the bottom edges of the color steel tiles 2 positioned above are lapped on the top edges of the color steel tiles 2 adjacent below. And finally covering and supporting the junction of the two side roofs formed by paving the color steel tiles 2 through a ridge structure 5 to form a complete color steel tile roof.
Referring to fig. 2, the middle part of the color steel tile 2 is arranged in a plane, a first overlapping groove 21 is bent at one side of the color steel tile 2, and a second overlapping groove 22 is bent at one side of the color steel tile 2 opposite to the first overlapping groove 21. Along the direction that one side roofing was from down up, the internal diameter of first overlap joint slot 21 and second overlap joint slot 22 all from down up gradually reduced, and the inner wall of the first overlap joint slot 21 that is located the various steel tile 2 of top corresponds overlap joint on the external diameter of the first overlap joint slot 21 of various steel tile 2 below, and the inner wall of the second overlap joint slot 22 that is located the various steel tile 2 of top corresponds overlap joint on the external diameter of the second overlap joint slot 22 of various steel tile 2 below. Referring to fig. 2, when the photovoltaic panel 1 on the color steel tile 2 is damaged, the photovoltaic panel 1 is not required to be dismantled, a new layer of photovoltaic panel 1 is covered on the damaged photovoltaic panel 1, a layer of transparent glue is coated on the new photovoltaic panel 1 again, and after the transparent glue dries out, the new photovoltaic panel 1 is glued on the color steel tile 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing member 4 includes a lap joint vertical plate 41, a support plate 42, and a fastening bolt 43, wherein the bottom end of the lap joint vertical plate 41 is integrally formed on the support plate 42, the fastening bolt 43 penetrates through the support plate 42 to be connected to the purline 3 in a threaded manner, and the screw head of the fastening bolt 43 abuts against the support plate 42, so that the support plate 42 is fixedly connected with the purline 3. The first lapping groove 21 part of each color steel tile 2 is spliced in the groove close to the lapping vertical plate 41, and the second lapping groove 22 part of each color steel tile 2 is sleeved on the top outer wall close to the lapping vertical plate 41. So that adjacent color steel tiles 2 on the same purline 3 are snapped onto the same overlapping riser 41.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to fully absorb solar heat energy to the photovoltaic panel 1, a supporting protrusion 23 is bent at a position, close to the first overlapping groove 21, on the color steel tile 2, and when the color steel tile 2 is overlapped on two adjacent overlapping vertical plates 41, the supporting protrusion 23 abuts against the upper surface of the purline 3, and at this time, the middle surface of the color steel tile 2 is parallel to the length direction of the purline 3.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to reduce the possibility of water leakage on the roof, each parapet 01 is provided with a sealing plate 6 at the top and adjacent lap joint vertical plates 41, one side of the sealing plate 6 is sleeved on the top of the parapet 01, and the other side of the sealing plate 6 far from the parapet 01 is sleeved on or inserted into the lap joint vertical plates 41.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the ridge structure comprises a ridge cover plate 51 and a ridge supporting plate 52, the ridge cover plate 51 is located above the color steel tiles 2, a blank gap with an inverted triangle is formed between the junction of the two sides paved by the color steel tiles 2 to cover the ridge cover plate, the two sides of the ridge cover plate 51 are sleeved with the color steel tiles 2 corresponding to the color steel tiles 2 on the top of the second overlap joint groove 22 of the overlap joint vertical plate 41, an avoidance opening 511 is formed in the top of the second overlap joint groove 22 in an inserting mode, and the avoidance opening 511 is matched with the top of the second overlap joint groove 22 in an inserting mode, so that the bottom wall of the ridge cover plate 51 is tightly attached to the surfaces of the color steel tiles 2 on the two adjacent sides in a wire-tight mode.
Referring to fig. 4, ridge supporting plates 52 are located below purlins 3 and are connected with the purlins 3 which are in contact with each other through bolts, so as to support and fix the junction of the roof and an external ridge cover plate 51.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in order to enhance the waterproof effect of the roof, the surfaces of the color steel tile 2, the ridge cap 51 and the sealing plate 6 are all painted with waterproof paint.
The color steel tile roof integrated with the photovoltaic panel is implemented by paving color steel tiles 2 integrated with the photovoltaic panel 1 on a roof purline 3 one by constructors, inserting a first overlap groove 21 part of each color steel tile 2 into a groove close to an overlap vertical plate 41, sleeving a second overlap groove 22 part of each color steel tile 2 on the outer wall of the top close to the overlap vertical plate 41, so as to realize detachable connection between the color steel tile 2 and the purline 3, and finally providing support at the junction of the two side roofs formed by paving the color steel tiles 2 through a ridge supporting plate 52 and providing protection for a ridge cover plate 51, and finally forming a complete color steel tile roof by installing the color steel tile 2 integrated with the photovoltaic panel 1.
