The water enters the kit 10 through the water inlet 10 a. The laundry treating reagent enters the kit 10 through the reagent outlet 10 c. The aqueous solution and the laundry treatment agent are mixed in the kit 10. Illustratively, the aqueous liquid enters the kit 10 through the water inlet 10a and then flows in a first direction to the reagent outlet 10c to mix the laundry treating reagent.
The type of laundry treatment agent is not limited, e.g., laundry treatment agents include, but are not limited to, cleaners, softeners, bulking agents, and/or flavoring agents, and the like. The detergent is used for cleaning clothes, and the detergent can be dry cleaning agent or washing agent. In this way, the kit assembly 100 is able to provide a cleaning function. The softener is used for softening and eliminating static electricity of clothes and the like. The bulking agent plays a role in bulking. Flavoring agents are used to increase the fragrance of laundry. In this way, the kit assembly 100 can provide both a cleaning function and other functions such as compliance and/or bulk.
In the kit assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, water enters the kit 10 through the water inlet 10 a. The laundry treating reagent enters the kit 10 through the reagent outlet 10 c. The aqueous solution and the laundry treatment agent are mixed in the kit 10. By arranging the water inlet 10a and the reagent outlet 10c at intervals along the first direction, compared with the prior art in which a spraying waterway is independently arranged, the technical scheme that the clothes treating reagent and the water liquid are mixed in the mixing cavity and the reagent is directly sprayed from top to bottom is adopted, the application prolongs the path of the water liquid flowing to the reagent outlet to a certain extent, slows down the flow velocity of the water flow, ensures that the water liquid and the clothes treating reagent are mixed at a relatively slow flow velocity, avoids a great amount of bubbles generated by the clothes treating reagent due to overlarge impact force of the water liquid, and reduces the risk of overflow of the reagent box 10.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the kit 10 is formed with an overflow chamber 10d, the overflow chamber 10d is located at a side of the flow guide 50 away from the reagent outlet 10c, and the mixing channel 10b is in communication with the overflow chamber 10 d. Illustratively, the bottom surface of the mixing channel 10b is higher than the bottom surface of the through-flow chamber 10d, so that the water and the laundry treating agent can smoothly flow into the through-flow chamber 10d by gravity after being sufficiently mixed in the mixing channel 10 b.
The kit assembly 100 may be used in the laundry treating apparatus 1000. The laundry treatment apparatus 1000 includes the kit assembly 100 in any of the embodiments of the present application. Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus 1000 includes a laundry receiving chamber for receiving laundry, and the overcurrent chamber 10d communicates with the laundry receiving chamber. The water and laundry treating agent in the through-flow chamber 10d may enter the laundry holding chamber for cleaning and/or caring for laundry. In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus 1000 includes a tub assembly formed with a laundry chamber, and the kit assembly 100 is positioned above the tub assembly such that water and laundry treating agents smoothly flow into the laundry chamber under the action of gravity.
Illustratively, the tub assembly may include a tub and a rotatable tub, the tub being sleeved outside the tub, the tub having a tub cavity. Taking the laundry treatment apparatus 1000 as a laundry apparatus for example, the laundry treatment apparatus 1000 keeps rotating and continuously adjusts the posture of laundry in an operation state of the laundry treatment apparatus 1000, so as to increase the area of water and laundry treatment agent acting on the laundry and improve the laundry treatment efficiency.
In other embodiments, the tub assembly may be a single tub, i.e., only one tub.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus 1000 includes a case, and the kit assembly 100 and the tub assembly are both located in the case, and the kit assembly 100 and the tub assembly are protected by the case, so that an external space is not occupied, and the appearance of the laundry treating apparatus 1000 is neat and beautiful.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the kit 10 is formed with a water inlet channel 10e extending downward, and a lower port of the water inlet channel 10e is a water inlet 10a. In this way, the interval between the water inlet 10a and the lower surface of the mixing channel 10b can be reduced, preventing the water from being sputtered, so that the water smoothly flows in the mixing channel 10 b.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the height of the inlet 10a is lower than the height of the reagent outlet 10 c. In this way, the possibility of water from the water inlet 10a being sputtered to the reagent outlet 10c is reduced as much as possible.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the kit assembly 100 includes a flow guide 50 disposed in the kit 10, and the flow guide 50 and the kit 10 together define a mixing channel 10b, and the mixing channel 10b communicates with the water inlet 10a and the reagent outlet 10c. That is, the water liquid enters the mixing channel 10b through the water inlet 10a, and the laundry treating agent enters the mixing channel 10b through the agent outlet 10c. The water liquid and the laundry treating agent are mixed in the mixing passage 10b, and the mixing passage 10b has a flow guiding and collecting effect on the water liquid and the laundry treating agent.
In one embodiment, the baffle 50 extends in the first direction, extending the length of the mixing channel 10b to reduce the risk of the cartridge 10 overflowing. Illustratively, the water liquid enters the mixing channel 10b through the water inlet 10a, flows in a first direction to the reagent outlet 10c under the guiding of the guide 50, to mix the laundry treating agent. Through setting up the water conservancy diversion spare, will follow the water liquid that the water inlet comes as far as possible and guide to reagent outlet side, can let clothing processing reagent and water liquid carry out intensive mixing in mixing channel, reduced clothing processing reagent and remain in mixing channel.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a gap 10b1 is formed downstream of the mixing channel 10b along the water flow direction, and a reagent outlet 10c is located between the gap 10b1 and the water inlet 10a in the first direction, and the water and the laundry treating reagent flow out through the gap 10b1 after being mixed. For example, the first direction may be a left-right direction, the water inlet 10a, the reagent outlet 10c and the gap 10b1 are sequentially arranged from right to left, and the water flows from right to left after entering the mixing channel 10b, and drives the laundry treatment reagent to flow into the through-flow chamber 10d through the gap 10b 1. So designed, the water liquid can carry the laundry treating agent to flow to the notch 10b1 along the first direction and flow down into the through-flow chamber 10d, on one hand, the water flow can be enabled to contact all the laundry treating agent from the agent outlet 10c as much as possible, so as to prevent the laundry treating agent from remaining in the mixing channel 10 b. On the other hand, the notch 10b1 can also reduce the height drop between the mixing channel 10b and the overflow cavity 10d, and reduce the probability of sputtering of the water and the laundry treatment agent.
It will be appreciated that the water inlet 10a, the reagent outlet 10c and the notch 10b1 may be arranged in this order from left to right, that is, the flow direction of the water solution is from left to right. By providing suitable water flow paths, different types of laundry treating apparatus 1000 are adapted.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, with a plane perpendicular to the second direction as a projection plane, the projection shape of the notch 10b1 may be approximately funnel-shaped, so that the effect of the notch 10b1 on collecting the liquid is enhanced, and the water and the laundry treatment agent flow into the flow-through cavity 10d after being collected and guided by the notch 10b 1.
In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the mixing channel 10b has an upwardly open socket 10b2, and the projection of the inlet 10a and the projection of the reagent outlet 10c are located within the projection range of the socket 10b2 in a plane projection perpendicular to the up-down direction. Thus, the water and the laundry treating agent can smoothly flow into the mixing passage 10b, and the overflow of the water and the laundry treating agent from the mixing passage 10b can be effectively reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, the cartridge assembly 100 includes a connector 20, the connector 20 including a connecting plate 21, the connecting plate 21 abutting against a side of the mixing channel 10b remote from the reagent outlet 10c in the second direction. The connection plate 21 may block the movement of the aqueous liquid and the laundry treating agent toward the side of the second direction away from the agent outlet 10c to restrict the concentrated flow of the aqueous liquid and the laundry treating agent in the mixing passage 10b as much as possible.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the side walls of the connection plate 21 and the reagent outlet 10c are disposed at opposite sides of the mixing channel 10b along the second direction, wherein the top point of the connection plate 21 is higher than the top point of the reagent outlet 10 c. In this way, the laundry treatment agent can be prevented from being sputtered to the outside of the mixing passage 10b in the case where the laundry treatment agent exit speed is high and/or the flow rate is high. Meanwhile, the connection plate 21 is abutted against one side surface of the mixing channel 10b, so that overflow of water and laundry treatment agent from the mixing channel 10b can be reduced.
The connection mode of the connecting piece 20 and the kit 10 can be a clamping connection, so that the kit assembly 100 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the connector 20 includes a strap 22, the strap 22 extending from the connector plate 21 toward the mixing channel 10b, the strap 22 abutting a lower surface of the mixing channel 10 b. The bridging plate 22 further reduces the gap between the connecting plate 21 and the mixing channel 10b, reduces the possibility of water and laundry treating agent flowing out of the gap between the connecting plate 21 and the mixing channel 10b, and further improves the overflow preventing performance of the mixing channel 10 b.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the kit 10 includes a case 11 and a water inlet connector 12, the case 11 is formed with a reagent outlet 10c, a mixing channel 10b and a through-flow chamber 10d, the water inlet connector 12 is disposed at the top of the case 11, the water inlet connector 12 includes a water inlet pipe 121 extending into the case 11, and a lower port of the water inlet pipe 121 is a water inlet 10a. Illustratively, the inlet conduit 121 may have an inlet passage 10e formed therein.
The water inlet connection 12 may be adapted to connect to a source of water, which may be tap water. Referring to fig. 5, for example, the laundry treating apparatus 1000 includes a water inlet valve 200 and a water injection pipe 300, and the water injection pipe 300 connects the water inlet valve 200 and the water inlet joint 12. The fill valve 200 may be connected to a mains water line. External water flows into the kit 10 through the water inlet joint 12.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the case 11 includes a case cover 111 and a lower case 112, the lower case 112 is formed with an open slot opened upward, and the case cover 111 covers the open slot to define the through-flow chamber 10d. The water inlet joint 12 is provided on the box cover 111. The lower case 112 and the cover 111 may be separately manufactured, respectively, and the difficulty of designing and manufacturing the case 11 can be reduced.
Both the lower case 112 and the cover 111 may be non-detachably connected or detachably connected. Removable connections include, but are not limited to, screw connections, bolted connections, or snap-fit connections, and the like.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the water inlet connector 12 may be a three-way connector, so that external water is split after passing through the three-way connector, and part of the water is split to other pipelines, so that the speed and flow of the water passing through the water inlet 10a are reduced, and the water splashing phenomenon is further reduced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the water inlet joint 12 includes a main pipe 122, and the main pipe 122 may be connected to a water injection pipe 300. The main water pipe 122 extends in a horizontal direction to smoothly flow the water. The water from the water injection pipe 300 flows into the water inlet pipe 121 via the water inlet joint 12 in the horizontal direction and then enters the water inlet channel 10e downward by the water inlet pipe 121.
In some embodiments, the kit 10 includes a water baffle 13 disposed in the box 11, the water inlet pipe 121 is disposed in the box 11 and penetrates the water baffle 13, and the water inlet 10a is disposed below the water baffle 13.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the water baffle 13 having a through hole is horizontally disposed, and the water inlet pipe 121 is disposed through the through hole. In this way, on the one hand, the water baffle 13 has positioning and limiting functions on the water inlet pipe 121 so as to enhance the connection stability of the two. On the other hand, the water baffle 13 has a blocking effect on the water, and after the water droplets having a certain velocity fall on the upper surface of the mixing channel 10b, the water droplets are sputtered upward under the action of impact force, and the water baffle 13 can block part of the water sputtered upward.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, the reagent outlet 10c is formed on a side wall of the case 11 along the second direction, and the mixing channel 10b is located on one side of the flow chamber 10d near the reagent outlet 10c along the second direction, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the up-down direction are perpendicular to each other. That is, the sidewall has a guiding effect on the laundry treating agent, and at least a part of the laundry treating agent can flow directly into the mixing channel 10b along the sidewall after passing through the agent outlet 10 c.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the number of reagent outlets 10c is plural, the reagent outlets 10c are spaced apart along the first direction, and all the reagent outlets 10c are located on the same side of the water inlet 10a along the first direction. In this way, the design and manufacturing process of the case 11 is simplified.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the number includes two or more.
The plurality of reagent outlets 10c may be used for different laundry treating agents, so that the function of the laundry treating apparatus 1000 can be increased, for example, please refer to fig. 2, in which the number of reagent outlets 10c is two, one of the reagent outlets 10c is used for discharging detergent for cleaning laundry, and the other reagent outlet 10c is used for discharging softener, and the laundry is subjected to the detergent cleaning to reduce static electricity.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the kit assembly 100 includes a dispensing cartridge 30 and a liquid pump 40, the dispensing cartridge 30 having a storage chamber 30a for containing laundry treatment reagent, the dispensing cartridge 30 being drawably disposed in the kit 10, and the liquid pump 40 for pumping the laundry treatment reagent in the storage chamber 30a and discharging through the reagent outlet 10 c. The liquid pump 40 can quantitatively pump the laundry treatment reagent, thereby improving the accuracy of the dosage of the laundry treatment reagent. Meanwhile, the liquid pump 40 provides a power source for the clothes treatment reagent, so that the operation steps of a user can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the dispensing cartridge 30 is formed with a plurality of spaced apart storage chambers 30a, each storage chamber 30a having a fluid pump 40 associated therewith. Each liquid pump 40 can pump different clothes treating agents correspondingly, so that the mixing of different clothes treating agents can be further avoided, and the clothes treating effect is further prevented from being influenced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the kit 10 is formed with a front-facing drawing port 10f, and the dispensing cartridge 30 can draw out the kit 10 through the drawing port 10 f. In this way, on the one hand, the dispensing box 30 facilitates the user to put the laundry treating agent into the storage chamber 30a in a state of being drawn out from the kit 10.
