The embodiment of the application provides a tab welding tool, which aims to solve the problems that in the related art, the side limiting effect of a welding tool on a tab is poor, the tab is easy to sideslip on a pole of a battery cell, so that the welding consistency is poor, and the product quality is affected.
The embodiment of the application provides a bar welding tool, which comprises the following components:
A first positioning assembly including a base for placing the battery cell;
the second positioning assembly comprises a guide column arranged on the base, and an end plate member for limiting the side edge of the tab and a pressing plate member for pressing taut tabs are arranged on the guide column.
In some embodiments, a fixing plate fixedly connected with the guide post is arranged above the pressing plate, and a pressing piece for pressing the pressing plate downwards is arranged on the fixing plate.
In some embodiments, the end plate member includes a sliding plate slidably connected to the guide post, and a stopper disposed on the sliding plate and configured to abut against a side edge of the tab.
In some embodiments, the stop block includes a first stop block for abutting the long side of the tab and a second stop block for abutting the short side of the tab.
In some embodiments, the sliding plate is provided with a first bar-shaped hole extending along the length direction of the sliding plate, and the first limiting block is provided with a first fastener penetrating into the first bar-shaped hole.
In some embodiments, the second limiting block is provided with a second bar-shaped hole extending along the width direction of the sliding plate, and the sliding plate is provided with a second fastening piece penetrating into the second bar-shaped hole.
In some embodiments, the pressing plate member includes a sliding frame slidingly connected with the guide post, an insulating frame is slidingly connected with the inner side of the sliding frame along the width direction of the sliding frame, a copper nozzle for abutting against the top surface of the tab is slidingly connected with the inner side of the insulating frame along the length direction of the insulating frame, and a welding abdication hole for exposing the tab is formed in the copper nozzle.
In some embodiments, the copper nozzle includes a heat-resistant portion and a heat-conducting portion fixed to a lower surface of the heat-resistant sheet.
In some embodiments, the first positioning assembly further comprises a limiting protrusion disposed on the base and adapted to abut against a side wall of the battery cell.
In some embodiments, the battery cell also comprises a base plate for supporting the base, and a limiting arm for abutting against the side wall of the battery cell is arranged on the base plate.

The second positioning assembly comprises a guide post 2 arranged on the base 1, and an end plate member for limiting the side edge of the tab and a pressing plate member for pressing taut pieces are arranged on the guide post 2.
The tab welding tool provided by the embodiment of the application is provided with a first positioning component and a second positioning component, wherein the first positioning component comprises a base 1 for placing a battery cell, the second positioning component comprises a guide post 2 arranged on the base 1, the guide post 2 is provided with an end plate for limiting the side edge of the tab and a pressing plate for pressing taut sheets, and the end plate and the pressing plate can slide along the guide post 2 to adjust the positions.
Specifically, after arranging the electric core on the base 1, arranging the bar on the pole at the top of the electric core, when compacting the bar on the top of the pole of the electric core, the side edge of the bar can be limited through the end plate piece, the position of the pressing plate piece is adjusted, the bar is compacted on the top of the pole of the electric core by the pressing plate piece, and the bar is not easy to sideslip on the pole of the electric core before or during compaction, so that the bar is convenient to weld.
In the embodiment, the number of the guide posts 2 is two, the guide posts 2 are vertically fixed on the top surface of the base 1 at intervals, a first sliding sleeve in sliding fit with the guide posts 2 is fixed on the end plate member, a second sliding sleeve in sliding fit with the guide posts 2 is fixed on the pressing plate member, the contact area between the sliding sleeve and the guide posts 2 is large, so that the sliding stability can be ensured, in addition, the pressing plate member can utilize self-weight taut sheets, and a counterweight can be arranged on the pressing plate member to ensure taut sheets.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a tab welding fixture, a fixing plate 3 fixedly connected with a guide post 2 is arranged above a pressing plate member of the tab welding fixture, and a pressing member 4 for pressing the pressing plate downwards is arranged on the fixing plate 3.
The fixing plate 3 fixedly connected with the guide post 2 is arranged above the pressing plate piece, the pressing piece 4 is arranged on the fixing plate 3 and used for pressing the pressing plate downwards, so that the pressing plate presses the tabs on the top surface of the pole of the battery cell, and the pressing piece 4 can be an elbow clamp or a screw rod, so that the use is convenient. Further, the tightening end of the tightening member 4 may be provided with an elastic member, such as a rubber block or a spring, to ensure the tightening effect.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present application provides a tab welding fixture, where the end plate of the tab welding fixture includes a sliding plate 5 slidably connected to the guide post 2, and a stopper disposed on the sliding plate 5 and used for abutting against a side edge of the tab.
The end plate of the embodiment of the application comprises the sliding plate 5 which is in sliding connection with the guide post 2, the sliding plate 5 is fixedly provided with the limiting block, the limiting block is abutted against the side edge of the bar, the bar can be limited to laterally move, and the subsequent pressing plate can be conveniently moved downwards to press the bar.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the application provides a tab welding fixture, and the limiting block of the tab welding fixture comprises a first limiting block 6 for abutting against the long side of the tab, and a second limiting block 7 for abutting against the short side of the tab.
The limiting block comprises a first limiting block 6 used for abutting against the long edge of the tab and a second limiting block 7 used for abutting against the short edge of the tab, when the limiting block is used, the first limiting block 6 is fixedly arranged on the sliding plate 5 and is contacted with the long edge of one side of the tab so as to limit the tab to slide to the side where the first limiting block 6 is located, and the second limiting block 7 is fixedly arranged on the sliding plate 5 and is contacted with the short edge of one side of the tab so as to limit the tab to slide to the side where the second limiting block 7 is located.
It should be noted that, the long edges of two sides of the tab may be provided with the first limiting block 6, so as to limit the lateral sliding of the tab, and the first limiting block 6 is not shown on two sides of a single tab.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the embodiment of the application provides a tab welding fixture, a sliding plate 5 of the tab welding fixture is provided with a first strip-shaped hole 8 extending along the length direction of the sliding plate 5, and a first fastener 9 penetrating the first strip-shaped hole 8 is arranged on a first limiting block 6.
The sliding plate 5 of the embodiment of the application is provided with a first strip-shaped hole 8 extending along the length direction of the sliding plate 5, the first limiting block 6 is provided with a first fastening piece 9 penetrating into the first strip-shaped hole 8, and the first limiting block 6 is fixed on the sliding plate 5 through the first fastening piece 9. Specifically, the second fastener 11 is a bolt, and the position of the first limiting block 6 can be adjusted along the length direction of the first strip-shaped hole 8 by changing the position of the bolt in the first strip-shaped hole 8, so that the position of the first limiting block 6 can be adjusted according to the width dimension adaptability of the strip to limit the strip laterally.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the embodiment of the application provides a tab welding fixture, wherein a second bar-shaped hole 10 extending along the width direction of a sliding plate 5 is arranged on a second limiting block 7 of the tab welding fixture, and a second fastener 11 penetrating into the second bar-shaped hole 10 is arranged on the sliding plate 5.
The second limiting block 7 of the embodiment of the application is provided with a second strip-shaped hole 10 extending along the width direction of the sliding plate 5, the sliding plate 5 is provided with a second fastening piece 11 penetrating into the second strip-shaped hole 10, and the second limiting block 7 is fixed on the sliding plate 5 through the second fastening piece 11. Specifically, the second fastener 11 is a bolt. Through changing the position of bolt in second bar hole 10, and then can follow the length direction of second bar hole 10 and adjust the position of second stopper 7, conveniently carry out the side limiting to the tab according to the position of second stopper 7 of tab length dimension adaptation.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a bonding tool, where a pressing plate of the bonding tool includes a sliding frame 12 slidably connected to a guide post 2, an insulating frame 13 is slidably connected to an inner side of the sliding frame 12 along a width direction thereof, a copper nozzle 14 for abutting against a top surface of a bonding sheet is slidably connected to an inner side of the insulating frame 13 along a length direction thereof, and a bonding relief hole exposing the bonding sheet is provided on the copper nozzle 14.
The pressing plate piece of the embodiment of the application comprises a sliding frame 12 which is in sliding connection with a guide post 2, wherein an insulating frame 13 is arranged on the inner side of the sliding frame 12, two copper nozzles 14 which respectively correspond to the positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged on the insulating frame 13, when the two copper nozzles 14 press taut sheets, the insulating frame 13 can prevent the positive electrode and the negative electrode on two sides from being conducted, meanwhile, a welding abdication hole is formed in the copper nozzle 14, and the welding abdication hole exposes part of the top surface of the bar sheet, so that the end part of the bar sheet is convenient to weld.
In addition, in this embodiment, the sliding frame 12 is provided with a chute matched with the insulating frame 13 on the inner side, so that the insulating frame 13 can slide along the width direction of the sliding frame 12, and the insulating frame 13 can drive the copper nozzle 14 to move, so that the position of the copper nozzle 14 can be adjusted in the width direction of the sliding frame 12, meanwhile, the copper nozzle 14 is provided with a chute matched with the insulating frame 13, so that the copper nozzle 14 can slide along the length direction of the insulating frame 13, the position of the copper nozzle 14 can be adjusted in the length direction of the insulating frame 13, the position of the copper nozzle 14 can be conveniently adjusted, the top surface of a bar can be accurately covered, and the copper nozzle 14 can be conveniently pressed by aligning with the bar.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a bonding tool, in which a copper nozzle 14 includes a heat-resistant portion 141 and a heat-conductive portion 142 fixed to a lower surface of the heat-resistant portion 141.
The copper nozzle 14 of the embodiment of the application comprises a heat-resistant part 141 and a heat-conducting part 142 fixed on the lower surface of the heat-resistant part 141, wherein the heat-resistant part 141 is an epoxy glass block, the heat-conducting part 142 is a brass block, a chute matched with the insulating frame 13 is formed on the heat-conducting part, the epoxy glass block and the brass block are fixedly connected through screws, and are convenient to install on the insulating frame 13, and because the local temperature rise of the chip laser welding process is higher, the brass block for compacting the chip can quickly conduct away and share part of heat, the temperature rise of the welding position of the chip is reduced, and the welding effect is ensured. In addition, the epoxy glass block has good heat resistance, can cover the top surface of the brass block, and can play a role in heat resistance and isolation.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the present application provides a tab welding fixture, where the first positioning component of the tab welding fixture further includes a limiting protrusion 15 disposed on the base 1 and used for abutting against a side wall of the battery cell.
The first positioning assembly of the embodiment of the application further comprises a limiting protrusion 15 arranged on the base 1 and used for abutting against the side wall of the battery cell, and the battery cell can be limited by matching the limiting protrusion 15 with the base 1, in this example, the limiting protrusion 15 is fixed on the base 1 and is L-shaped, and can be attached to one corner of the bottom end of the battery cell to play a limiting role.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the embodiment of the application provides a bonding tool for bonding a bonding wire, which further comprises a backing plate 16 for supporting the base 1, wherein a limiting arm for abutting against a side wall of a battery cell is arranged on the backing plate 16.
The embodiment of the application is also provided with a base plate 16 for supporting the base 1, the base plate 16 is fixedly provided with a limiting arm for abutting against the side wall of the battery cell, and particularly, the limiting arm is in a limiting arm L shape and comprises a first limiting arm 17 and a second limiting arm 18, the first limiting arm 17 and the second limiting arm 18 are respectively used for abutting against the large surfaces on two adjacent sides of the limiting battery cell, so that the stability of the battery cell after positioning can be further ensured.
Specifically, during installation, the base plate 16 is fixed on a laser welding machine table, the base 1 is placed on the base plate 16 according to the welding head position and the position to be welded of the bonding tool, and the battery cell is positioned on the battery cell positioning base 1 by utilizing the limiting protrusion 15 on the base 1 and the first limiting arm 17 and the second limiting arm 18 on the base plate 16;
Then, the positions of the first limiting block 6 and the second limiting block 7 on the sliding plate 5 are adjusted, the tabs are correspondingly arranged at the bottom end of the battery cell, the heights of the sliding frame 12 are adjusted again, the sliding frame 12 is tightly pressed downwards by the pressing piece 4 on the fixed plate 3, the copper nozzles 14 on the two sides of the sliding frame 12 tightly press the tabs on the two sides downwards, the top surfaces of the tabs of the exposed parts of the yielding holes are welded on the copper nozzles 14, and finally, the tabs are welded by the welding head of the welding machine.
