Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model will be explained and illustrated below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present utility model, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present utility model, and not all embodiments. Based on the examples in the implementation manner, other examples obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present utility model.
In the following description, directional or positional relationships such as the terms "inner", "outer", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc., are presented for convenience in describing the embodiments and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment provides a motor with an integrated control box 2, including a motor main body 1 and the control box 2, wherein a fan housing 12 is disposed at the tail end of the motor main body 1, fan blades 13 driven by the motor main body 1 are disposed in the fan housing 12, the fan blades 13 are encapsulated in the fan housing 12, when the motor works, the fan blades 13 are driven to rotate, the fan blades 13 act to generate air flow, and the air outlet side of the fan housing 12 flows forward along the outer wall of the motor main body 1 (the front end can be considered as the front end at which the main shaft of the motor is located) to dissipate heat of the motor.
In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the motor main body 1, a plurality of first heat dissipation fins 11 are arranged on the outer wall of the motor main body 1 and distributed along the circumferential direction of the motor main body 1, and the first heat dissipation fins 11 extend along the axial direction of the motor main body 1.
In order to match with the installation of the fan housing 12, as shown in fig. 4, a circle of concave steps 111 are formed by the first heat dissipation fins 11 near one side of the tail end of the motor main body 1, and the air outlet side of the control box 2 is sleeved on the concave steps 111, so that the air generated by the fan blades 13 can flow out from between two adjacent first heat dissipation fins 11 to dissipate heat of the motor main body 1.
The control box 2 is mounted on the motor main body 1 through a bracket assembly, as shown in fig. 3, an air duct 4 extending along the axial direction of the motor main body 1 is formed between the bracket assembly and the motor main body 1, the air outlet side of the fan housing 12 at least partially faces the air duct 4, and the control box 2 comprises a heat dissipation side, for example, the bottom of the control box 2 can be used as the heat dissipation side, and the heat dissipation side is at least partially positioned in the air duct 4.
In this way, the air flow formed by the fan blades 13 at least partially passes through the air duct 4 forward, and when the air flow advancing in the air duct 4 passes over the heat radiation side, heat generated by the heat radiation side can be taken away, so that the purposes of controlling and radiating are achieved.
It can be seen that when the fan blades 13 which are used for heat dissipation of the motor work form air flow (wind), part of the air flow can be blown into the air duct 4 along the outer wall of the motor main body 1 and flow along the air duct 4, so that heat on the heat dissipation side of the control box 2 can be implemented as heat dissipation of the control box 2. In short, the wind blown out by the fan blades 13 in this embodiment is used for dissipating heat of the motor main body 1 itself, and also dissipating heat of the control box 2.
The specific construction of the air duct 4 is that, as shown in fig. 3, the bracket assembly comprises two oppositely arranged brackets 3, the brackets 3 are provided with surrounding walls 30 extending along the axial direction of the motor main body 1, and the surrounding walls 30 form side walls on two sides of the air duct 4 so as to limit the forward flow of air flow between the two surrounding walls 30.
The control box 2 spans across the two brackets 3 and is fixed at the top of the two brackets 3, the lower side of the control box 2 forms a heat radiation side, as shown in fig. 1, at this time, the outer wall of the motor main body 1, the two enclosing walls 30 and the bottom wall of the control box 2 are enclosed to form an air duct 4, and the bottom wall (i.e. the heat radiation side) of the control box 2 forms the top wall of the air duct 4.
The specific construction of the control box 2 in this embodiment is that, as shown in fig. 5, the control box 2 includes a casing 22 and a cover plate 21, the cover plate 21 is covered on the casing 22, relevant electrical components are encapsulated between the cover plate 21 and the casing 22, the cover plate 21 forms a heat dissipation side, of course, in order to further improve the heat dissipation effect of the control box 2, a plurality of second heat dissipation fins 211 are disposed on a side wall of the cover plate 21 away from the casing 22, the second heat dissipation fins 211 extend along the axial direction of the motor main body 1, and the second heat dissipation fins 211 are located in the air duct 4 (as shown in fig. 1).
The bracket 3 is specifically configured in such a way that, as shown in fig. 3, the bracket 3 further comprises a first fixing portion 31 arranged at the lower side of the surrounding wall 30 and a second fixing portion 32 arranged at the upper side of the surrounding wall 30, wherein the lower side of the surrounding wall 30 is bent inwards to form the first fixing portion 31, the upper side is bent inwards to form the second fixing portion 32, and when the bracket is assembled, the first fixing portion 31 is fixed on the motor main body 1 through a screw, and the second fixing portion 32 is fixed with the control box 2 through a bolt and a nut, so that the control box 2 is installed.
