In order to solve the technical problems, another technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the application is to provide electronic equipment which comprises the connecting terminal seat.
The connecting terminal seat comprises a mounting seat and an elastic clip, wherein the mounting seat is provided with a containing cavity, at least part of the elastic clip is positioned in the containing cavity, and the elastic clip is connected with the mounting seat so as to fix the elastic clip relative to the mounting seat. The elastic clamp is used for being inserted with an external plug to realize electric connection, and comprises a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, and when the external plug is inserted between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm, the side wall of the accommodating cavity is abutted with the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm. According to the application, the mounting seat is additionally connected with the elastic clip, and has a supporting effect on the elastic clip, so that the elastic clip is prevented from being excessively deformed in the process of being inserted into an external plug to cause incapability of resetting.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the connection terminal block 100 includes a mounting block 10 and an elastic clip 20, the mounting block 10 is provided with a receiving cavity 11, at least part of the elastic clip 20 is located in the receiving cavity 11, and the elastic clip 20 is connected with the mounting block 10 so that the elastic clip 20 is fixed relative to the mounting block 10. The elastic clip 20 is used for plugging with an external plug 203 to realize electrical connection, the elastic clip 20 comprises a first clamping arm 21 and a second clamping arm 22, and when the external plug 203 is plugged between the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22, as shown in fig. 3, the side wall of the accommodating cavity 11 is abutted with the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22. According to the application, the mounting seat 10 is additionally connected with the elastic clamp 20, so that the mounting seat 10 has a supporting effect on the elastic clamp 20, and the elastic clamp 20 is prevented from being deformed too much in the plugging process with an external plug to cause incapability of resetting.
For the above-mentioned mounting base 10, please refer to fig. 1, the mounting base 10 is made of an insulating material, such as rubber, plastic, etc. In the first direction X, the accommodating cavity 11 of the mounting base 10 has a first side wall 12 and a second side wall 13 disposed opposite to each other, and the elastic clip 20 is located between the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13. The first side wall 12 is configured to abut against the first clamping arm 21 of the elastic clip 20, so as to support the deformed first clamping arm 21. The second side wall 13 is used for abutting against the second clamping arm 22 of the elastic clamp 20 so as to have a supporting effect on the deformed second clamping arm 22.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the first clamping arm 21 includes a first portion 211 and a second portion 212 connected, wherein the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 extend substantially along a second direction Y, and the first direction X and the second direction Y are substantially perpendicular. In the first direction X, the first portion 211 is located between the second portion 212 and the first sidewall 12, and the second portion 212 is located between the first portion 211 and the second clip arm 22. A first gap 213 is provided between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212, the first gap 213 being adapted to allow the second portion 212 to move in a first direction X relative to the first portion 211, so that an external plug can be smoothly plugged into the resilient clip 20.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the first portion 211 has a second gap 214 between the first sidewall 12. The second gap 214 is used to allow the first portion 211 to move in the first direction X relative to the first side wall 12, so that when an external plug is plugged into the resilient clip 20, the first side wall 12 has a supporting effect on the first portion 211, and at the same time, the first side wall 12 also has a limiting effect on the first portion 211 in the first direction X, so as to prevent the first portion 211 from continuing to deform in the first direction X.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the second clamping arm 22 includes a third portion 221 and a fourth portion 222 connected, wherein the third portion 221 and the fourth portion 222 extend substantially along the second direction Y, and the first direction X and the second direction Y are substantially perpendicular. In the first direction X, the third portion 221 is located between the fourth portion 222 and the second sidewall 13, and the fourth portion 222 is located between the third portion 221 and the second portion 212. A third gap 223 is provided between the third portion 221 and the fourth portion 222, and the third gap 223 is configured to allow the fourth portion 222 to move in the first direction X relative to the third portion 221, so that an external plug can be smoothly plugged into the elastic clip 20.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, a fourth gap 224 is provided between the third portion 221 and the second sidewall 13. The fourth gap 224 is used to allow the third portion 221 to move in the first direction X relative to the second side wall 13, so that when an external plug is plugged into the resilient clip 20, the second side wall 13 has a supporting effect on the third portion 221, and at the same time, the second side wall 13 also has a limiting effect on the third portion 221 in the first direction X, preventing the third portion 221 from continuing to deform in the first direction X.
It will be appreciated that only one of the first gap 213 and the second gap 214 may be provided in the first clip arm 21, and only one of the third gap 223 and the fourth gap 224 may be provided in the second clip arm 22, as long as sufficient space is provided between the first clip arm 21 and the second clip arm 22 to accommodate insertion of an external plug.
In some embodiments, at least one of the first gap 213, the second gap 214, the third gap 223, and the fourth gap 224 described above is provided with a deformable material layer. The deformable material layer can further promote the supporting effect to the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22 under the premise of meeting the deformation movement between the first clamping arm 21, the second clamping arm 22 and the installation seat 10, prevents the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22 from being deformed too much to recover failure, and effectively prolongs the service life of the elastic clamp 20.
It will be appreciated that referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first end of the second portion 212 forms a curved connection with the first portion 211, and the second end of the second portion 212 is a free end, i.e., the force to deform the first end of the second portion 212 is greater than the force to deform the second end of the second portion 212. When the external plug 203 is inserted between the second portion 212 and the fourth portion 222, the reaction force of the first end of the second portion 212 to the external plug 203 is greater than the reaction force of the second end of the second portion 212 to the external plug 203, so that the second portion 212 can compress the external plug 203, the separation difficulty between the external plug 203 and the elastic clip 20 is increased, and the second portion 212 can be tightly attached to the external plug 203, so that the surfaces of the two are contacted as much as possible, and the effective electric conduction area is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the free end of the second portion 212 has a first abutment 2122 extending toward the first portion 211, and when the external plug 203 is inserted between the second portion 212 and the fourth portion 222, the second portion 212 moves toward the first portion 211, and the first abutment 2122 is configured to abut the first portion 211, thereby limiting the second end of the second portion 212 so that the second end of the second portion 212 can also compress the external plug 203.
It will be appreciated that referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first end of the fourth portion 222 forms a curved connection with the third portion 221, and the second end of the fourth portion 222 is a free end, i.e. the force to deform the first end of the fourth portion 222 is greater than the force to deform the second end of the fourth portion 222. When the external plug 203 is inserted between the second portion 212 and the fourth portion 222, the reaction force of the first end of the fourth portion 222 to the external plug 203 is greater than the reaction force of the second end of the fourth portion 222 to the external plug 203, so that the fourth portion 222 can compress the external plug 203, the separation difficulty between the external plug 203 and the elastic clip 20 is increased, and the fourth portion 222 can be tightly attached to the external plug 203, so that the surfaces of the external plug 203 and the external plug are contacted as much as possible, and the effective electric conduction area is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the free end of the fourth portion 222 has a second abutment 2222 extending toward the third portion 221, and when the external plug 203 is inserted between the second portion 212 and the fourth portion 222, the fourth portion 222 moves toward the third portion 221, and the second abutment 2222 is used to abut against the third portion 221, so as to have a limiting effect on the second end of the fourth portion 222, so that the second end of the fourth portion 222 can also press against the external plug 203.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the first direction X, the second portion 212 and the fourth portion 222 are located between the first portion 211 and the third portion 221. The second portion 212 has a first guide section 2121 and the fourth portion 222 has a second guide section 2221, the first and second guide sections 2121, 2221 extending at an angle relative to the second direction Y such that the first and second guide sections 2121, 2221 together form a guide opening for the resilient clip 20 for facilitating a plug-in connection of the external plug 203 to the resilient clip 20.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the mounting base 10 is further provided with a fixing portion 14, the fixing portion 14 is located in the accommodating cavity 11, and the fixing portion 14 is respectively connected with the first portion 211 and the third portion 221 of the elastic clip 20 in an abutting manner, so as to fix the elastic clip 20 to the mounting base 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application further provides an embodiment of an electronic device 200, where the electronic device 200 includes the above-mentioned connection terminal block 100, and the specific structure and function of the connection terminal block 100 can be referred to the above-mentioned embodiment, and will not be repeated herein. The electronic device 200 further includes a first circuit board 201, a second circuit board 202, and a plug 203, where the connection terminal base 100 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 201, the plug 203 is electrically connected to the second circuit board 202, and the plug 203 is used for plug-in connection with the connection terminal base 100, so as to implement electrical signal connection between the first circuit board 201 and the second circuit board 202.
The connecting terminal block 100 according to the embodiment of the application comprises a mounting block 10 and an elastic clip 20, wherein the mounting block 10 is provided with a containing cavity 11, at least part of the elastic clip 20 is positioned in the containing cavity 11, and the elastic clip 20 is connected with the mounting block 10 so that the elastic clip 20 is fixed relative to the mounting block 10. The elastic clip 20 is used for being plugged with an external plug 203 to realize electrical connection, the elastic clip 20 comprises a first clamping arm 21 and a second clamping arm 22, and when the external plug 203 is plugged between the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22, the side wall of the accommodating cavity 11 is abutted with the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22. In the application, the mounting seat 10 is additionally connected with the elastic clamp 20, so that the mounting seat 10 has a supporting effect on the elastic clamp 20, and the elastic clamp 20 is prevented from being excessively deformed in the plugging process with the external plug 203 to cause incapability of resetting.
