It should be noted that like reference numerals and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used merely to distinguish between descriptions and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present application, it should also be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "disposed," "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, integrally connected, mechanically connected, electrically connected, directly connected, indirectly connected through an intermediary, or in communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
In an aspect of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a contact assembly 100 is provided, including a stationary contact plate 122 and a movable contact plate 121 driven to move along a first direction (e.g., a direction a in fig. 1) to contact with or separate from the stationary contact plate 122, at least two contact points are formed on the movable contact plate 121, the stationary contact plate 122 contacts or separates from the movable contact plate 121 to form at least two break points, an opening distance of at least one break point is smaller than that of other break points, wherein the break point with the minimum opening distance is an arc contact, the other break points are main contact contacts, the arc contact is connected in series with the main contact contacts, and when the movable contact plate 121 separates from the stationary contact plate 122, the arc contact is separated from the main contact contacts and is used as an arc starting point.
The contact assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present application is applied to a load switch, specifically, the load switch includes a driving system 220, an arc extinguishing chamber 210 and the contact assembly 100, the driving system 220 is connected with a movable contact plate 121 to drive the movable contact plate 121 to contact with or separate from a static contact plate 122, and the movable contact plate 121 includes two contact points and is located at two ends of the movable contact plate 121, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the static contact plate 122, the load switch is opened, so that an external circuit is disconnected, and when the movable contact plate 121 contacts with the static contact plate 122, the load switch is closed, so as to realize the connection of an external circuit. When the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the stationary contact plate 122, the contact points at the two ends of the movable contact plate 121 form break points respectively. Since the movable contact plate 121 and the stationary contact plate 122 form a plurality of break points at the time of separation, when the stationary contact plate 122 is separated from the movable contact plate 121, the break points separated later generate an arc as an arc starting point. In the embodiment of the application, the opening distance of at least one break point of the movable contact plate 121 is smaller than the opening distances of other break points, wherein the break point with the smallest opening distance is an arc contact, the other break points are main contact contacts, namely, the opening distance at the arc contact is smaller than the opening distance of the main contact, and when the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the static contact plate 122, the arc contact is separated later, so that the arcing point is positioned at the arc contact.
More specifically, when the contact assembly 100 is opened, the movable contact plate 121 is driven to move upwards, away from the stationary contact plate 122, and after a certain distance of movement, the main contact contacts are separated first due to the larger opening distance of the main contact contacts, at this time, since the arc contacts are still in a contact state, no arc is generated at this time, and the movable contact plate 121 continues to move upwards, so that the arc contacts are separated, and an arc is generated. As can be seen from the above, during the opening process of the contact assembly 100, an arc is generated at the arc contact, and only the arc extinguishing chambers 210 need to be provided at the arc contact for extinguishing arc, thereby reducing the number of arc extinguishing chambers 210.
In addition, the number of the static contact plates 122 and the specific positions and structures of the external connection line rows are not limited, and the static contact plates 122 may be disposed on two sides of the first end of the static contact plates 122 as shown in fig. 1, or may be disposed on the side of the second end of the static contact plates 122 as shown in fig. 4. When the external line rows of the stationary contact 122 are disposed on two sides of the first end of the stationary contact 122, the driving system 220 is disposed above the movable contact 121, the first end of the movable contact 121 is provided with the arc extinguishing chamber 210, and the two movable contacts 121 are electrically connected at the second end, so that the internal space of the housing 11 can be fully utilized.
The application provides a contact assembly 100, which comprises a static contact plate 122 and a movable contact plate 121 which is driven to move along a first direction and is contacted with or separated from the static contact plate 122, wherein at least two contact points are formed on the movable contact plate 121, the static contact plate 122 is contacted with or separated from the movable contact plate 121 to form at least two break points, the opening distance of at least one break point is smaller than that of other break points, wherein the break point with the minimum opening distance is an arc contact, the other break points are main contact contacts, the arc contact and the main contact contacts are arranged in series, and when the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the static contact plate 122, the arc contact is separated relative to the main contact and is used as an arc starting point. In the switching-on process of the contact assembly 100, the arc contacts are contacted first, and in the switching-off process of the contact assembly 100, the arc contacts are separated later, so that an arc is generated at the arc contacts, the position of an arc starting point is determined, and thus, arc extinction can be realized by arranging the arc extinguishing chamber 210 at the arc contacts.
Optionally, the contact assemblies include at least two groups, each group of contact assemblies being connected in series with each other.
In particular, the number of groups and arrangement of the contact assemblies 100 is not limited in this embodiment, and the contact assemblies may include two groups, three groups, or four groups. The movable contact plates 121 extend in the second direction, and the plurality of groups of movable contact plates 121 may be arranged in the second direction or in the third direction. As illustrated in fig. 1, 2 and 8, the movable contact plate 121 extends in a second direction, and the contact assembly 100 includes two groups of contact assemblies disposed in a third direction, the movable contact plates 121 of the two groups of contact assemblies are connected to each other to form a series circuit, and the first direction, the second direction (C direction in fig. 1) and the third direction (B direction in fig. 1) are perpendicular to each other, as illustrated in fig. 1, 2 and 8. Specifically, the movable contact plate 121 includes two along the third direction, the corresponding stationary contact plate 122 includes two along the third direction, the first ends of the movable contact plate 121 are respectively provided with a contact point, the second ends of the movable contact plate 121 are respectively provided with a contact point, and the first ends of the corresponding stationary contact plates 122 are respectively provided with a contact point.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the movable contact plates 121 include two, the two movable contact plates 121 are electrically connected. When the movable contact plate 121 is contacted with the fixed contact plate 122, the two fixed contact plates 122 are connected through the two movable contact plates 121, and the load switch is switched on to realize the connection of an external circuit. When the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the stationary contact plate 122, a break point is formed at a first end of one movable contact plate 121 to form two break points at a first end of the contact assembly 100, and similarly, two break points are formed at a second end of the contact assembly 100 to form four break points. When the movable contact plate 121 is contacted with or separated from the fixed contact plate 122, as the contact assembly is connected by adopting a parallel loop, when the fixed contact plate 122 is separated from the movable contact plate 121, two separated break points generate electric arcs to serve as arc starting points. According to the embodiment of the application, the opening distance of two break points at the first end of the movable contact plate 121 is smaller than the opening distance of two break points at the second end, namely, the arc contact is arranged at the first end of the movable contact plate. When the movable contact plate 121 is separated from the static contact plate 122, the arc contacts are separated, so that the two arc starting points are positioned at the first end of the movable contact plate 121, and the arc extinguishing chamber is arranged at the first end of the movable contact plate 121, so that arc extinguishing during opening is realized.
Mode of connection of two adjacent contact assemblies in the embodiment of the present application is not limited, and by way of example, the arc contact is disposed at the first end of the movable contact plate 121, and the first end of the movable contact plate 121 is further provided with the arc extinguishing chamber 210, and the two movable contact plates 121 are electrically connected at the second end, so that the influence of the arc generated when the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 are contacted or separated at the first end on the electrical connection can be avoided, and the stability of the contact assembly 100 is improved.
In addition, the second ends of the two movable contact plates 121 are connected by adopting the flexible connection or the elastic conductive piece, so that the electric connection failure caused by the asynchronous movement of the two movable contact plates 121 can be avoided.
As an embodiment, the side of the arcing contact that is in the open position and is remote from the main contact is used for providing an arc extinguishing chamber, which enables better arc extinguishing.
When the contact assembly 100 is applied to a load switch with large current and large voltage, the voltage of an arc generated when the contact assembly is disconnected is high, the arc discharge is long, and the arc extinguishing chamber 210 needs to be arranged for arc extinguishing, and at this time, the arc extinguishing chamber 210 is arranged at the arc contact. When the contact assembly 100 includes a plurality of parallel circuits, arc extinguishing chambers 210 are respectively disposed at arc contacts corresponding to each parallel circuit, and adjacent arc extinguishing chambers 210 are isolated by the housing 11, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 11 stretches into between two break points at the first end, isolating the two break points and the two arc extinguishing chambers 210, and avoiding arc extinguishing failure caused by arc short circuit at the two break points.
When the contact assembly 100 is applied to a load switch with small voltage and small current, the voltage of an arc generated when the contact assembly is switched off is low, the arc is also short, and an air outlet can be formed on the side wall of the arc extinguishing space, so that the arc can be extinguished.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, in the same state, the difference between the opening distance of the arcing contact and the opening distance of the main contact is between 0.3-2 mm.
It will be appreciated that after the movable contact 121 approaches the stationary contact 122, the movable contact 121 still makes contact with the stationary contact 122 in the first direction, so that the movable contact 121 still contacts the stationary contact 122, and the switching on of the contact assembly 100 is achieved, in this process, the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 at the arc contact are difficult to avoid friction, so that the difference between the opening distance of the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 at the arc contact and the opening distance of the movable contact 122 at the main contact cannot be too large, because the larger the difference is, the larger the distance that the main contact needs to move after the arc contact contacts, so that the abrasion to the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 at the arc contact is more serious, and in addition, the smaller the difference is, the smaller the distance between the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 at the arc contact is, because the distance between the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 is too small, and the distance between the movable contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 is set to be between the arc contact 121 and the stationary contact 122 and the moving contact 122 and 0.0 mm in view of the above two directions. Specific values may be set by those skilled in the art depending on the actual situation, for example, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, etc.
Optionally, the arc contact and the main contact are respectively disposed at two ends of the movable contact plate, and the arc contact is disposed at a first end of the movable contact plate, the contact assembly 100 further includes a contact support 13 for driving the movable contact plate 121 to move, the movable contact plate 121 is disposed on the contact support 13 in a contact manner, and the contact support 13 or the movable contact plate 121 has an inclined support structure 131 facing the first end of the movable contact plate 121, so that the opening distance of the first end of the movable contact plate 121 is smaller than that of the second end of the movable contact plate 121.
As illustrated in fig. 4 and 5, the contact carrier 13 has a beveled support structure 131 toward the first end of the movable contact plate 121 such that the first end of the movable contact plate is at a smaller distance than the second end of the movable contact plate.
When the contact bracket 13 has the inclined support structure 131 facing the first end of the movable contact plate 121, the contact bracket 13 can raise the second end of the movable contact plate 121, and the first end is lowered, so that the first end of the movable contact plate 121 is closer to the stationary contact plate 122, and the distance between the first end of the movable contact plate 121 and the corresponding stationary contact plate 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact plate 121 and the corresponding stationary contact plate 122.
Specific structure of the inclined support structure 131 according to the embodiment of the present application is not limited, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting surface of the movable contact plate 121 by the contact support 13 is set to be an inclined surface, so that the contact area between the contact support 13 and the movable contact plate 121 is larger, and the contact is relatively stable, or as shown in fig. 5, a protrusion may be provided on the supporting surface of the movable contact plate 121 by the contact support 13, so that the movable contact plate 121 is lifted at the position on the protrusion to form the inclined support structure 131, and the protrusion structure is relatively easy to be processed.
It will be appreciated that when the movable contact plate 121 includes a plurality of contact brackets 13 corresponding to the number of movable contact plates 121, that is, when the contact assembly 100 includes two groups, the contact brackets 13 include two, and each contact bracket 13 is connected to the center of the corresponding movable contact plate 121 along the second direction, so that the first end and the second end of the movable contact plate 121 are located at both sides of the contact bracket 13.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the movable contact plate 121 has a slope supporting structure 131 facing the first end of the movable contact plate 121, so that the opening distance of the first end of the movable contact plate is smaller than the opening distance of the second end of the movable contact plate.
When the movable contact 121 has the inclined support structure 131 facing the first end of the movable contact 121, the inclined support structure 131 can raise the second end of the movable contact 121, and the first end is lowered, so that the first end of the movable contact 121 is closer to the stationary contact 122, and the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122.
It will be appreciated that the inclined support structure 131 provided on the movable contact plate 121 may be an inclined surface or a protrusion, which is the same as the inclined support structure 131 provided on the contact bracket 13, or may have other forms, as long as the first end of the movable contact plate 121 is lower than the second end of the movable contact plate 121 in the first direction.
The arc contact and the main contact are respectively arranged at two ends of the movable contact plate 121, and the arc contact is arranged at the first end of the movable contact plate, and the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 at least meet one of the following conditions so that the opening distance of the first end of the movable contact plate is smaller than that of the second end of the movable contact plate:
The first end of the movable contact plate 121 is bent towards the direction of the static contact plate 122;
the first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent toward the moving contact 121;
The degree of bending of the first end of the movable contact plate 121 towards the static contact plate 122 is greater than that of the second end towards the static contact plate 122;
The first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent toward the movable contact 121 to a greater extent than the second end is bent toward the movable contact 121.
As shown in fig. 6, the first end of the movable contact 121 is bent toward the stationary contact 122, or the first end of the movable contact 121 is bent toward the stationary contact 122 to a greater extent than the second end is bent toward the stationary contact 122, so that the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122.
When the movable contact 121 is in a flat plate structure, the first end of the movable contact 121 is bent towards the direction approaching the stationary contact 122, so that the first end of the movable contact 121 is closer to the stationary contact 122 than the second end of the movable contact 121, and the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122, and when the movable contact 121 is in a bent structure as shown in fig. 6, the first end of the movable contact 121 is bent towards the stationary contact 122 to a greater extent than the second end is bent towards the stationary contact 122, so that the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122.
As shown in fig. 6, the bending angle of the second end of the movable contact plate 121 is smaller than the bending angle of the first end of the movable contact plate 121. The bending angle is relative to the movement direction of the movable contact plate 121, i.e., the first direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent in a direction approaching the movable contact 121 along the first direction, or the first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent toward the movable contact 121 to a greater extent than the second end is bent toward the movable contact 121, so that the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122.
When the stationary contact 122 is in a flat plate structure, the first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent along the first direction towards the direction approaching the movable contact 121, so that the first end of the stationary contact 122 is closer to the movable contact 121 than the second end thereof, and the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122, and when the movable contact 121 is in a bent structure as shown in fig. 7, the first end of the stationary contact 122 is bent towards the movable contact 121 to a greater extent than the second end is bent towards the movable contact 121, so that the distance between the first end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the movable contact 121 and the corresponding stationary contact 122.
As shown in fig. 7, the bending angle of the second end of the stationary contact 122 is greater than the bending angle of the first end of the stationary contact 122. The bending angle is relative to the movement direction of the movable contact plate 121, i.e., the first direction.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the moving contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 are both provided with the contact piece 15 at the corresponding breakpoint position, so that the moving contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 are connected or separated by the contact piece 15, the arc contact is disposed at the first end of the moving contact plate, and the thickness of the contact piece 15 at the first end of the moving contact plate 121 and/or the static contact plate 122 along the first direction is greater than the thickness of the contact piece 15 at the second end, so that the opening distance of the first end of the moving contact plate is smaller than the opening distance of the second end of the moving contact plate.
The contact piece 15 is arranged at the position corresponding to the breakpoint of the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122, so that the stability of the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 in contact can be improved. Specifically, a connecting piece is disposed on one side of the movable contact plate 121 close to the static contact plate 122 and one side of the static contact plate 122 close to the movable contact plate 121, and when the movable contact plate 121 approaches to the static contact plate 122, the connecting pieces on the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 are contacted.
The specific structure of the contact 15 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and for example, an anti-ablation copper-based or silver-based material may be used, so that the anti-arc ablation performance of the contact 15 can be improved, and the contact has a longer service life. It should be noted that, the break points are points when the movable contact plate 121 is separated from or contacts the stationary contact plate 122, that is, each break point includes a contact point of the movable contact plate 121 and a contact point of the stationary contact plate 122, and the contact 15 is disposed at the contact point of the movable contact plate 121 and the stationary contact plate 122.
During the opening process of the contact assembly 100, since the distance between the two contacts 15 at the first end is smaller than the distance between the two contacts 15 at the second end, the movable contact plate 121 and the stationary contact plate 122 are separated after the first end, and an arc is generated, so that the arc is generated at the first end.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, between the side of the movable contact plate 121 away from the stationary contact plate 122 and the contact bracket 13, or the side of the stationary contact plate 122 away from the movable contact plate, an elastic member 14 is disposed, so that the movable contact plate maintains a tendency that the opening distance of the first end is smaller than that of the second end.
In order to improve that the state of the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 after closing is kept stable, an elastic piece 14 is arranged between one side of the movable contact plate 121 far away from the static contact plate 122 and the contact support 13 or between the static contact plate 122 and the shell 11, and the elastic piece 14 has a certain thrust to the movable contact plate 121 or the static contact plate 122, so that the movable contact plate 121 and the static contact plate 122 are reliably contacted and can bear a certain short-circuit heavy current. In addition, the elastic member 14 stabilizes the state of the movable contact plate 121 or the static contact plate 122, so that the distance between one end of the movable contact plate 121 and one end of the corresponding static contact plate 122 is always smaller than the distance between the other end of the movable contact plate 121 and the corresponding static contact plate 122 during or after the brake is released.
Specifically, the specific structure of the elastic member 14 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application, and may be exemplified by a compression spring as shown in fig. 4 and 5, or may be another elastic member 14 such as a torsion spring.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a load switch, which comprises a shell 11, an arc extinguishing chamber 210 arranged in the shell 11, a driving system 220 and the contact assembly 100, wherein the driving system 220 is connected with a contact bracket 13 of the contact assembly 100 so as to drive a movable contact plate 121 to be close to or far from a static contact plate 122 through the contact bracket, and the arc extinguishing chamber 210 is arranged at an arc contact opening position of the movable contact plate 121 of the contact assembly 100. The load switch includes the same structure and benefits as the contact assembly 100 of the previous embodiment. The structure and advantages of the contact assembly 100 have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an ammeter which comprises an ammeter body and the load switch connected with the ammeter body.
