Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper" and "lower" are used to generally refer to orientations of the relevant components in the actual use. "inner and outer" means both the inner and outer of the corresponding component profile. In addition, when the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The terms "first," "second," and the like, as used in this disclosure, are used for distinguishing one element from another and not necessarily for order or importance.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides an oxygen self-rescuer comprising a respiratory system 1 and an absorption assembly 2. The respiratory system 1 comprises an air suction pipe 11, an expiration pipe 12, a respiratory air bag 13 and an oxygen bottle 14, wherein one end of the air suction pipe 11 is used for being communicated with the face of a human body, the other end of the air suction pipe is communicated with the respiratory air bag 13, and one end of the expiration pipe 12 is used for being communicated with the face of the human body. The absorption assembly 2 communicates with a breathing bag 13 for absorbing carbon dioxide. Wherein, the other end of the expiration tube 12 is accommodated in the absorption assembly 2, and the breathing air bag 13 is further provided with a pressing air bag 15 for promoting the gas in the breathing air bag 13 to diffuse into the absorption assembly 2.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, when using oxygen self-rescuer, the one end holding of expiration pipe 12 is in absorption subassembly 2, and the gas that the human body exhales can directly enter into in absorption subassembly 2 and enter into respiratory mask 3 after absorbing some carbon dioxide, compares in prior art that gas only enters into absorption subassembly 2 through the mode of diffusion, and absorption subassembly 2 absorbs carbon dioxide's efficiency is higher. Meanwhile, the absorption assembly 2 cannot absorb all carbon dioxide in the gas exhaled by the human body at one time, part of carbon dioxide which is not absorbed by the absorption assembly 2 is still arranged in the breathing air bag 13, the gas in the breathing air bag 13 can enter the absorption assembly 2 again in a diffusion mode, so that the absorption assembly 2 can absorb the carbon dioxide again, in order to increase the flow rate of the gas in the breathing air bag 13, a user can use the pressing air bag 15, and the gas in the breathing air bag 13 can be more easily diffused into the absorption assembly 2. By the design, the absorption assembly 2 can fully and rapidly absorb carbon dioxide, so that the efficiency of absorbing carbon dioxide by the absorption assembly 2 is ensured, and dyspnea of personnel is avoided.
The main component of the gas in the air is approximately 1% by volume and the nitrogen accounts for about 78%.2. Oxygen accounting for about 21 percent. 3. Carbon dioxide is about 0.04%.4. Rare gases including helium, neon, krypton, xenon, radon, etc., account for about 0.002% to about 0.934% in total. 5. The water vapor content fluctuates with ambient conditions (e.g., temperature and humidity), typically between 0.02% and 4%. The main components of the gas exhaled by the human body are approximately 1% and 78% of nitrogen by volume, and the human body cannot utilize the nitrogen, so that the nitrogen is basically unchanged in the breathing process and is exhaled again. 2. The oxygen accounts for about 16 percent, is slightly lower than the oxygen inhaled by a human body, is used for the cellular respiration process, generates energy, and reduces the oxygen content during exhalation. 3. About 4% of carbon dioxide, which is waste of cellular respiration and is exhaled outside the body after reaching the lungs with blood circulation, is increased over inhalation. 4. Water vapor is typically expressed as less than 1%.5. Rare gases, including helium, neon, argon, and the like, account for about 0.94% in total, and the proportion of these gases in the exhaled gas is almost unchanged.
As described above, in the air, the concentration of the gas in the air and the gas exhaled from the human body is substantially unchanged, except that the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide are greatly changed. When the oxygen self-rescuer is used, the gas exhaled by the human body sequentially passes through the breathing tube 12 and the absorption assembly 2 and enters the breathing air bag 13, at the moment, the concentration of nitrogen and rare gas in the breathing air bag 13 is basically consistent with that in the normal environment, and the gas exhaled by the human body is mixed with the oxygen released into the breathing air bag 13 by the oxygen cylinder 14 and is reused by the human body through the air suction tube 11. In the above process, after the gas exhaled by the human body passes through the absorption assembly 2, the carbon dioxide is partially absorbed, and the concentration of the carbon dioxide is reduced, so that the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the gas in the breathing bag 13 approaches the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the gas in the air. Further, the oxygen is supplied into the breathing bag 13 through the oxygen bottle 14, so that the oxygen concentration of the gas in the breathing bag 13 approaches to the oxygen concentration of the gas in the air. Thus, the gas component in the breathing air bag 13 can be very similar to the normalized breathing under the action of the absorption component 2 for absorbing carbon dioxide and the continuous oxygen supply action of the oxygen bottle 14, so that the abnormal or uncomfortable feeling can not be generated when people use the breathing air bag.
That is, the gas exhaled from the human body is mixed with the oxygen released from the oxygen cylinder 14 into the breathing bag 13 to be reused by the human body after absorbing part of the carbon dioxide by the absorption assembly 2. Because one end of the breathing tube 12 is accommodated in the absorption assembly 2, the air flow speed in the absorption assembly 2 is remarkably improved, and the air breathed out by the human body can be fully contacted with the absorption assembly 2, so that the absorption assembly 2 can absorb carbon dioxide more fully and rapidly. While enabling the breathing bag 13 to create a breathing environment and its air composition that are customary for the human body. Generally speaking, the oxygen concentration in the oxygen bottle 14 will reach about 98 percent, if the oxygen bottle is directly released into the breathing bag 13 and inhaled by a human body, the human body is continuously injured by the high-concentration oxygen, and after the gas exhaled by the human body is mixed with the oxygen released into the breathing bag 13 by the oxygen bottle 14, the oxygen concentration in the breathing bag 13 can be reduced, so that the oxygen concentration of the gas in the breathing bag 13 is more suitable for human body inhalation. When the oxygen self-rescuer is used, the breathing mask 3 is taken after the human body inhales, and the exhaled gas is indirectly discharged into the breathing air bag 13, so that the gas components in the breathing air bag 13 are very similar to the normalized breathing under the continuous oxygen supply state of the oxygen bottle 14. Preventing personnel from being harmed by long-term exposure to high-concentration oxygen, and by reducing the oxygen concentration in the breathing bag 13, rapid consumption of oxygen in the breathing bag 13 can be avoided. The residual oxygen in the gas exhaled by the human body can be reused after entering the breathing air bag 13, so that the waste of oxygen is further avoided.
The absorption assembly 2 may include an absorption tank 21 and an absorbing substance 22 for absorbing carbon dioxide, the absorbing substance 22 is accommodated in the absorption tank 21, a communication hole is formed in the absorption tank 21, the breathing air bag 13 is communicated with the communication hole, and the end part of the breathing tube 12 penetrates through the communication hole and is accommodated in the absorbing substance 22. The absorbing substance 22 may be calcium hydroxide, which is capable of chemically reacting with carbon dioxide in the exhaled breath of the human body, thereby removing carbon dioxide from the gas. In addition to calcium hydroxide, other basic or neutral oxides, hydroxides or carbonates that are capable of reacting with carbon dioxide and forming stable products may be used as the absorbing material 22. The absorbent material 22 may also be molecular sieve particles that selectively adsorb carbon dioxide to effectively remove carbon dioxide. As the gas exhaled by the person passes through the calcium hydroxide particles or the molecular sieve particles, the calcium hydroxide particles or the molecular sieve particles are able to adsorb carbon dioxide to reduce the carbon dioxide concentration of the gas entering the breathing bag 13. While the particulate absorbent material 22 also facilitates insertion of the exhalation tube 12. In some embodiments, the exhalation tube 12 may be housed within the breathing bag 13, and in particular with reference to fig. 1, such that the volume of the breathing system 1 is reduced by utilizing the space within the breathing bag 13. When one end of the exhalation tube 12 is accommodated in the absorbent material 22, the length of the exhalation tube 12 is not required to be increased due to avoiding the breathing bag 13, and the exhalation tube 12 is directly accommodated in the breathing bag 13.
Besides being provided with the absorbing material 22 that is used for absorbing carbon dioxide in the absorption component 2, can also be provided with the water absorbing material that is used for absorbing moisture, avoid breathing the too high moisture content of the gaseous in the gasbag 13, the too high moisture content of the gaseous in the gasbag 13 can influence personnel's comfort level when breathing. The water-absorbing substance here may be the above-mentioned molecular sieve particles, which can be used both as the absorbing substance 22 for absorbing carbon dioxide and as the water-absorbing substance to absorb moisture, reducing the moisture content of the gas in the breathing bag 13. In addition to the molecular sieve particles, other substances that are capable of absorbing moisture and that do not react with the absorbing substance 22 may be used as the water absorbing substance.
As mentioned above, the absorbent material 22 may be calcium hydroxide particles or molecular sieve particles, and in order to avoid that the particulate absorbent material 22 enters the exhalation tube 12 or the respiratory airbag 13, in some embodiments, the end of the exhalation tube 12 that is accommodated in the absorbent material 22 may be provided with a filter element 16, and the communication holes are provided with a filter screen 24. The filter element 16 serves to prevent the absorption substance 22 from entering the breathing bag 13 and the filter screen 24 serves to prevent the absorption substance 22 from entering the exhalation tube 12. Meanwhile, a plurality of ventilation holes can be formed in the outer wall of the exhalation tube 12, which is accommodated in the absorbing substance 22, so that the gas exhaled by the human body can more uniformly enter the absorption tank 21 through the ventilation holes, the ventilation holes can be formed in the outer wall of the exhalation tube 12, which is enclosed outside the filter element 16, and the ventilation holes can be slightly larger under the protection of the filter element 16. When the ventilation holes are arranged on the outer wall of the exhalation tube 12 which is not enclosed outside the filter element 16, the ventilation holes can be slightly smaller, so that the absorption substance 22 is prevented from entering the exhalation tube 12 from the ventilation holes.
The oxygen self-rescuer may include a breathing mask 3 for covering the face of the human body, the breathing mask 3 being provided with a first one-way breathing valve 31 and a second one-way breathing valve 32, wherein one end of the air intake pipe 11 is in communication with the first one-way breathing valve 31, the first one-way breathing valve 31 being configured to be opened upon inhalation and to be closed upon exhalation. One end of the exhalation tube 12 communicates with a second one-way breathing valve 32, the second one-way breathing valve 32 being configured to open when exhaling and to close when inhaling. The two one-way breather valves ensure that the human body cannot interfere with each other during inspiration and expiration. Simultaneously, the two one-way breather valves can be automatically opened and closed during inspiration or expiration, so that the oxygen self-rescuer is more convenient to use. In the related art, the inside of the one-way breathing valve generally includes one or more films having a certain elasticity. When the gas flows, the pressure of the gas overcomes the elasticity of the film, so that the film moves or deforms to one side, and the channel is opened to allow the gas to circulate. Taking inhalation as an example, the gas pressure in the inhalation tube 11 overcomes the elastic force of the film in the first one-way breathing valve 31, so that the inhalation tube 11 can be communicated with the breathing mask 3, and the second one-way breathing valve 32 is in a closed state.
The respiratory mask 3 is capable of covering the mouth and nose, allowing a person to breathe through the mouth or nose, which is particularly advantageous for persons who are habituated to mouth breathing or who need additional ventilation when running vigorously. And the breathing mask 3 does not need to be closely attached to the oral cavity, and people can keep communication with other people when using the oxygen self-rescuer.
One end of the breathing tube 12 for communication with the face of the human body may be accommodated in the breathing tube 11. The breathing pipe 11 is sleeved at one end of the breathing pipe 12, which is communicated with the face of a human body, and when a person just opens the oxygen self-rescuer and deploys the breathing air bag 13, the breathing pipe 12 and the breathing pipe 11, the breathing pipe 11 and the breathing pipe 12 cannot be entangled together, so that the oxygen self-rescuer cannot be used due to knotting of the breathing pipe 11 and the breathing pipe 12 is avoided. Because the breathing tube 12 needs to be communicated with the absorption assembly 2, the breathing tube 12 is generally longer, when a person wears the oxygen self-rescuer and runs, the longer breathing tube 12 is easy to shake and collide with other structures, and when one end of the breathing tube 12, which is communicated with the face of the person, is contained in the breathing tube 11 and the breathing tube 12 can be partially contained in the breathing bag 13, the breathing tube 11 and the breathing bag 13 can limit the breathing tube 12 at the same time, so that the breathing tube 12 is prevented from shaking and colliding with other structures, and the arrangement between the breathing tube 11 and the breathing tube 12 is more compact.
In general, the oxygen self-rescuer is usually mounted to the waist of a human body, when people with different heights use the oxygen self-rescuer, the distance between the waist and the face is different, in order to enable the oxygen self-rescuer to adapt to people with various heights, the air suction pipe 11 can be a telescopic pipe, the length of the air suction pipe 11 is adjusted, the breathing mask 3 can be just suitable for the distance between the waist of the human body and the face of the human body, meanwhile, when one end of the air suction pipe 12 communicated with the face of the human body is accommodated in the air suction pipe 11, and when the air suction pipe 11 is a telescopic pipe, the position of the air suction pipe 12 of which one end is accommodated in the air suction pipe 11 can be directly adjusted when the length is adjusted, and the air suction pipe 11 and the air suction pipe 12 no longer need to be set into the telescopic pipe at the same time.
The breathing bag 13 may be made of PU, TPEE or TPU. The elastic rubber has good softness, elasticity, stability and formability, and the good elasticity can enable gaps between the connecting parts to be filled, so that tight sealing is easy to form, and gas leakage is prevented. The good softness makes the breathing bag 13 easy to fold and unfold, enabling multiple re-use. The breathing air bag 13 can not be damaged under the complex environment, and the service life of the breathing air bag 13 is further ensured. The good formability makes the breathing bag 13 easy to process into complex shapes, meeting the specific design requirements of the breathing bag 13. Since the requirements of the pressing airbag 15 and the breathing airbag 13 are substantially the same when in use, the pressing airbag 15 may be made of the same material as the breathing airbag 13. In addition, the pressing airbag 15 needs to be pressed for many times when in use, so as to increase the flow rate of the gas in the breathing airbag 13, and when the pressing airbag 15 has good softness, elasticity, stability and formability, the pressing airbag 15 can be ensured to recover after many times of pressing and not to be damaged, and the service life of the pressing airbag 15 is further ensured.
The oxygen self-rescuer can also include casing 4, respiratory system 1 and absorption subassembly 2 hold respectively in casing 4, and casing 4 includes casing 41 and cap 42, and casing 4 lid is established on casing 41. And the oxygen bottle 14 is vertically arranged in the shell 41, the upper end of the oxygen bottle 14 is accommodated in the shell cover 42, when the shell cover 42 is opened, the position with the valve at the upper end of the oxygen bottle 14 is directly exposed to the outside, and a person can directly control the valve of the oxygen bottle 14 to quickly release oxygen in the oxygen bottle 14.
The oxygen self-rescuer may further comprise a fixing strap for surrounding the human body, the oxygen self-rescuer is disposed on the human body through the fixing strap, and the case body 41 is provided with a plurality of strap holes 43 through which the fixing strap is threaded. Thus, when the oxygen self-rescuer is used, the waistband passes through the waistband hole 43, so that the oxygen self-rescuer can be tied between the waists rapidly and reliably, the wearing and the position adjustment of the oxygen self-rescuer are convenient, the free swing phenomenon can not occur during the running of the personnel, and the hands of the personnel are fully released. Meanwhile, only the shell body 41 is provided with the hole 43, and when the oxygen self-rescuer is used, the shell cover 42 is directly opened and discarded, so that the interference of the shell cover 42 on personnel using the oxygen self-rescuer is avoided.
