As shown in fig. 1-6, a split faucet comprises a faucet shell 1, a mounting seat 2 arranged on the faucet shell 1, a valve core body 3 arranged in the mounting seat 2 through a mounting device and used for controlling the opening and closing of fluid, a water inlet 4 and a water outlet 5 arranged on the valve core body 3, a water inlet channel 6 and a water outlet channel 7 arranged on the valve core body 3 and respectively communicated with the water inlet 4 and the water outlet 5, and a water inlet 8 and a water outlet 9 arranged on the faucet shell 1 and respectively corresponding to the water inlet channel 6 and the water outlet channel 7, wherein a water inlet pipe 10 connected with the water inlet 8 is detachably arranged on the valve core body 3 through a connecting device.
In order to facilitate the installation of the water inlet pipe 10, the connecting device comprises a first mounting hole 11 formed in the faucet shell 1 and a second mounting hole 12 formed in the mounting seat 2, and one end of the water inlet pipe 10 sequentially penetrates through the first mounting hole 11 and the second mounting hole 12 to be fixed with the valve core body 3 through a clamping device.
In order to improve the aesthetic appearance of the faucet and prevent sundries from entering the housing, a sealing cover 13 for preventing sundries from entering the faucet is further arranged on the first mounting hole 11.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the water inlet pipe 10, the clamping device comprises a slot 14 which is formed in the valve core body 3 and is provided with a water inlet channel 6, and a U-shaped plug 15 which is arranged between the valve core body 3 and the mounting seat 2 and is used for filling the slot 14, wherein the size of the U-shaped plug 15 is larger than that of the second mounting hole 12, and the water inlet pipe 10 and the U-shaped plug 15 are fixed through a limiting device.
The limiting device comprises a clamping block 16 arranged at the end part of the water inlet pipe 10, a clamping hole 17 arranged on the valve core body 3 and positioned at the water inlet channel 6 and used for being matched with the clamping block 16, and a sealing gasket 18 arranged between the clamping block 16 and the clamping hole 17, wherein the clamping block 16 is resisted with the U-shaped plug 15.
As shown in fig. 2, the engaging block 16 is spherical, and the engaging hole 17 is provided in matching with the engaging block 16.
As shown in fig. 3, the engaging block 16 is plate-shaped, and the engaging hole 17 is provided in cooperation with the engaging block 16.
The sealing gasket 18 comprises a silica gel pad and a rubber pad.
In order to facilitate the water inlet pipe 10 to pass through the second mounting hole 12, the faucet shell 1 and the water inlet pipe 10 are also provided with a guide device which facilitates the water inlet pipe 10 to be inserted into the second mounting hole 12, the guide device comprises a water inlet seat 19 which is arranged on the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 10 and matched with the water inlet 8, and guide blocks 20 which are arranged on the faucet shell 1 and positioned on two sides of the end part of the water inlet seat 19 where the water inlet seat is connected with the water inlet pipe 10, and the guide blocks 20 extend towards the direction of the water inlet pipe 10 and are used for enhancing the guide function of the water inlet pipe 10.
In order to facilitate positioning of the valve core body 3 and avoid deflection when the water inlet pipe 10 is installed, a positioning device is further arranged between the valve core body 3 and the installation seat 2, and the positioning device comprises a positioning hole 21 formed in the bottom of the installation seat 2 and a positioning column 22 arranged at the bottom of the valve core body 3 and used for corresponding to the positioning hole 21.
In order to further fix the valve core body 3 and enhance the positioning stability of the valve core body 3, a water outlet screw 23 is further locked between the water outlet channel 7 and the water outlet 9 for further positioning the valve core body 3, a water outlet channel 24 communicated with the book outlet channel is further arranged on the water outlet screw 23, and a first connecting thread 25 is further arranged on the water outlet screw 23.
In order to facilitate the installation of the valve core and prevent the U-shaped bolt 15 from falling out, the installation device comprises a valve core (not shown in the figure) arranged in the installation seat 2 and used for controlling the opening and closing of fluid and pressing the U-shaped bolt 15, an installation thread 26 arranged on the installation seat 2, and a valve core gland (not shown in the figure) locked on the installation thread 26.
In order to enhance the faucet functionality, the water inlet 4 comprises a cold water inlet and a hot water inlet, the water inlet channel 6 comprises a cold water inlet channel and a hot water inlet channel, the water inlet 10 comprises a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe, the cold water inlet channel and the cold water inlet pipe are communicated, the hot water inlet channel and the hot water inlet pipe are communicated, and the valve core is a cold and hot mixed water valve core.
The water inlet seat is also provided with a second connecting thread for being connected with a water conveying pipeline.
During assembly, the valve core body 3 is installed in the installation seat 2, the positioning columns 22 are aligned with the positioning holes 21, the valve core body 3 is locked through water passing screws, the water inlet pipe 10 is inserted into the clamping holes 17, the water inlet pipe 10 is limited by the U-shaped plug 15, the water inlet pipe 10 can be fixed, the valve core is installed on the valve core body 3 to be aligned with each hole site, the valve core is fixed through the valve core gland, the U-shaped plug 15 can be prevented from falling off, and finally the sealing cover 13 is installed on the faucet shell 1, so that the assembly can be completed.
In use, the tap is mounted on the pipe by the second connecting screw 27, and then the valve core is opened, so that fluid can flow into the valve core body 3 from the water inlet pipe 10, and finally flows out of the water outlet screw 23 after flowing into the water outlet hole 5 from the valve core.
Examples
Based on the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 7, the limiting device includes a limiting groove 202 formed on the water inlet pipe 201, a limiting hole 204 formed on the water inlet channel 203 and used for resisting the end of the water inlet pipe 201, and a sealing ring formed on the water inlet pipe 201, where the U-shaped plug 205 is engaged with the limiting groove 202.
