Referring to fig. 1-4, a bridge pile foundation structure comprises a bearing platform 1, a mounting seat 16, a fixing assembly, a pile body 2, a broken soil block 4 and a supporting assembly. The bearing platform 1 is provided with a mounting groove 18. The mounting seat 16 corresponds to the mounting groove 18, and the mounting seat 16 is located on the mounting groove 18. The fixed subassembly sets up between mount pad 16 and cushion cap 1 for fixed mount pad 16 and cushion cap 1. The fixing assembly includes a fifth fixing bolt 21, and the fifth fixing bolt 21 is provided in plurality. The fifth fixing bolt 21 is in threaded connection with the bearing platform 1, and the fifth fixing bolt 21 is in threaded connection with the mounting seat 16. A fixing screw rod 17 penetrates through the gap between the bearing platform 1 and the mounting seat 16, one end of the fixing screw rod 17 is fixedly connected with a limiting disc 20, the limiting disc 20 is located at one end of the bearing platform 1, a fixing nut 19 is connected to the fixing screw rod 17 in a threaded mode, and the fixing nut 19 is located at the other end of the bearing platform 1.
The pile bodies 2 are arranged in a plurality and are uniformly fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting seat 16. The broken soil block 4 is arranged at the bottom of the pile body 2, and a plurality of supporting frames 3 are uniformly fixedly connected on the broken soil block 4.
The support components are arranged in four and are arranged around the bearing platform 1 and used for supporting the bearing platform 1. The support piece comprises a support rod 9 and an extension rod 7, wherein the support rod 9 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft 10, a sliding groove 23 is formed in the rotating shaft 10, the extension rod 7 is slidably mounted on the sliding groove 23, a plurality of fixing holes 22 are uniformly formed in the extension rod 7, a second fixing bolt 8 is connected to the support rod 9 in a threaded mode, and the second fixing bolt 8 penetrates through the fixing holes 22.
The mounting plate 12 is fixedly connected with a connecting seat 15, the connecting seat 15 is positioned on the top connecting seat 15 of the bearing platform 1, a fourth fixing bolt 14 is connected with the connecting seat 15 in a threaded mode, and the fourth fixing bolt 14 is connected with the bearing platform 1 in a threaded mode.
When a bridge pile foundation is required to be installed, firstly, the pile body 2 is installed on the ground, under the action of the broken soil block 4, the pile body 2 is conveniently inserted into the ground, then the bearing platform 1 is installed, the installation groove 18 is aligned with the installation seat 16, then the bearing platform 1 is in threaded connection with the installation seat 16 through the fifth fixing bolt 21, the stability of connection between the bearing platform 1 and the installation seat 16 is primarily improved, meanwhile, the fixing screw 17 is inserted onto the bearing platform 1 and the installation seat 16, then the fixing nut 19 is in threaded connection with the fixing screw 17, under the action of the limiting disc 20, the fixing screw 17 and the fixing nut 19, the installation stability is further improved, then the supporting rod 9 and the extension rod 7 can be swung, the supporting plate 6 is enabled to be in contact with the corresponding ground, then the first fixing bolt 5 is in threaded connection with the corresponding connection position, the stability of the bearing platform 1 is further improved under the action of the four supporting plates 6, the extension rod 7 is slidably installed on the sliding groove 23, and under the action of the second fixing bolt 8 and the plurality of fixing holes 22, the whole length of the supporting plate 6 can be adjusted, the situation of the installation and the installation plate can be further improved, the installation plate can be detached, the installation plate can be installed on the installation plate is convenient, the installation plate is convenient to be detached, and the installation plate is convenient to be installed, and detached, and the installation plate is convenient to be installed.
