The patent publication No. CN220421370U discloses a cable branch box, which comprises a box body, a negative pressure mechanism and an opening and closing mechanism, wherein the top of the box body is provided with an air inlet, at least one pair of opposite surfaces around the box body are provided with air outlets, the top of the box body is provided with a ceiling for shielding the air inlet, the negative pressure mechanism is arranged in the box body and used for introducing external air into the box body through the air inlet, and the opening and closing mechanism is arranged in the box body and used for controlling the opening or closing of the air outlets. The cable branch box is dust-proof, water-proof, long in service life and high in safety.
The device in the above patent adopts negative pressure mechanism to introduce external air into the box through the air inlet, simultaneously, the device is equipped with the dust cover and effectively prevents the entering of dust, if the dust of interception on the dust cover can not obtain periodic cleaning, long-term accumulation probably leads to the dust closely to adhere to the dust cover surface, if produce vibrations when opening the chamber door in this case, these dust probably drops and drift on the inspector on one's body, causes the dirty scheduling problem of clothing, in order to keep the normal operating of equipment and inspector's health, the dust on the dust cover is recommended to be cleaned regularly.

The air duct 21 of the ventilation mechanism 2 is respectively fixedly arranged at the top of the box body 1, the communicating pipe 34 of the circulation mechanism 3 is positioned above the dust screen 23, the water tank 31 is arranged on the rear end surface of the box body 1, the bottom side of the water pump 33 is positioned on the surface of the water tank 31, and a stable working position can be effectively provided for the water tank 31 arranged on the rear end surface through the box body 1.
The end face of the box body 1 is hinged with the box door 5 respectively, the two sides of the box body 1 are fixedly provided with the dustproof window leaves 6 respectively, the box door 5 hinged with the end face of the box body 1 can be effectively installed and checked by opening the box door, the dust in the external environment can be effectively isolated through the dustproof window leaves 6 respectively installed at the two sides of the box body 1 by precise design and manufacture, the inside of the device is ensured to be always clean, and accordingly normal and stable operation of the device is ensured.
The support column 7 is fixedly installed on the bottom of the box body 1 respectively, the annular blocks 8 are fixedly installed on the outer sides of the support column 7 respectively, the support effect of the device can be effectively achieved through the support column 7 installed on the bottom of the box body 1 respectively, and the crawler can be effectively prevented from entering the device through the annular blocks 8 installed on the outer sides of the support column 7, so that the safe and stable operation of the device is ensured.
The ventilating mechanism 2 arranged at the top of the box body 1 is used for ventilating, the ventilating mechanism 2 is provided with ventilating fans 22 respectively arranged in the ventilating duct 21, the ventilating fans 22 have excellent performance, external fresh air can be efficiently introduced into the device, a good ventilating effect is achieved, fine dust can be effectively isolated from entering the device through dust-proof net covers 23 respectively arranged at the top of the ventilating duct 21, ventilating air is discharged into the device through air outlets 24 respectively arranged at the bottom of the ventilating duct 21, and the ventilating duct 21 of the ventilating mechanism 2 is respectively fixedly arranged at the top of the box body 1.
The cleaning mechanism 4 drives the driving wheel 45 to rotate through a servo motor 44 arranged on one side of the box body 1, the rotating driving wheel 45 respectively winds the outer side of the driven wheel 43 to rotate through driving the outer side of the driving wheel 45, so that the driven wheel 43 rotates, the rotating driven wheel 43 drives a screw rod 42 with one end respectively arranged to rotate, the rotating screw rod 42 drives the outer side of the scraping plate 47 respectively connected with the rotating end, the scraping plate 47 can effectively scrape dust accumulated on the dust screen surface 41, the fallen dust can fall into a receiving box 49 to be intensively cleaned, the auxiliary rod 48 respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the box cover 9 can effectively realize the effect that the scraping plate 47 is respectively connected with the outer side of the auxiliary rod 48 in a sliding mode through the auxiliary effect, two ends of the screw rod 42 are respectively connected with the bottom surface of the box cover 9, the dust screen surface 41 is respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the box cover 9, the outer side of the receiving box 49 is respectively connected with the two side surfaces of the box body 1 in a sliding mode, and the bottom surface of the box cover 9 is arranged on the top of the box body 1.
The circulation mechanism 3 can realize the accurate control of the water temperature in the water tank 31 through the semiconductor refrigerating sheets 35 respectively arranged in the bottom surface of the water tank 31, then, the water after refrigeration is pumped into the communicating pipe 34 at one end of the water inlet pipe 32 by the water pump 33 arranged outside the water inlet pipe 32, in order to ensure effective heat dissipation, the ventilation mechanism 2 is adopted to introduce the cold air around the communicating pipe 34 into the device, thereby realizing efficient heat exchange, the circulating water is discharged into the water tank 31 for circulation use through the water outlet pipe 36 arranged at one end of the communicating pipe 34, one end of the water inlet pipe 32 and one end of the water outlet pipe 36 are arranged on the surface of the water tank 31, the communicating pipe 34 of the circulation mechanism 3 is positioned above the dust screen 23, the water tank 31 is arranged on the rear end surface of the box body 1, and the bottom side of the water pump 33 is positioned on the surface of the water tank 31.
The dustproof window leaves 6 which are respectively installed on the two sides of the box body 1 can be effectively isolated from dust in the external environment by opening the box doors 5 which are respectively hinged to the end faces of the box body 1, so that the inside of the device is ensured to be always clean, normal and stable operation is ensured, the supporting columns 7 which are respectively installed at the bottom of the box body 1 can effectively support the device, and the annular blocks 8 are respectively installed on the outer sides of the supporting columns 7.
