When the sterile cloth storage device is used, the rotating seat is rotated to be parallel to the operating table, then the height of the lifting rod is adjusted through the motor, the support frame is opened, and sterile cloth can be supported, so that the sterile cloth storage device is relatively convenient to store and use.
In order to fix the support structure on two sides of the operation table and enable the support structure to rotate and move, in some embodiments, protrusions are arranged on the side wall of the operation table, and the rotating seat is movably sleeved on the protrusions.
In order to automatically adjust the lifting height of the support frame, in some embodiments, gear teeth are formed on the outer portion of the lifting rod, and the transmission gear is meshed with the gear teeth of the lifting rod.

The application will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to exemplary embodiments in the accompanying drawings. The utility model aims at solving the defects that the height cannot be adjusted to match different patients for surgery, the operation is inconvenient to store and the space is occupied in the prior art. The inventor has found after careful analysis that the above problems occur in the conventional structure for supporting the sterile cloth mainly because the device is integrally formed, and the disclosed cross support is not capable of being downwardly adjusted to enable the sterile cloth to be close to the face of a patient as much as possible, if the structure is used, the sterile cloth is likely to be far away from the face of the patient, and a doctor needs to press down the sterile cloth to perform an operation, so that the operation is inconvenient, and secondly, the disclosed prior art sterile cloth sheet device can be taken down from an operation table when the structure is not used, however, the structure is integrally formed, cannot be detached and placed at the edge of a sickbed or other positions, occupies corresponding space due to the structural problem, and is inconvenient to store such as folding and stowing. Based on the above analysis, the inventors have improved the structure of supporting the sterile cloth.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the sterile cloth supporting structure of the present application, the operating table 1, and the lifting mechanism disposed at both sides of the operating table 1 and used for supporting the sterile cloth, the lifting mechanism includes a rotating seat 7 having a cavity, and the purpose of the rotating seat 7 being made into the cavity is to reduce weight and facilitate rotation. As shown in FIG. 2, the rotating seat 7 comprises a lifting rod fixing cavity 7-1 and a gear cavity 7-2, a transmission gear 11 is arranged in the gear cavity 7-2 of the rotating seat 7, a motor 12 connected with the transmission gear 11 is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating seat 7, a lifting rod 10 capable of moving up and down is arranged in the lifting rod fixing cavity 7-1 of the rotating seat 7, and a supporting frame is movably arranged at the top of the lifting rod 10 and used for supporting sterile cloth. When the operation table is not in use, the rotating seat 7 is rotated anticlockwise to rotate the supporting structure to be parallel to the operation table 1, so that the operation table can be stored, when the operation table is in use, the rotating seat 7 is rotated clockwise, then the height of the lifting rod 10 is adjusted through the motor 12, the supporting frame is opened, the sterile cloth can be supported, and the operation table is relatively convenient to store and use.
In order to fix the support structure on two sides of the operating table 1 and rotate the operating table, referring to fig. 10, the side wall of the operating table 1 is provided with a bulge 1-1, the bulge is cylindrical, the end face of the bulge is provided with a circular flanging, the rear end of the rotating seat 7 is provided with a hole matched with the bulge 1-1, the rotating seat 7 is movably sleeved on the bulge 1-1 through the hole, and when the support frame is retracted, the whole structure can be rotated and flattened.
The support frame passes through lifter 10 and adjusts its height, can adjust the height of aseptic cloth to different patients to guarantee that aseptic cloth is under the condition of not laminating with patient's face, guarantee that aseptic cloth's relaxation degree does not influence doctor's work. For automatically adjusting the elevation height of the support frame, referring to fig. 2 and 10, gear teeth 10-1 are formed on the outside of the elevation rod 10, and a transmission gear 11 is engaged with the gear teeth 10-1 of the elevation rod 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the support frame includes a cross bar 5 with two ends hinged to each other, so that the support frame can be guaranteed to have the function of opening and closing, as shown in fig. 3, before being laid flat, the support frame is closed, so that the support frame can be prevented from being higher than the top surface of the operating table 1, and touching when the operating table 1 is used, and meanwhile, a certain space-saving effect is also achieved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the support frame includes a telescopic cross rod 5, the cross rod 5 may be supported by a square structure, an elastic protrusion is disposed on a side surface of the cross rod for limiting, and the telescopic cross rod 5 may also achieve an opening and closing effect. The telescopic rod is closed and is flat, so that the space is not occupied.
The left end and the right end of the cross rod 5 are respectively hinged with the vertical rods 3, the opposite end surfaces of the two vertical rods 3 are provided with vertical grooves 3-2, the two vertical grooves 3-2 are internally provided with supporting pieces, and the supporting pieces are used for increasing the contact area with the sterile cloth and enabling the sterile cloth to be supported more stably.
In addition, the connection position of the lifting rod 10 and the supporting frame is set to be hinged, so that the supporting frame can swing and be placed flat, and can be used as a hanging piece or a table top when a cart for placing sterile surgical instruments is far away from an operating table or the sterile surgical instruments are frequently taken, as shown in fig. 4-6, the supporting piece is a grid net 2 or a flat plate 13, when the supporting piece is the grid net 2, some sterile surgical instruments can be placed flat, and when the supporting piece is the flat plate 13, some tray type sterile surgical instruments can be placed. How to make the lifting rod 10 have the function of swinging and leveling, and is convenient for placing a plurality of frequently used sterile surgical instruments, the concrete structure is that a cylindrical movable head 10-3 is arranged between the connecting part of the lifting rod 10 and a supporting frame, the side wall of the lifting rod is provided with threads, the bottom of the lifting rod is provided with a hinging block 10-4, the left side and the right side of the hinging block 10-4 are respectively provided with a pin, the top of the lifting rod 10 is provided with a notch, the hinging block 10-4 can be arranged in the notch in a swinging way through the pin, the outer wall of the notch is provided with threads, the threads are provided with a threaded sleeve 10-5, when the threaded sleeve 10-5 is sleeved at the threaded parts of the movable head 10-3 and the outer wall of the notch, the movable head 10-3 is limited by the threaded sleeve 10-5 and cannot swing, the threaded sleeve 10-5 is downwards screwed, and after the hinging block 10-4 is exposed, the movable head 10-3 can swing. Thereby driving the support frame to swing.
The bottom of the cross bar 5, the side wall of the lifting rod 10 is provided with a limit baffle 10-2, more specifically, the side wall of the movable head 10-3 of the lifting rod 10 is provided with a limit baffle 10-2 for limiting the downward swing of the cross bar 5 in a hinged manner.
In order to prevent the vertical rod 3 from swinging to the left and right sides, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the front end surface and the rear end surface of the vertical rod 3 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 3-1, a sliding block 4 is arranged in the sliding groove 3-1, the front end and the rear end of the sliding block 4 are bent and buckled in the sliding groove 3-1, the bottom of the sliding block 4 is provided with a convex block 4-1, the inner wall of one side of the cross rod 5 hinged with the vertical rod 3 is provided with a limit groove, and when the sliding block 4 slides to the bottom of the vertical rod 3 along the sliding groove 3-1, the convex block 4-1 is arranged in the limit groove, so that the vertical rod 3 cannot swing to the left and right sides.
In order to prevent the rotating seat 7 from excessively rotating, a fixing ring 7-3 with a hole is arranged on the side wall of the rotating seat 7, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, a locking piece 6 for movably locking the fixing ring 7-3 is arranged on the side wall of the operating table 1, the specific structure of the locking piece 6 comprises a Z-shaped angle iron 6-3 fixedly connected with the operating table 1 through bolts, a through hole is formed in the front end face of the angle iron 6-3, a fixing rod 6-1 is arranged in the through hole, a limit flange 6-2 is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing rod 6-1, a spring 6-4 is sleeved on the fixing rod 6-1, the front end of the spring 6-4 is attached to the end face of the angle iron 6-3, the other end of the spring is attached to the limit flange 6-2, the side view of the fixing rod 6-1 is in a T shape, the fixing rod 6-1 is pulled up, then the rotating seat 7 is swung clockwise, the top of the fixing ring 7-3 of the rotating seat 7 is limited to rotate continuously, then the fixing rod 6-1 is loosened, and the fixing rod 6-1 is fed into the fixing ring 7-3 through the reactive force of the spring 6-4 to the limit flange 6-2.
The use method or the working principle of the support structure is that when the support structure is not used, the support structure is placed at the edge of an operation table 1 and supported by hooks 8 hung on bed bars 9 of the operation table 1 to prevent falling, when the support structure is used, a left hand holds up lifting rods 10 to swing clockwise, a right hand pulls up fixing rods 6-1, when fixing rings 7-3 are attached to angle irons 6-3 of locking pieces 6, the fixing rods 6-1 are loosened, the fixing rods 6-1 are placed in the fixing rings 7-3 to limit and prevent the support structure from swinging, then a support frame is opened, sliding blocks 5 on sliding grooves 3-1 of the vertical rods 3 are slid downwards until bumps 4-1 are inserted into limit grooves of the cross bars 5 to limit the vertical rods 3 to swing, support pieces are placed between the vertical rods 3 of the support frame, the support pieces are limited by the vertical grooves 3-2, sterile cloth is paved on the support frames on the left side and the right side of the operation table 1, and the lifting rods 10 are driven to lift and adjust to a proper height by driving gears 11 to rotate forwards and backwards according to specific conditions of patients.
In other operations, if the sterile cloth is not required to be supported, the threaded sleeve 10-5 on the lifting rod 10 can be screwed off, the support frame can be put flat after the hinged block 10-4 is leaked out, and when the grid net 2 or the flat plate 13 is put between the vertical rods 3, the sterile cloth can be used as a hanging piece or a small table, so that sterile medical instruments, tools and the like can be conveniently placed.
