Referring to fig. 1-3, the brief pull rod of the present utility model is presented below as a number of embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the simple pull rod 100 according to the embodiment of the present utility model includes a pull rod structure for connecting the shower door 900 and the wall body so that the shower door 900 can be stably installed in the shower.
In this embodiment, the tie rod structure includes a mounting member 200 and a profile 300, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
It will be appreciated that the mounting member 200 is provided with mounting holes 210, and the mounting holes 210 are internally perforated with fixing members 400, and the fixing members 400 can be connected with a wall body, as shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the fixing member 400 passes through the mounting hole 210 and is coupled to the wall body to fixedly couple the mounting member 200 to the wall body.
It will be appreciated that one end of the profile 300 is connected to the mounting member 200, and the other end of the profile 300 is connected to a clamping member 320 for clamping the shower door 900, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. Since the mounting member 200 is coupled to the wall by the fixing member 400, at this time, the mounting member 200 is relatively fixed to the wall or the profile 300, and one end of the profile 300 is coupled to the mounting member 200, so that the profile 300 and the mounting member 200 are relatively fixed, and one end of the profile 300 can be supported from the wall by the mounting member 200. The other end of the profile 300 clamps the shower door 900 through the clamping member 320, so that when the shower door 900 is erected in the shower room, the shower door 900 can be stably erected in the shower room by obtaining a supporting effect from the wall body through the pull rod structure.
So set up, only need use mounting 400 to install mounting 200 on the wall body, make one end of section bar 300 connect in mounting 200 again, the other end centre gripping bathroom door 900, can accomplish succinct pull rod 100's installation to firmly support bathroom door 900.
Further, the number of the pull rod structures is provided with a plurality of pull rod structures. When it is required to support a plurality of shower doors 900 using the simple tie bars 100, one shower door 900 is provided with a corresponding tie bar structure, and the fixing member 400 may be connected with the profile 300 of another tie bar structure through the mounting hole 210, as shown in fig. 3, so that the plurality of tie bar structures may be connected with each other, and the interconnected plurality of tie bar structures may obtain a supporting effect from the tie bar structure connected with the wall.
So set up, need not to use three way structure can realize the connection of two adjacent pull rod structures, a plurality of pull rod structure can simply swiftly interconnect, and then realizes that a plurality of bathroom door 900 firmly erects in the bathroom, reduces the installation step of pull rod structure, saves installation time. In addition, only one pull rod structure is connected with the wall body, so that a plurality of pull rod structures which are connected with each other can obtain a supporting effect from the wall body, the plurality of pull rod structures are not required to be connected with the wall body respectively, and the damage of the wall body is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the profile 300 extends in the front-rear direction and is provided in a hollow manner. When the section bar 300 is connected with the mounting member 200, one end of the section bar 300, which is far away from the clamping member 320, is sleeved on the mounting member 200, namely, the rear end of the section bar 300 is sleeved with the mounting member 200, so that after the mounting member 200 is connected with the section bar 300 of a wall or another pull rod structure, the mounting member 200 can be hidden in the section bar 300, and the pull rod structure only exposes the clamping member 320 and the section bar 300, so that the simple pull rod 100 is more attractive.
It can be understood that, taking the connection of the fixing member 400 and the wall as an example, the fixing member 400 is relatively fixed after being connected with the wall, at this time, the wall is relatively fixed with the profile 300 connected with the fixing member 400, and the relative positions of the two cannot be changed. Before installing the simple pull rod 100, the installation position of the simple pull rod 100 needs to be accurately measured and positioned according to the height of the bathroom door 900 and the connection position of the simple pull rod 100 with a wall body, so that the situation that the simple pull rod 100 cannot firmly clamp the bathroom door 900 due to the fact that the installation position is deviated is avoided. If the simple pull rod 100 is installed on the wall, it is found that the simple pull rod 100 cannot clamp the shower door 900, the simple pull rod 100 needs to be separated from the wall, and then the fixing piece 400 is connected with the wall after passing through the installation hole 210 again, so that the installation trace left by the fixing piece 400 is easy to remain on the wall.
In this regard, the mounting hole 210 of the mounting member 200 is an oblong hole, and the fixing member 400 slides relatively in the mounting hole 210, as shown in fig. 2. The fixing member 400 may slide along the extension direction of the oblong hole to adjust the relative positions of the fixing member 400 and the mounting member 200, thereby changing the relative positions of the wall body and the mounting member 200 and the profile 300.
When the simple pull rod 100 is installed, the installation position of the simple pull rod 100 is determined according to the height of the bathroom door 900 and the connection position of the bathroom door 900 and the wall, the fixing piece 400 passes through the installation hole 210 and is connected to the wall, the relative positions of the fixing piece 400 and the installation hole 210 are adjusted, and the profile 300 is pre-connected to the installation piece 200. If the clamping member 320 connected with the profile 300 can accurately and firmly clamp the shower door 900, the profile 300 is removed to fixedly connect the fixing member 400 with the wall. If the clamping piece 320 connected with the profile 300 cannot accurately and stably clamp the shower door 900, the profile 300 is shifted to drive the mounting piece 200 to move along the extending direction of the oblong hole, so as to change the relative positions of the fixing piece 400 and the mounting hole 210, and further enable the clamping piece 320 connected with the profile 300 to accurately and stably clamp the shower door 900.
In some embodiments, the mounting hole 210 may be a horizontally extending oblong hole to adjust the horizontal position at which the clip 320 is coupled to the shower door 900. However, since the height position of the shower door 900 is fixed, the horizontal relative position adjustment of the clamp 320 and the shower door 900 is not very effective when the clamp 320 clamps the shower door 900.
In other embodiments, the mounting hole 210 may be a vertically extending oblong hole to adjust the vertical position of the connection between the clamping member 320 and the shower door 900, so as to avoid the situation that the clamping member 320 cannot be firmly connected to the shower door 900 when the clamping member 320 is positioned too far, or the clamping member 320 cannot clamp the shower door 900 when the clamping member 320 is positioned too far. However, after the simple pull rod 100 is used for a long time, the connection between the fixing member 400 and the wall body is easy to loosen, so that one end of the section bar 300 connected with the mounting member 200 moves downwards until the fixing member 400 is abutted against the upper end of the mounting hole 210, and at this time, one end of the section bar 300 connected with the clamping member 320 is easy to abut against the shower door 900, thereby affecting the connection stability of the shower door 900 and the wall body.
In this embodiment, the mounting hole 210 is an oblong hole that is obliquely arranged, as shown in fig. 2, so as to adjust the up-down position of the connection between the clamping member 320 and the shower door 900, so that the clamping member 320 can firmly clamp the shower door 900, and when the connection between the fixing member 400 and the wall is loose, the fixing member 400 moves along the oblique oblong hole, the downward moving length of the profile 300 is shared from the horizontal direction, the abutting action of the clamping member 320 connected with the profile 300 on the shower door 900 is reduced, and the connection between the shower door 900 and the wall is prevented from being damaged.
It will be appreciated that the mounting member 200 includes a first support plate 220 and a second support plate 230 vertically connected, the first support plate 220 being connected to the inner top surface of the profile 300, the second support plate 230 being provided with mounting holes 210, as shown in fig. 2.
So arranged, when the mounting member 200 is mounted, the second support plate 230 may be parallel to the wall, the fixing member 400 passes through the mounting hole 210 and the wall from front to back, the relative positions of the fixing member 400 and the mounting hole 210 are adjusted, and the fixing member 400 is firmly connected to the wall, so that the second support plate 230 is clamped and fixed between the fixing member 400 and the wall.
After the mounting member 200 is sleeved into the section bar 300, the inner top surface of the section bar 300 is connected with the upper end surface of the first support plate 220 up and down, so that the contact area between the section bar 300 and the first support plate 220 is increased, and the section bar 300 can obtain a stable supporting effect through the first support plate 220.
It will be appreciated that the upper end surface of the first support plate 220 mates with the inner top surface of the profile 300. For example, if the profile 300 is a circular tube profile 300, the upper end surface of the first support plate 220 is in a corresponding circular arc shape. In this embodiment, the profile 300 is a square tube profile 300, and the upper end surface of the first support plate 220 is a corresponding flat plate.
It will be appreciated that the second support plate 230 is located below the first support plate 220, so as to facilitate hiding the second support plate 230 and the fixing member 400 within the profile 300, and not affecting the connection of the profile 300 with the first support plate 220.
It is understood that the first support plate 220 and the second support plate 230 may be vertically connected by welding, integral molding, or the like.
It can be understood that the pull rod structure further includes a connecting member 500, and the connecting member 500 is inserted through the connecting section bar 300 and the first support plate 220, as shown in fig. 2, that is, the section bar 300 and the first support plate 220 are relatively fixed by the connecting member 500, so that the connection between the section bar 300 and the first support plate 220 is easier.
It will be appreciated that the profile 300 is provided with a connecting hole 310, and as shown in fig. 2, the connecting hole 310 is located at the end of the profile 300 away from the clamping member 320, the connecting member 500 is provided with the connecting hole 310 in a penetrating manner, and the length of the first support plate 220 extending into the hollow profile 300 is greater than the interval between the connecting hole 310 and the edges of the profile 300.
So set up, when connecting piece 500 passes connecting hole 310, can ensure that connecting piece 500 also passes first backup pad 220, be convenient for realize the connection of installed part 200 and section bar 300, avoid appearing section bar 300 after the cover establishes installed part 200, people can't confirm the length of stretching into of first backup pad 220, lead to the position of wearing of connecting piece 500 too to be close to the section bar 300 border, influence the joint strength of section bar 300, or the position of wearing of connecting piece 500 is too far away from section bar 300 border, lead to connecting piece 500 unable wearing to establish the condition of connecting first backup pad 220.
In this embodiment, taking a pull rod structure connected to a wall as an example, the connection hole 310 is provided at the rear end of the profile 300, and the front-rear length of the first support plate 220 is greater than the interval between the connection hole 310 and the rear edge of the profile 300.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 500 is a self-tapping screw, as shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the connecting piece 500 includes a first screw head and a first screw tail integrally formed, and the first screw tail is pressed into the first support plate 220 through the screw tip after passing through the connecting hole 310, so that the material of the first support plate 220 is pushed away to form an internal thread corresponding to the screw shape of the first screw tail, so as to lock and connect the connecting piece 500 to the first support plate 220. Meanwhile, the first screw head portion is abutted against the profile 300 at the edge of the connecting hole 310, thereby realizing stable connection of the profile 300 and the first support plate 220.
By means of the arrangement, the connection between the section bar 300 and the first supporting plate 220 can be achieved only by screwing the connecting piece 500, nuts are not needed, and the connection between the section bar 300 and the first supporting plate 220 is simpler and more convenient.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 400 is a self-tapping screw, as shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the fixing member 400 includes a second screw head and a second screw tail integrally formed, and the second screw tail is pressed into the wall or the other section 300 through the screw tip after passing through the mounting hole 210, so that the material of the wall or the material of the other section 300 is pushed away to form an internal thread corresponding to the screw shape of the second screw tail, so as to lock the connecting member 500 on the wall or the other section 300. Meanwhile, the second screw head portion is abutted against the second support plate 230 at the edge of the mounting hole 210, thereby realizing the stable connection of the mounting member 200 and the wall or another profile 300.
Similarly, the connection between the mounting member 200 and the wall or another section bar 300 can be achieved by only screwing the fixing member 400, and nuts are not required, so that the connection between the mounting member 200 and the wall or another section bar 300 is simpler and more convenient.
