The ejection assembly comprises a plurality of ejector rods and ejector blocks fixedly connected above the ejector rods, and when the die is assembled, the core plate 21 and the cavity plate 13 are combined to form a molding cavity for molding a product. The first top plate 22 and the second top plate 23 are installed between the core plate 21 and the lower bottom plate 24, the second top plate 23 is fixedly connected to the first top plate 22, a plurality of guide posts are also installed between the core plate 21 and the lower bottom plate 24, and the second top plate 23 and the first top plate 22 are slidingly connected to the plurality of guide posts along the die opening direction of the die.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the driving part 10 is four cylinders 101, the four cylinders 101 are fixedly connected to two sides of the core plate 21 in pairs, two shaped grooves 221 are respectively formed on two sides of the first top plate 22, and connecting components 8 for being clamped into the shaped grooves 221 to enable the cylinders 101 to control the first top plate 22 to move are arranged on output shafts of the four cylinders 101. The connecting assembly 8 comprises an I-shaped block 81 which is used for being clamped in the groove 221 and a fixing plate 82 which is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the oil cylinder 101, and a clamping groove 811 which is clamped and matched with the output shaft of the oil cylinder 101 is formed in the top of the I-shaped block 81. Four stoppers 9 for preventing the I-shaped block 81 from being separated from the inner side of the rectangular groove 221 are detachably connected to the first top plate 22 by bolts. During die assembly, the four I-shaped blocks 81 are clamped into the mold grooves 221, the four stop blocks 9 are mounted on the first stop blocks 9 through bolts to block openings of the four mold grooves 221, then the four oil cylinders 101 are mounted on the belt-type core plate 21, then the belt-type core plate 21 is lifted by a crane and mounted on a plurality of connecting columns, output shafts of the four oil cylinders 101 are clamped into the four clamping grooves 811, then the fixing plates 82 are fixed on the tops of the top blocks through bolts to play a limiting role, and the assembly difficulty of the die is simplified through mounting in a combined mode.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, 8 and 9, two receiving grooves 211 are formed in the core plate 21, and the two receiving grooves 211 penetrate the core plate 21 in a direction perpendicular to the mold opening direction of the mold. Two ends of each accommodating groove 211 are detachably connected with two guide seats 7 through bolts respectively, forming blocks 3 for forming the inclined grooves 141 are arranged in each accommodating groove 211, second sliding grooves 71 are formed in opposite sides of the two guide seats 7 in the same accommodating groove 211 along the inclined direction of the inclined grooves 141, two ends of each forming block 3 are respectively connected in two groups of second sliding grooves 71 in a sliding mode along the inclined direction of the inclined grooves 141, accommodating holes 31 are formed in the bottom surfaces of the two forming blocks 3 along the inclined direction of the inclined grooves 141, springs 4 for respectively driving the two forming blocks 3 to slide are arranged in the two accommodating holes 31, and the springs 4 are in a compression state when the dies are matched.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, 8 and 9, the sliding angle of the sliding block 6 on the conventional mold is generally not more than 45 °, but because the inclined angle of the chute 141 on the framework of the body 14 on the instrument panel is 60 °, the sliding angle of the forming block 3 in the second chute 71 is relatively large, and is relatively easy to be blocked during the sliding process. Therefore, the core plate 21 is also provided with two auxiliary sliding mechanisms for assisting the sliding of the two forming blocks 3 to avoid the clamping of the two forming blocks 3.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, 8 and 9, the auxiliary sliding mechanism 5 includes a driving assembly 52 fixedly connected to a side of the molding block 3 away from the core plate 21 and disposed in the receiving groove 211 for driving the pull block 51 to move. The driving assembly 52 includes a slide seat 521 slidingly connected in the accommodating groove 211 along a direction perpendicular to the mold opening direction, two slide seats 521 fixedly connected to the bottom of the cavity plate 13, an inclined hole 5211 for inserting the inclined guide post 522 is formed on one end of the slide seat 521 far away from the molding block 3, two first slide grooves 5212 are formed on one end of the slide seat 521 near the slide seat along an inclined direction perpendicular to the inclined groove 141, and the first slide grooves 5212 are T-shaped grooves. Two sliding blocks 6 are fixedly connected to one end, far away from the forming block 3, of the pulling block 51, and the two sliding blocks 6 are respectively connected in the first sliding grooves 5212 in a sliding mode along the length direction of the two first sliding grooves 5212.
Referring to fig. 3-9, when the mold is opened, the injection molding machine brings the lower mold 2 away from the upper mold 1, and at this time, the slide 521 is away from the inclined guide post 522, and the slide 521 slides away from the core plate 21 under the guidance of the inclined guide post 522. The sliding seat 521 can drive the pull block 51 in the sliding process, when the pull block 51 is pulled, due to the limitation of the forming block 3, the sliding block 6 can slide along the first sliding groove 5212 so as to drive the pull block 51 to slide obliquely upwards relative to the sliding seat 521, and the forming block 3 can be pulled to slide along the second sliding groove 71 in the oblique upwards sliding process of the pull block 51 so as to assist the spring 4 to bring the forming block 3 together and far away from the framework of the upper body 14 of the instrument panel. At this time, the four cylinders 101 are started to drive the first top plate 22 and the second top plate 23 to move towards the core plate 21, so that the ejector pins and the ejector blocks are driven to eject the framework of the upper body 14 of the instrument panel covered on the core plate 21, and the demoulding of the framework of the upper body 14 of the instrument panel is completed.
